Very thankful the canvasser stopped by our door! Kadyn and Gheric were super helpful and gave us a free inspection and gave us all the information we needed for our windows! We will definitely be working with dabella for a project like this!

If I could give negative stars I would. Talk about high pressure sales tactics that never stop and end up sounding very threatening. I blocked multiple numbers told them no over and over and they never stop. Horrible crooked company with overpriced products and fees. Just completely dishonest and ridiculous. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DABELLA!!!!!!!!

We had major roof issues that needed attention. Dabella was our choice to have all the roofing boards replaced, 4 layers of shingles removed and replaced, new fascia and rain gutters replaced. Their team did a great job getting all of this done for us.

Now looking to get a quote for our siding to get replaced, with having this work done next year.

The canvasser Jonah came by to offer a free inspection. Gavin and Martin came by and we're excellent! The James Hardie siding is an awesome product that looks like it will add a lot of value to my home. I am looking forward to this project getting installed and to work with a company I can trust!

The initial contact with Dabella was a bit over whelming. After a few minutes of hearing Martin’s enthusiasm for his product I was set at ease. Martin was clear and knowledgeable about what he was selling me. He was very helpful in answering questions during the installation process. We are happy with our new siding. ANTHONY AND MARTIN WETE GREAT. THEY HELPED ME FIND SOME WINDOWS THAT I COULD AFFORD AND SHOWED HOW GREAT THE WINDOWS ARE. THE VISIT WAS NICE. WHILE I WAS TALKING TO MARTN, ANTHONY KEPT MY GRANDSON ENTERTSINED. IT WAS HASSLE FREE AND AN OVERSLL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Martin came and I showed him around. He did a really great job at explaining everything to me. I’d recommend him to anybody.

We needed a new roof. We worked with Ryan and Karalee through our inspection and review. They were extremely helpful and clear on our options. They were patient and physically showed us the material and went through the numbers with to help us stay withing our budget.

Ryan and Karalee were awesome to work with for our inspection on our roof. We are excited to get our new roof from Dabella.

Martin helped us with our siding, he was really informative and helped us choose a great color with there cool 3D rendering!

I'm very annoyed that Dabella is using scare tactics on older home owners to try and trick them into replacing stuff that is just fine. Please stop making up stuff you know nothing of roof repair or fixing, only the cost of an entire ROOF. Please stop trying to trick senior citizens into replacing a roof for an insane amount. Why are you quoting triple the cost verses all the other roofing companies? That is insane and terrible of you. Seniors are a vulnerable group.

1 Star for the aggressive sales people and scare tactics. Not only are you stressing people out you are giving out false information.

I've looked at other reviews from people across the country and there are many negative reviews and people saying poor quality of work and other stuff. Please stop with the poor behavior

BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A SAME DAY SALES COMPANY AND WILL USE PRESSURE TACTICS TO MAKE SALES

We were initially contacted by a door to door representative who asked us if we would like an estimate for some work. We have been thinking about getting new windows and we were interested in getting an estimate and start looking around at different places to see what was available. The door to door salesman said they would come and measure out widows, give us an estimate, and leave within 15-20 minutes - no pressure. We were never intending to purchase anything, we just wanted an estimate and to know about their product so we could compare.

The sales representative came the next day, assured us that we could say no at any point - no pressure, and spent 3 HOURS giving us the the LONGEST lecture about their company and why we would want to buy from them.

After the first hour, we finally asked them to just give us an idea of their products and pricing. When the sales representative was done explaining this to us and strongly suggesting we buy now or lose a great deal, my husband and I left the room to discuss it. We came to the conclusion that we were not going to buy that day and we wanted to look at other options before settling on anything.

We went back into the room and told the representative that we had decided not to buy and she pressured us HARD to buy and kept saying she didn't understand why we couldn't just buy it. We ended up explaining our situation and financials to her to justify saying no (which we shouldn't have had to btw, she had no right to know our financials and why we said no). Even after explaining our situation and our decision she was incredulous and kept pushing us to buy buy buy! After spending an hour convincing her we really meant no, she called her boss. Her boss gave us a lower offer and when we said no to the lower offer too, it started the whole process again!

