My roof got torn up by several hail storms. I contacted a bunch of different roofing companies and several came out. They all gave me the generic sales pitch. They treated us like it’s just any another job. One of them didn’t return my calls for two weeks.
David R. Sr. Came out with his grandson to talk to us. He took care of everything with the insurance and got everything in my house repaired from the storm damages just like he said he would. He also followed up and came out to inspect the work after everything was fixed. I liked the fact that they took pride in the work that they did and not just treat you like another job. The completed repairs were flawless.

Due to hail damage to my roof, gutters, widow screens and fence, all of these were in need of inspection / replacement. David and his son came out to review our damage and work closely with our insurance adjuster. All of our issues were resolved very quickly and the work performed was excellent. They were here for the insurance inspection to make sure that the insurance folks didn't miss anything in their report. They explained in detail the process of dealing with insurance and what to expect. We were shown samples of the new roofing tiles and the process they used in installing the lower sub-roofing and tiles. We are VERY pleased with their service, attention and work.

After our inspection to sell our home came back with the fact that our roof needed to be completely replaced; David took the call from our realtor, arrived within 2 hours, took all of the information needed, helped us select the new shingles and called back the next morning with the quote. We did not qualify for an insurance claim, this was out of our pocket, we signed the contract and got on the schedule to be done in three days. They showed up when promised, completed the job which was a total roof replacement, including the decking; cleaned up when they finished and we didn't miss a beat for the sale of our home. The new homeowner will enjoy many, many years of the security knowing that he has a new roof that is covered by both the manufacturer's warranty and installation.

I called to get a few quotes for storm damage on my roof. After Brock with Choice Roofing Care and another roofing company came out, I was impressed with the knowledge and commitment front Brock with Choice Roofing. He was here when my insurance adjuster was here, And we had our roof,and all gutters replaced. The crew came on time, they did my roof in one day. The workmanship, and cleanup was beyond excellent .After the crew left another member came after about a hour, and picked up the trash trailer.He then pulled up and stopped, came back to look for and get any thing that might have fallen under the trailer.The cleanup was amazing, I have yet to find any nails or anything from start to finish. Brock also kept in touch from start to finish.Thier work with my insurance company from start to finish was excellent, and I also had their crew come out and paint my home, with a few repairs needed. When storms came through a few weeks ago, David (owner) answered my call and had Paul Wallace onsite for inspection the same day. (Awesome Service) Paul assessed what was needed and handled all the insurance paperwork. If my insurance company had been cooperative, I believe Choice Roofing Care would have had a team there the next day.

When it was time for work to be done, the team finished in one day. The only way I knew they had been at my home was the beautiful new roof. I don’t know how they did it but they left hardly a scrap or nail to pick up afterward. They did a great job and answered every call and question with patience and integrity.

Paul, David, and the entire team, were awesome. They were all over it from the start to finish. They communicated clearly with me and were completely transparent with me throughout the entire installation. The value for choice roofing care was far better than for any other company I contacted. I contacted a major roofing company and they wanted me to pay out of pocket. We found David with choice and not only did he do our roof but he did our gutters and screens. He has worked in the appraisal business so he understands the inns and outs. I checked out bbb and was pleased. He redid the vents and soffits as well.

While trying to sale my home, inspection found that I needed to replace my roof. They finished and I'm not too sure if it is done well. The shingles have gaps. Gutters are ruined from their machine. Nails everywhere in my driveway and broken glass. Not very professional. Not sure where all the 5 stars came from. Could be their own members. In my opinion, it is NOT a 5 star rating company!

Honest and personable. All of our questions were answered in terms we could understand. They did what they said they would do and more. They were supposed to begin our roof on Thursday, but rain was predicted, so they began on Tuesday and were finished by Thursday when the rain came. One of the trucks left a tire rut in the side yard, and after the rain they came and fixed the tire mark. And now we have a great new roof.
