These guys are amazing. Returned after being gone 6 days to find 5" of water in our crawlspace from a burst hose bib. Zach came out right away to assess the situation and the next day, Marcos, Anthony and Chris arrived to take care of the problem. They explained the plan, set it up and went to work. They were ultra careful about isolating the "mess" from the rest of our home. Courteous, Friendly, Efficient and 100% Professional. Baxter is the real deal when needing restoration work done.

Update: Anthony and Marcos followed up today to make sure things had dried out enough to install new vapor barrier in the crawlspace. While getting ready to do that, they discovered an additional source of water seeping into the crawlspace. No hesitation ... they pulled out the monster wet vac they had, sucked the new water out, isolated it from the dry part of the area and got back on track. The part that impressed me was the way they handled it by attacking it with a positive proactive approach and making suggestions on how to avoid future issues. The whole experience with Baxter Construction and the guys who do the work was fantastic. Their constant goal was to do what was right with a high level of customer service. Hands down, a top notch company with top notch people.

My experience with Baxter was phenomenal. They were incredibly responsive and had someone at my house the same day I called. Their mitigator Donovan Beath was so efficient, knowledgable, and kind on a very stressful day. Rodney and his team did a great job repairing a roof leak in my bathroom for me that had a few complications along the way! (Beacuse of asbestos and no fault of their team) They handled it all with ease and were extremely friendly and communicated excellently with me along the way! Leo was our main worker and he was so great. He kept everything clean and tidy while he worked and even checked with us to ensure we didn't need to remove anything from our bathroom before he taped it off. And we did! Thanks Leo! Rodney all was also able to get my pantry doors replaced! Thank you all for all of your help!

Baxter Construction does an amazing job. They are very thorough and do great work. They just replaced the master bathroom shower in my home and they did an amazing job. Heath worked with me to give a competitive price and Ryan was a great project manager who communicated daily with me. I watch them do every step of the project and I'm glad I went with Baxter Construction who did it right, rather than those companies who claimed they can do it in one day and cost more. They went to great lengths to keep the rest of the house clean while they worked, and even had a house cleaning crew come in after they finished. They earned a 5 star rating.

I referred Baxter to a gal who had a fire, she was absolutely happy with their service. Today I had the opportunity to use them again for a small project on one of my listings. Seth was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be referring them more!

Baxter Construction truly went above and beyond to solve a mold problem on two separate occasions for me. (Two separate locations) I especially appreciate Seth’s diligence and kindness in the situation. As a young mom, mold can be scary especially when it could possibly affect your baby! Everett showed up first to my house and he was very professional, kind and the customer service was excellent. Him and his crew were quick and got the job done in minimal time. Then Zach came and helped to finish up, explained everything in detail and I found this company is easy to work with.

I was hesitant to write this review, but after getting second opinions, I believe I was severely overcharged. My situation was urgent, so I moved forward quickly, but I regret not getting another quote before signing Baxter’s contract. They first quoted me $3,200, and when I mentioned getting a second opinion, the rep assured me he’d “take care of me” and “make sure insurance covers it.” In the end, he only knocked off $300. After a job that took just a few hours—something a handyman could’ve done—he even mentioned he “normally charges an extra $1,000.” I appreciate that the job got done, but the pricing felt arbitrary. Learn from my mistake—always get multiple quotes before hiring.

I recently had over 2' of water in my crawl space. After a call into Baxter they were on site within an hour to pump out the water and start dealing with the absolute mess of damage. Zach and his team handled getting a plumber, electrician and everything else needed to make sure it did not happen again.

As a fellow contractor in the valley we pride ourselves on effective proactive communication with customers and making it look like we were never there in the first place and I seldomly find other businesses doing the same however Baxter was over the top keeping me informed, and cleaned up everything after themselves as if it never happened.

