Ordered 4 tons of wood pellets yesterday from ware butler in Madison told me the price $1398.00 delivered then this morning a woman called and said they wanted another $200.00 dollars told her I was quoted a price and she said she would honor it and they would be delivered today. Ten minutes later a man called and said it wouldn't happen we went back and forth told him that's poor business told him weren't gona pay any more than quoted. Keep then hope everyone reads this post.im tired of being jerked around by these $10.00 and hr. Mgr

Always great service, and fair prices. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very happy to see Greg Elias back he's very knowledgeable and makes it the place the community trusts and wants to go for all their building needs again.
