We needed someone to fix loose shingles, and some flashing around a skylight. I sent photos of the damaged areas to Bruce and he provided an estimate that also included a roof inspection. We thought it was fair, and they came out within 3 days. They replaced the loose shingles, and other areas on the roof, too. However, after they left, the skylight flashing still looked jagged and really ugly to me. Admittedly, my concerns were mostly aesthetic, but I called Bruce and sent him a photo. He explained why the flashing couldn't be replaced without taking out the skylight, but a few days later he sent some workers who replaced all the shingles around the skylight and painted the ugliest part of the flashing. Now my roof isn't leaking, AND looks great. The company fixed things I didn't even know needed to be fixed, and went out of the way to make my roof look better. This company is certainly a step above others we have worked with, and so Bruce, and FairClaims will be my go-to home repair experts from now on.

I have used Fair Claims multiple times and I really have to say it is such a relief to have a quality company on your side who knows you and will respond immediately. Bruce helped me years ago and I have his cell in my contact list. When I have had storm damage I can text him and he responds immediately and when I needed something that could not wait they found time to come out in the same day. I have never had a call back on the same repair- they know how to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Their prices have always been fair and they don’t forget you as a customer.

I had a small repair that other companies did not want to give any attention. FairClaims got it on the schedule within a couple of days of my call and fixed it without any fanfare. I reached out to them, and in a few days the problem was solved. All business. I will use them again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with FairClaims Roofing. They recently completed a full roof replacement at my mom’s house, and the quality of their work was outstanding—professional, efficient, and clean. The crew was respectful and got everything done on time, leaving the property spotless.

We chose FairClaims Roofing to replace and/or repair some wood on our house. They also painted the entire house with the color we picked out. They use the best paint around, Sherwin Williams, which looks very nice and professional. They also worked with our schedule to accommodate us while we were on vacation. They did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend them to everyone in need of some minor wood repairs, great workmanship and painting!

I only had to have a few shingles replaced after a high windstorm. Even though it was a very minor job, I was treated like I was still an important cursor. The repairs were made and in it looks perfect.

When my elderly fathers ceiling started leaking due to roof issues after a hail storm I didn't know where to start to help him. I asked for a recommendation for my work friends and one of them had used Fair Claims Roofing & Construction previously and had nothing but good things to say. They did not disappoint. Saying that Bruce went above and beyond would not be doing justice to the time and patience he had when dealing with a 75 year old's questions. I appreciated not only his kindness but also he was there every time insurance came to visit as well as the day the roof was replaced. Late posting: back in March 2024, a hailstorm hit my area hard. We had golf ball sized hail that did a number on my roof. I've worked with Bruce before; I needed gutters and FairClaims priced it competitively. I hired them, they installed my gutters, and I was pleased with their work.

Fast forward to March, 2024, I called up Bruce to do an inspection. I needed a new roof. Bruce was excellent to work with: he wasn't pushy, advocated for what you needed, explained upgrades to me like I'm 5, gave me the literature to make informed decisions. I ended up with architectural shingles over the builder's 3 tab. He also worked with my insurance and, at times, I wished he were insurance company because his customer service was top notch.

What do I appreciate about FairClaims? They really are easy to work with. They aren't pushy. In fact, Bruce doesn't do door-to-door sales at all and, as someone who has a small family, a lot of other roofers rely on pushy sales tactics including ignoring your "No Solicitation"...heck I had one act like he was the victim when he *took* the covers off of my doorbell and rang it. That's not Bruce and that's not FairClaims. They most assuredly have my business.

I highly recommend this company for roofing and gutters. Bethany was a dream to deal with. The crew did a great job installing both roof and gutters. Give them a call when you need a roof.

The guys were super great repairing my roof. A good sized area of my roof had shingles blown off in a tornado / severe thunderstorm and I sought several roofers to get quotes. Bruce worked countless hours making sure I got every penny from insurance that I needed for the repairs this past July hail storm has caused. My insurance was a tough one, but he managed to secure $17,000 in additional funds. Now the crew...The roof looks great and sleek- They started early and finished in one day. The painting crew...They did an amazing job on replacing the rotted wood and did a fantastic job taping everything off, calking, and really hit those small details on painting. The gutters were paint matched to the new paint color and put up nicley. These projects are just some of the work that stood out the most for me. Bruce is amazing at his job and knows what he is doing.

Waking up at 3am to a hellacious hail storm breaking windows and destroying everything in its path is never fun! I reached out to Bruce and he arrived as the sun came up. It was the best call I have ever made for my house! He helped with the much needed repairs to secure our home and prepare us for the winter storm arriving the next day - It was the start of him guiding us every step of the way.

Bruce was very attentive providing status updates and answering questions quickly and as thoroughly as I needed throughout the course of our project. We had window replacement, all new gutters, vents and a full roof replacement. Don and his team were great to work with. My job wasn't too small for them. I already had gutters on my house, but added an attached outdoor patio where I need needed gutters installed and connected to my existing ones. Don answered all my questions, and when his team came to survey the job, they made recommendations for making my existing gutters - the spread from one downspout to the next - even better. They were able to space them out more effectively in consideration of the addition of the patio instead of just leaving the current downspouts where they were. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Their pricing was competitive and overall great service.

The wind blew away some roof shingles. Fair Claims Roofing sent out one of his workers to do repairs. They matched the shingles perfectly and the roof looks like new. He was very professional and friendly.

Following a hard rain, we noticed a leak in our guest bathroom ceiling. Called Fair Claims and they came right out and patch the area that had the leak and we haven't had any issue since. The cost was very reasonable. If I need any roof work done again, I will be calling Fair Claims!

They repaired and upgraded our roof, replaced gutters, replaced windows and frames, restained pergola and negotiated with insurance to get us the most $ possible! I worked with Dakota at FairClaims Roofing and was extremely pleased with the work and the service. I had a chimney leak that persisted even after I had hired another roofer to fix it and then eventually hired a company that specialized in chimney repair. Neither one was able to correct the problem. FairClaims realized that the masonry work was not correct from the original build. They lined up the mason to fix the original problem and also repaired the roofing in that area. Seeing the before and after pictures gives me comfort in seeing that it has been fixed for good. Dakota did a great job of keeping me informed each step of the way and I felt that the price was very competitive.

I had a roof leak due to an old solar tube. Dakota called ahead of time, was prompt, courteous and very professional. He went the extra mile to go purchase some caulk and applied it temporarily stop the leak as heavy rain was forecast in the next day or so. Dakota scheduled the repair for the following week. Again, another great experience with the repairman...prompt, efficient and at a fair price.

Fair Claims was also the installer of the original roof and we had a great experience at that time as well.
