I recently had my roof and gutters replaced because of hail damage. Our project manager Mr. Hassaan Irshad with paradigm roofing are excellent to work with. Mario and Trent were proactive about approaching us regarding potential roof damage following a hail storm. They were honest about the fact we had no real damage, but pointed out a few areas needing some repair. They performed the repair for a nominal sum of $250. Good job! Had a bad storm. OK we can all relate in Texas. Called our insurance company as roof of house a mess and other people's gutter down spouts made it over our 10 foot fence to rest in our yard. They recommended thier contracted and approved contractor. We called them and are so happy for the ease, caring, and quality they provided. Trent came out and did the inspection. Inside and out. He was so professional and caring of our situation. He Tarped the damaged areas on the roof for us as well on the spot. We chose them to perform the needed full foof replacement. Jay came to our office to drop off some paperwork for an elderly couple, so they didn't have to mail it, which would delay their HOA approval. Our office is about 40 minutes from McKinney, so I was surprised he drove that far on a day that was storming.
To me, that was customer service, so I decided to see what Paradigm might be able to do for me. I needed a roof inspection for insurance purposes and had a leak in an area of my home.
Jay contacted me literally daily to make an attempt to come out to my home in-between the storms we've been having.
The inspection was free and Jay and Trent quickly identified the reason for my leak and showed me pictures of what they found. They put in some sealant and popped in a few screws. They then inspected my entire roof and showed me an area that needed additional sealant that has worn away over time. They said it would be a relatively inexpensive thing to fix and would have the quote to me the next business day.
I called other companies who said they don't handle metal roofs like mine, so finding a company who did that was so prompt and customer service driven is certainly a rarity in this day and age. Thanks Jay and Trent!

Rojelio and team did a wonderful job putting the vent into our slate composite roof. It was not an easy job but they were very careful, and pointed out some additional damage on the roof that we didn’t know about and were able to stay and fix that as well for us. They even spray painted the new vents to match the roof. Very glad I chose paradigm and would use again and refer.

Roland and his team did an excellent job installing gutters for us. They were able to quickly come out and give me a quote and came back to knock out the job before a rain storm. Great service and amazing team!

I reached out to this roofing company through a friend after finding a piece of my roof cover in my backyard following strong winds. The next day, I got a call and soon after, a thorough roof inspection. The inspector confirmed that the piece was indeed from my roof but gave me an honest assessment—my chances of getting insurance coverage were low. Instead of pushing a sale, they recommended covering it with a tarp and waiting until tornado season was over.

I needed a full roof replacement due to storm damage, and I was introduced to Paradigm via my home insurance underwriter. Jay and Ryan were terrific to work with, and they helped me navigate the insurance process and the various work projects included in the coverage. I've needed to call Paradigm for help twice (completely separate problems each time) and both times I was blown away by the responsiveness, quick turnaround time and price for the repair. In one case they were also the only company out of 6 quotes I received that didn't try to convince me to completely rebuild my entire roof and instead were able to fully fix the problem for less than $1000. I won't be calling anyone else if I have more roof repair needs.

Pablo was referred to us by USAA as a trusted contractor and he definitely has earned that reputation. Pablo worked hard to squeeze us in during the crazy days after the hurricane and worked around our schedule.

He fixed our roof damage quickly and repaired the damaged section in a way to make it more resilient and likely to be damaged by wind in the future. He also checked our attic to make sure there was no water damage. We strongly recommend his services if you need roofing repairs of any kind.

I had an experience of working with Roland for a gutter project. He provided a transparent quote with all the details included (size, layout, color and etc). This helped a lot to make an informed decision among multiple offers I had received. During the installation, there was a mismatch between the offered layout and the installation but Roland did a great job resolving the issue with a great communication.

Paradigm replaced our metal roof and we could not be happier. Greg and his team are amazingly easy to work with and are all around great people. Worked with Trent and Paradigm roofing after a hail storm followed by a tornado did significant damage to my fence and roof. Had a small fix on my roof. Other roofers would not touch it. Called Paradigm and within 2 days it was done. Will definitely be using them in the future.

After the big storm, I was worried about finding help with my tile roof after some tree limbs broke through and allowed water in. Called Paradigm and Adam was able to send some guys out to assess the damage. They were efficient and took care of the damage quickly in case the storms returned.

This morning we woke up to horrible weather and a roof leak. I called Paradigm roofing and on the first ring Roland answered and was super professional. He told me he would have someone come out today to tarp my roof and would have someone out to do an estimate. We had a crew within a couple of hours and to my surprise we only needed a sealant and no tarp was necessary. All repairs were done within an hour. I am very satisfied with their, professionalism, integrity and the fact that they kept their word and came out as they said. Thank you to Roland and your team. Mr Mark came to repair a roof leak in our home. Before he began the repair he explained to us why the roof was leaking and the process to repair. Highly recommend. They were very communicative from the quoting process to scheduling (daily cause there was a lot of inclement weather). Good communication and explanation on price and material options. Once they started they had lots of guys onsite, the manager on duty was very knowledge and friendly (went out of his way to make sure no nails in my tire). The workmanship seemed excellent (i say seemed cause I'm not jumping on the roof :), gave us drone photos several times. They even replaced some broken gutters neither of us were sure if they were broke before or not and gave us some solar powered vents cause the onsite ones were broke. Highly recommend!!

My roof took on some pretty bad hail damage and I didn’t know which roofing company to use.
I stumbled on Paradigm Roofing, and it was blown away by the service. They gave me a great price and were super transparent. Especially Pablo. I would have the most random questions because I don't know one roof from the other. But he was always ready to answer each question or at least find out.

They were super helpful and even color-matched my original paint for the water damaged area.
