I just had the most amazing experience with Justin at Caron Roofing and Construction. Stumbled on a leak in our ceiling (in a storage area) that was clearly there for a while. With rain predicted for the next five days I had no hopes of getting a roofer to my home immediately to assess the problem. Justin took my call, came over within 30 minutes as promised, determined what needed to be fixed, and returned within 90 minutes to complete the repair. I can't recommend Justin and Caron Roofing enough. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and customer service- minded. We will definitely call them for future needs and for a roof replacement when it's time!

We had our roof done today by Caron Roofing and Construction and I just want to say that the crew was amazing! They are a professional, respectful, efficient and hard-working crew and our roof looks great! They were done in 4.5 hours with absolutely no trace of evidence they were ever there. Amazing clean-up efforts!! Justin Caron is knowledgeable, professional and responsive to texts and phone. He takes the time to answer questions and share his knowledge in an understandable manner which was greatly appreciated. The price is reasonable and many other people in our neighborhood are also impressed and pleased with their roof by Caron! This review is way overdue, for which I am embarrassed, but better late than never. In January ‘24 I was having a new furnace and hot water heater installed. Because the water heater was propane, it required a vent pipe through the roof. The day before the job, I was told that I had to hire my own roofer to cut the hole in the roof!! You can imagine my panic. I googled roofers and called a few but I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. Then a realtor friend gave me Justin Caron’s number and sang his praises. He answered the phone and said to give him a time and he’d be here the next day. He arrived on time with a second man, but because the HVAC company had some glitches, they weren’t ready for him. They returned the next day and because the roof was icy, they had to go get a bucket lift to safely work on the roof. Justin was so accommodating, kind, and helpful. I thought I was going to have to halt the entire project until I could find a roofer willing to do a small job like this, let alone one who would actually call me back! My cousin recently had Caron Roofing install a new roof on their Saco home and they were also very happy and amazed at how fast and efficiently the crew worked. I highly recommend Caron Roofing and Construction without reservation. This is the way all businesses should operate!

We called due to a roof leak and Justin was able to come right out to assess. He provided the data that showed we needed a new roof. The price was reasonable, and his service was excellent.

He was able to get it done the following week. His crew came in Monday AM and finished late that day. The crew ensured everything was protected and the cleanup was spotless.

He even took care of something I could not reach while they were up there doing the roofing. A small thing but important to my wife, so it was greatly appreciated.

I had a nightmare experience with a different local roofer and Justin and his team were super understanding of my situation, explaining everything I needed to know and getting my roof fixed up very quickly. I told him I wanted to move forward with the job on a Tuesday, and my roof was completely and professionally replaced by 4pm on Saturday. Couldn't be more impressed.

I had a piece of vinyl siding come off my house during one of this winter's storms. It was in a very difficult spot to repair. After several calls to various contractors I got the Caron Roofing name from Goodwin Construction. I called, got a human being to talk with immediately, and was told they would look at the situation the day I called. I received a quote that day and the repair was done the next day. I received updated texts about when they would do the repairs so I was well informed throughout the process. I can't say enough about this company. Fair price. Thorough workmanship. Outstanding communication. I'm keeping their number handy for sure.

We recently had our roof re-shingled and we would give Caron Roofing 6-Stars if it were possible, as we were unaware that this level of service and integrity still existed in today's world! Justin was at our house the day after we called to inspect it and we had an estimate and recommendations within two days. He explained why the "30-year shingles" we had previously put on our house failed after only 20 years, and made recommendations to add in more venting. His quote was just a bit higher than a competing bid, however the materials were of higher quality, so we decided to go with Justin. Three weeks later, he and his crew were at our house and completed the entire job in 12 hours. His crew is polite, respectful of the property and extremely efficient. We were also amazed that when they left at 7 p.m., you would never have known they were there-- our yard and deck was in pristine condition. We would highly recommend Caron Roofing to anyone! We are so happy to post a review on this company. The employees are such hard workers and are very pleasant. They draped everything off, protected the special features of our house and cleaned up every bit of the debris including any stray nails with a magnet. The roof looks amazing! As a side note, one of the workers noticed that a baby bird had fallen out of the nest on our porch. he, ever so gently , picked him up, climbed up the porch and placed the baby back to the safety of the birdhouse to join his siblings. Super impressed with Caron Roofing. Justin was so helpful, professional, and friendly, and I was especially impressed with his responsiveness and how quickly he completed the work. I sent an inquiry in the morning, and received a response within an hour. He came to assess the project, then came back with help later in the day to fix my roof. So from beginning to end, my roof repair was complete within one day. I don’t think I’ve ever received such timely service in my years as a homeowner. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I recently had my roof replaced by Caron Roofing. Justin was very professional, courteous, and prompt with the many questions that I sent to him by email. He did not pressure us in the process. His crew was amazing. They were polite, fast, and left the yard and landscaping clean. They did the roof over in a day, including stripping down the old roof to the plywood, installed complete ice and water shield, new drip edges, and GAF Timberline Lifetime architectural shingles.

I called Caron Roofing at 2pm today and left a voicemail requesting a small roof repair due to some wind damage. Jeff? (sorry if I got the name wrong!) called me right back and said he happened to be in my area and would come by to look at the roof. 10 minutes later he and his employee pulled in my driveway, took a look and said they could take care of it right away since I had a spare package of matching shingles available. By 3pm the roof was repaired and looking great! It wasn't cheap but I understand now that there are a lot of costs involved for a roofing company to do business and they did come out ASAP, after all. So I would definitely recommend this company and will call them again for any future roofing needs.

