My remodel is finally finished. It was well worth the wait! They did my kitchen and bathroom but the master bath is the most impressive. The new tile shower was expertly installed by Eddie and his crew. My new walk in bathtub was more powerful than expected so some extra touches were quickly designed and installed. Now I can enjoy my sauna experience in the most relaxing atmosphere ever. Christine located lots of special touches to make both the bathroom and kitchen easier to use. With the new bathroom cabinet and the installation of pull out shelves and corner cabinet systems that help me store all my stuff in the kitchen, I can’t be more pleased. The clean image employees I worked with were professional and very friendly. They were hard workers and did a great job replacing our flooring. They cleaned up each day before they left for the day. I definitely recommend them if you need work done.

I can’t express how this experience has been upsetting and depressing this event of a leak ruining my ballroom floor. Luckily your company “felt my pain” and at every step work to bring my dance floor back to its original state. And put all my artwork, and furniture back to its place.

Clean Image Services has really helped with my mitigation and rebuild process. They are always there to take a phone call, help with insurance, and have done a great job.

They definitely lived up to their company name. Even though a serious leak inside a wall required much demolition to dry it out, Will and Josiah did the work professionally and neatly.

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that it could have been shut down on Sunday, but they did not come by as promised until Monday. We realize the cacaphony was unavoidable but after a week we were going deaf and ready for it to be done. We ended up dealing it for an extra day.

I subcontract with this company. They are the kindest, helpful and most caring people to work with. Shout out to Amy in Moses Lake, Dustin in Ellensburg and Jace in Yakima. I love the care and commitment to the work you do!

They made the whole process of repairing my basement after a sewage backup easy! They were quick to respond and professional to work with, from the guys doing the work to the management. I am thankful for their help with cleaning up after water leaking in my rental basement. They were friendly and helpful when I had questions. It was a bit hard though being a distance away from where the work was being done so I didn't get to observe it first hand. It would've been nice to have more communication from them since I was not onsite.

Clean Image will help you with remediation and repairs as well assist you with handling all your claim needs. As soon as we got approved by our insurance company to find a contractor to assist with our water loss, Clean Image was extremely responsive and help me guide through the entire process.

We had a flood in our building and Clean Image got right on it and clean the mess up. I would highly recommend them when you have a flood issue and major water damage. They worked around our Schedule so we could keep classes going.

This company is fabulous. They were there and on time ever time.The nicest and most caring company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely recommend them. Willing to work with us on everything. Project was finished on time. They called several times after they were done to make sure everything was good and no problems. We kind of missed them when they were done. If I questioned one of the sub companys they took care of it immediately. I will use them again if we have anymore catastrophes. I learned a lot from these guys. They fealt like family by the end.
