Elite Roofing LLC - Morgantown, WV

Please don’t throw away your money away contracting this company, they did a horrible job here. I have two rooms that are leaking right now, and my drywall is destroyed. I’ve made multiple calls for over a month and a half to no answer, the person who answers simply says she’ll pass the message on and won’t give me any information about a supervisor or manager that can resolve my problem.

Elite Roofing just did my roof and they did a great job. I myself am a former roofing contractor in Florida, so I was watching closely. The team were extremely efficient and accurate doing the whole roof by 5pm. I recommend them highly.

A high school friend referred me to Elite after they did an amazing job for her. I had been shopping around. I was able to get an est before the pandemic with Matt but wasn’t able to fallow through until Jan 2024. Matt had left but Devin was able to get comparable prices despite the changes in building supplies. Devin was very patient with me as I had a million questions and wanted to make sure to have the house taken care of. I felt the company was very trust worthy and had a good background based on information provided as well. Devin was very transparent about the whole process. Devin kept me up to date all through the process. Jared and the men showed up bright and early every day working hard and never cutting corners to the point that my neighbors commented about the quality of the work and effort put in. They would stay until the day light was gone. The men’s Safty and the roof Safty was always considered. Everyone was very kind. Jared work with me and even helped me by putting a final on to be more original to age of the home. The roof is very steep and turret difficult it was no easy feet and I appreciate the level of craftsmen ship that went into this. I am very thankful for how quickly they did my job as I had water coming into my home and they had to replace rotten wood. They had different price opts and colors for the roof to make thing easier and more customizable. Price was reasonable would defiantly hire again.

Hayden was great, walked me through everything and kept me well informed. He even answered my questions after business hours. I’m very happy with the roof I had Elite Roofing install on my home. They also had a top notch and hard working crew slinging shingles.

Elite Roofing is a great family owned business. The sales representative dom was a very big help and we love out new shower.

I had Elite Roofing install a new roof on my house. Within a month we had an issue. I contacted JR Morris, the owner and he got someone right out here the same day to fix the problem! And keep in mind we live 2 hours one way from the business and JR had one of his staff to drive the 2 hours to come and address the issue. I would recommend Elite Roofing to address your roofing needs.

Could not ask for a more courteous roof contracting company. They were 1 of several I had contacted about a repair. They were the ONLY ones to come out to my home and provide me with an estimate. Everyone else ether didn’t bother calling back or didn’t want to physically come out. The owner even drove up to Morgantown from Elkview. My roof was in such bad shape I needed a new one. They showed me all the issues on inspection and were very informative about everything. Also very reasonable on pricing.

Matt,JR and Wes kept in constant contact with me, answering all my questions along the way. They were on site the day of the install and made sure everything went to plan. They made sure I understood everything that was happening and best part? They were finished in one day! I highly recommend this company! I know I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
