Service was excellent. Instead of waiting hours for technician to arrive they have a text they send to you showing person's progress and location as they drive to your house. When person arrived he saw the problem right away and corrected it and made sure there were no more issues, very satisfied with service. Highly recommend this company.

Technician was great and well knowledge of my issue of leak in my sunroom. He added safe guard flap and new shingles to hopefully fix my problem. Will have to wait for next rain fall to see if that was the fix.

It hasn't rained yet, but Matt arrived and completed the roof repair expeditiously. He was very courteous and took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing. He is a very professional young man. Hopefully, I won't have any additional concerns with the repair.

The repair for the small leak went as well as I could have hoped. We received quotes for the repair and a total replace. Elite gave us detailed quotes. All of the staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful!

Fast forward to June 2024 I receive an invoice for $5000 more than initially quoted with no correspondence between invoice and work being completed in April. Now I’m being asked for an additional payment and don’t know what it covers.

Honest company. Had a leak but it was sure how bad it was. The technician came out, checked it out and found that it was just a nail that had backed out and coming through a shingle. Patched it and was in his way. Whole thing took less than 30 minutes. He could have easily told me it was a larger problem since it was in a hard to get to section and not visible from the ground. Honest and very personable. Highly recommend this company.

Elite performed excellent service performing a tune up on our roof. We had great customer service from our technician Matt who quickly completed his tasks.

The gentleman was very professional, he didn't take long to find the problem. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem at the same time. Which he had to wait 24 hours for something to dry before applying shingles, but he did exactly what he stated.I will refer them and I will be using them in the future if need.
