We had a toilet gasket fail, and water was leaking everywhere. We got the water stopped, and then we called JRCC and they came out and helped us navigate the information transfer between our insurance adjuster and us. They did a fantastic job, and were super careful to not cause damage to anything in our home (by putting plastic down on the carpet) and they cleaned up after every days work so they weren't leaving us with a mess. The finish work is comparable of what you would expect in a custom trimmed out home. Which included the tile, the paint, the caulking. If we ever have another incident (crossed fingers we don't), we would definitely call JRCC and look forward to having a stress free fix with Dave, Bob, and Ricky

Its hard for me to put into words just how grateful we are to David, Ricky, and Elias. JRCC is very fortunate to have these guys, as are we.
When I say they are our heros, I am under-exaggerating. My husband and I bought a house in Moxee, WA., offered to have it professionally cleaned (at our expense…to help take pressure off the previous owner and also to ensure we didn’t walk into the exact situation we ended up walking into) but the seller stated she had already paid for professional cleaners and refused allowing us to have it cleaned once she was out. We drove from Arizona to Moxee, got here, and panicked. The house was horribly dirty. Cat urine and feces were on interior doors, baseboards, and carpet. This was the Saturday before Christmas.
I called the local JRCC and spoke to David. In tears, I explained what we walked into. David, without hesitation, said “let me make a call and we’ll be there in an hour”, which they were.
Our house is now clean. Not just clean, but sanitized! Ricky, Elias, and David went way above expectations. My husband and I were so relieved to walk back in to our new house and feel like we could make it a home. There are not enough good things to say about this crew!
I also want to add that my husband tried to tip these three a few hundred dollars. They refused to take the money, then proceeded to hand us a Christmas card with a restaurant gift card inside.
We need more people and companies doing business like this. They knew how stressed we were and took all of the pressure off of us.
I cannot recommend this team enough. They were timely, thorough, efficient, and just over-all excellent from top to bottom! Thank you, Ricky, Elias, and David. We are so very happy and grateful for the way you helped us!!

**DO NOT HIRE ** If I could put 0 stars - I would. JRCC couldn’t respond to our emergency call for an upstairs flood until 24 hours later. Upon arriving they tore out some carpet and left dryers/dehumidifiers for several days unattended, nobody came to check moisture levels for several days. Finally a week later a worker showed up alone to begin the demo process. He said he had no information on anything that had happened in my home and was just told to come and demo certain areas.
The manager, David showed up to my residence once for about 30 minutes when I wanted to terminate doing business with them due to poor communication. I was not given copies of any documents I signed the first day until several days after the demo job was done. I was charged several hours of content manipulation that could not even be true. We did not move forward with them for repairs and the contractor we did hire afterwards said they have done several jobs following JRCC where the customer has been taken advantage of and overcharged.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to hire this company.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
