They responded quick, very polite and professional. He also noticed another problem on my roof and got it fixed as well. I highly recommend them!

Tech was on time and helped patch the missing area while parts were ordered. Once parts were ordered tech scheduled to come out and fix the missing area permanently.

Once completed customer service called to check on quality of work and to see if the issue had been fixed.

Service tech (Ben) was very professional and very kind. We had a small low spot in our roof that turned out to be a rotted out piece of decking. During his evaluation of the problem he made sure to put on a temporary cover until he could come back and complete the repair. There was an old satellite dish on that part of the roof that was also removed during the repair. The service tech was also very thorough with his work and clean up when he was done. All waste materials were taken away as well.

Benjamin was great. Diagnosed and addressed the issue efficiently and effectively. Referred through American Home Shield. Will definitely contact for future roofing needs.

I had a great experience with this company. They called me ahead of time, I was able to track the arrival of my tech, he called me providing updates or his arrival. Ben was great! Explained everything to me, he was quick and efficient. Would recommend!

The company is very responsive with highly competent staff with reasonable pricing affordability. Ben (gentleman who inspected my leaking roof) applied a temporary sealant which stopped the leaks until they came back to cut out rotten plywood & deteriorated shingles. He replaced the plywood, rain/ice barrier as well as reflashed my chimney! Very nice gentleman with expertise to get the job done timely and efficiently. My experience was great! I will use again when it's time for the roof replacement.

Excellent service. Roofer was on-time and prompt to make repairs. Made some repairs immediately in preparation for the next storm. He came up with additional suggestions to prevent future issues long-term. Took ths time to explain everything he found with pictures from his cellphone. Bottom line: our floors are dry again.