I recently hired Baxter Construction for a crawl space project to help with excess groundwater, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their team of six professionals were absolutely fantastic. They tackled the entire project with expertise and care, removing my old vapor barrier, installing a complete drain system with channels and a basin, and finally laying down a brand new vapor barrier.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and respect for my home. They meticulously masked off my living room to prevent any dust or dirt from entering, and they worked incredibly efficiently. The entire team was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

We had standing water in our crawlspace and they were able to come out the same day and help us get it taken care of. Donovan and Brandon were great to deal with and I would definitely recommend Baxter Construction!

We had a leak underneath our kitchen sink in the subfloor and the wall that caused a lot of rot mold and mildew. The job consisted of removing and rebuilding the lower cabinet unit, cutting out and replacing studs and bottom plate in the wall, cut out and replace subfloor, reinstall the cabinet base and countertop.
when we first noticed there was a problem we immediately contacted Baxter construction. They immediately came out to our home to evaluate the situation. the next morning they showed up to start the restoration project. They Explain everything that needed to be done as well as their Game plan, and time line.
During the entire project they kept in communication, and showed up on time. Baxter construction staff were very professional knowledgeable, and answered any and all our questions and concerns.

We are very pleased with our decision to go with Baxter construction.

Used Baxter when our basement flooded. They were extremely prompt and were able to come out that same day and immediately get the proper equipment set up. During the cold snap in January 2024 a pipe broke flooding my kitchen and bathrooms. I called Baxter Sunday morning and they responded quickly with air scrubbers to dry out the house. Over the next several weeks they broke through walls and pulled up flooring, assessing the damage, checking for mold. When they were able to start the repairs they were attentive to every detail and to my needs. They made it possible for me to stay in my house as much as possible during the repairs. The teams were respectful, timely and truly a joy to work with! I also appreciated the negotiations with the insurance company so I didn't have that worry. Work is now complete and I love it!!! I contacted Baxter Construction to request they come to my Mother-in-Law's house to check for water , from a broken sprinkler that potentially went into the crawl space. We were concerned about water damage. Joel Nateras, Mitigation Department Manager met me a the house. Joel did a thorough inspection of the house and specifically in the crawl space area. Fortunately, Joel did not find any water damage. However, he did identify a number of water leaks and other issues (leaking garbage disposal, loose toilet, etc.) that needed to be addressed. Joel was efficient and he clearly articulated what the issues were and made recommendations on what needed to be repaired. He provided me a very detailed report with pictures of his findings. He also gave me names of plumbers their company uses. The plumber I used based on Joel's recommendation was outstanding. The proposed buyer of our house requested three other issues be resolved. I contacted Joel on a Friday to see if his company could handle this. He immediately got back to me with a quote. He came out on the Monday after the weekend and completed the work to my satisfaction. He immediately provided me a detailed written report , with pictures documenting the work he completed. I used this report to provide to the proposed buyer. Joel was extremely easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, courteous, effective and efficient. The work was reasonably priced. I would definitely use Baxter again and highly recommend them to others.

Baxter is the best for roofing and general construction and repairs. Their estimator came out promptly, and they worked out a price with the insurance company for the repairs.

Beware! Baxter pays for fake reviews and commits insurance fraud at customer's expense! They billed our insurance company despite not even inspecting suspected water damage. Turns out it was discoloration in the wood. They lied behind our back about turning it in to our insurance company and now shows up in our claim history!!!!

For anyone who has experienced a sewer backup in their basement that contaminated bedrooms, recreation room and storage room, you are wekk aware of the mess, anxiety and stress associated with this kind of incident. Baxter Construction showed up with a couple of hours after notification with a full team led by Tyler and quickly and efficiently cleaned up the sewage, removed all contaninated materials and began decomtamination. They then worked with the insurance company to quickly get approval of the loss claim. Their restoration team led by Ryan then went to work to bring the basement back to pre-incident condition. This included repaining most of the entire area inculding special faux on many of the walls. This restoration work was of very high standards and we especially liked working with their main man-Jerardo Hernandez. Over all we are very happy to have our house back to normal, maybe even slighly better. We wwould reccomd them and their team to anyone having need of cleaning and restoration expertise.
