The work has been done in a timely manner and the repair guy was super nice. It was through AHS so there was an approval process, but all was approved and they came right out. It hasn’t rained yet so I am not completely sure it has been completely fixed. But their service was excellent so I am counting on it to not leak!

This company was so wonderful to us. We had some terrible storms in the earlier part of June, and rain decided to come into our kitchen. They were there within the next week and were able to fix it in one afternoon. We really appreciate their hard work, and their employee Jason for being so quick on the job.

Jason came out to evaluate a roof leak and provide an estimate of the work required. Once we agreed, he came a few days later and made the repair. He was professional throughout, no dreaded upsell tactics. Just straightforward explanation of the issue and required repairs. The repair itself was just as pleasurable. Quick work, no nonsense in and out operation. So far, repair is performing as expected! Overall, best roofing experience we’ve had in North Texas!!

Right after he parked the vehicle, not wasting a min, he knocked at the door. This is one very good aspect as I have had companies take their own sweet time from parking to knocking.

He looked at the ceiling inside. He climbed up the roof and inspected visually at almost every shingle. He sealed on nail pops, below the chimney and went over the entire roof in all sides and ensured no other damages. Post fix, he showed the pics of damaged places and caulking applied after. Before leaving, he explained the warranty and provided his business card for future roof work.

I own a real estate business and have worked with numerous contractors across the board and will say Jason represented Elite Roofing at the highest level upon meeting with me to address my issues. To the Elite Roofing management - You are not using Jason's talents wisely..he is over qualified to be making house repairs and needs to be on the Sales and/or leadership side of things.

Elite Roofing LLC is a must for roofing needs. They handled most of the fight with my insurance company when my insurance company initially denied my claim for a new roof. They were persistent and eventually got it approved. Once approved they were on my roof within a week and finished my 1550 sq ft house in a day. They are friendly, timely, and beyond professional. There was a mistake on the final bill with the depreciation check from my insurance company and they had it corrected in less than an hour. I highly recommend using these guys, they’ll get your claim approved and new roof on in no time.