I had a concern for a crack on our ceiling during the winter and thought it may have been from water damage or the weight of ice on the roof. These guys came right over and inspected everything and offered some great advice. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would use for roof work or repair in the future if needed.

I own a vacation home in Wells ME. Getting ready to close for the winter and I discovered some water staining on the ceiling of a third floor bedroom. I was worried and apprehensive about this because the home is unoccupied all winter and any leaks left untended to could cause significant damage. I called 9 different roofing contractors on a Sunday. I expected I would only be able to leave messages however Justin answered on the second ring. The next day, 24 hours later, Justin arrived at my home at the time he had promised, got up on the roof, and identified the problem as a missing section of peak cap. He then proceeded to repair it, also repaired a worn stack boot, and then recommended that I wait until spring to install a new roof because one installed in late fall may not set properly. I was thinking I would need a new roof, but Justin discouraged this out of concern for the quality of the installation.

Justin (the owner) submitted a quote for a new roof to be installed in the spring, the next day. I plan to use his company for my new roof. I was impressed with his promptness, honesty, communication, responsiveness and efficiency. Overall I had a great experience and would (will) use him again.

We had a great experience with Caron Roofing. We worked with our neighbor so they could put staging on their property for safety. They showed up on time, and installed the roof in 48 hours in November in Portland, Me. They brought a full crew and went to work.

Our new roof installation by Caron Roofing went as smooth as silk. The crew was on time, neat, respectful and really efficient. The company's owner, Justin Caron, stopped by last July and offered us a high quality Owings Corning shingle at a competitive installation price. He estimated the job could be completed in one day, we liked that and also his relaxed approach as he sold us on the job.

Jimmy was the project manager and he kept me updated throughout the job. When he said they be done by early afternoon I was amazed! When I did my walk around the house there was a good looking new roof, but absolutely no trace that anyone had been working on our house all morning.

I highly recommend Caron Roofing and would definitely contract them again Justin communicated really well through the whole process and managed to deliver the roof he sold us on time, and through all the supply chain disruptions, shortages and construction delays other contractors have experienced.

It is very hard to get anyone to come out to look at a roof especially for a potentially small job. Caron Roofing responded immediately and came out two days later to take care of the problem.

Justin and his crew were amazing from start to finish. His quote was the same as 2 other companies. The difference, Justin came in very professional, knowledgeable and with samples of shingles. He was also putting ice and water shield on the entire roof and the others quoted ply going 3ft up. He explained why he uses the shingles he does and explained why he would put ice and water shield all over on our roof. Not to mention he squeezed us in because we had a major leak. Justin and his crew worked efficiently. They arrived at 7:00 a.m and completed my roof at 7:00 pm. I couldn’t believe it! If you're looking for a roofing contractor you owe it to yourself to give Caron roofing a call. For starters, they came right over for an estimate. During the inspection pointed out exactly what the short comings were of the existing installation and what they would do to correct and repair the damage caused by those flaws.
I got a call three days later and they were ready to do the job. The crew started to arrive at 7: 30 and by 8:15 had set up peremeter protection and was removing the old roof. At 12:15 they were finished with a thorough clean up. I had great looking new roof (including detached garage). The crew did not take any break and to a man and woman seemed to react swiftly and professionally to keep the work flowing smoothly. Great job!

We recently experienced an amazing, satisfying week with Caron Roofing and Construction. Several leaks in our roof appeared during a month of sometimes heavy rain. I called Justin Caron to come take a look at possible repairs.

He came the following day. He recommended total roof replacement, including a rubber membrane covering the nearly flat roof over the two-car garage. Our home was built in 1905 and last re-roofed thirty or forty years ago. It needed replacement, and Justin’s estimate of price was reasonable. Justin made a formal written proposal the next day, and, after discussion, agreement on the work was reached. Necessary materials arrived the following morning, with the roofing work scheduled for the day after.

Bang! A little after seven in the morning of the fourth day after my initial call, the work crew arrived, along with every imaginable piece of equipment and tool needed. Netting was placed to protect plants and flowers. Two dumpsters were deployed to collect trash. The 12 person crew worked as a coordinated team, purposely, professionally, and proficiently. By afternoon’s end, the roofing was done. The crew gathered up their equipment, finished removal of all the old roofing, and tidied up the yard. They restored everything to the “as before” condition, except now we had a wonderful new roof. Four days from first call to completed job. Well done!

I called Justin one afternoon for an estimate and he was over within a couple hours. Gave an affordable estimate and when I asked when they could get it done (expecting a month+), he said probably the next day. What?!? Sure enough, his team showed up at 8am the next morning and our roof was done by dinner, and it came out great. Cleanup was very thorough - a few remnants of asphalt lingered, but that is to be expected when they tear off three (3) layers of asphalt. Overall, very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Five years ago Caron Roofing replaced our roof. This summer after a hail storm Caron Roofing reached out to us, knowing we were in the path. Justin came out and checked the roof and helped us get through issues with our insurance company when they denied our claim. We were quoted a week to replace the roof the first time. It took three days. This time we were quotes three days and it was done in one. I highly recommend them! Fast installation and good cleanup, even in the coldest of weather.

We had a major leak in our kitchen after the recent snowstorm here in Kennebunk. Caron Roofing and Construction came highly recommended to us by a local friend. He told us exactly what the problem was (ice dam) and how to drain the water inside to avoid any major damage and then came to our house the next morning and removed to ice dam.