We finally got it through to her we were not interested after another hour and she calls her boss AGAIN. He gave us another deal this time saying if we left a good review on Google and left a sign on our lawn for 6 months to a year saying DaBella did our windows they could give us this other deal (which leaves me very skeptical of any positive reviews on Google).

We refused and were finally able to get this representative to leave after 3 HOURS! NO PRESSURE MY BUTT!

Two days later, I've gotten 4 calls from DaBella within an 8 hour period of time. I haven't answered any of them and blocked the number.

Honestly the whole thing felt like a tinder date gone wrong. We matched, went in a date, and when I told the date I wouldn't be interested in going on another date, he argued with me and told me I was missing out on a great opportunity and then calls me insistantly a couple days later trying to get in contact again. It makes me feel icky and we will not be doing any business with DaBella.

We have been price matching since then and they are outrageously priced compared to other reputable companies in this area that have similar products.

I would strongly encourage people to price match and do your research before doing any work with DaBella to see if it really is a good fit.

Dustin stopped by this afternoon to discuss a walk in tub. And though they couldn't help at this time he is very knowledgeable not only on the products but the company. Looking forward to the day I can call him up and say let's rock this project.

Sattam and Dustin came to our house to give us a quote on a new shower or walk in tub. They gave us the history of the company and walked us through the process. They were awesome. We're looking forward to working with Dabella.

Very unprofessional. They were extremely pushy on signing a contract and would not give me a quote with out signing a contract with them. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would not recommend them at all! Even after I said no they did a whole sales pitch trying to get me to say yes. They even kept calling me to get me to sign a contract even when I said NO. They do not take no for an answer.

Sattem, Dustin, are two gentlemen who came to help me with getting new windows for my home. I am 82 and I have never had sales people be so understanding that I need new windows, but knew nothing about them. They took the time to explain from start to finish about the windows. Told them I was not interested in their offer multiple times to multiple people. They continue to call 3-5 times a day every single day from multiple different numbers. They are clueless and can’t grasp the concept of no. It’s damn near the point of harassment! Do yourself a favor and don’t even answer the door when they come knocking. They don’t even deserve the one star review but they don’t allow negative stars.

Ryan is amazing! He did so much for us and offered all he could. He went so far and really fought for us! I strongly recommend him and Logan DaBella! They are awesome!

The sales and consultation process was amazing. Karalee and Ryan provided all the details to make me feel comfortable with the contract. Gavin the sales manager even called me to welcome me to their Dabella family. Great experience! I can't wait to see the final product when my siding is done.

Overall, our experience with DaBella was great. We chose to replace all 25 of our windows. Big shout out to Sattam and Saydie for explaining everything from the beginning. Yes, Sales feels like pressure and I do wish we had gotten other quotes, however Sattam went above and beyond to communicate with us throughout the whole process.
Our windows were built and installed by Alside. DaBella chose good partners to work with. Ian from Alside also communicated well through the whole process.
I recommend DaBella and some feedback for DaBella - work at getting on the list of approved companies for energy efficiency rebates as you're expanding into new states!

These beautiful ladies, Karlee, Miriam, were amazing! They went through ever detail about the weakening of the roof, went through the details about how the shingles were made and how strong they are. I'm excited they sent me 2 strong, intelligent women, they are super amazing. Great personalities. And to get personal.... the cared so much to get a price I could afford, they never gave up til the price was comfortable for me. I love how smart and friendly these ladies were! Also Shane was amazing as well.!

Sattam came to my home and was very likable and pleasant to work with my husband and myself. There was no pressure but he presented a very good product. Sattam stayed in contact with us from the beginning to end making sure we’re satisfied. The sand stone siding gave my home a new look.

I received a bid on my roof today and I was very impressed with the service of Karalee and Ryan. They gave me details about my roof so that I could make an informed decision about the type of roofing material I wanted to select. They listened to our needs and made recommendations that worked with thise needs. They understood our budget and worked with us to select a product that fit. I can't wait for my roof to be installed.

Horrible experience with DaBella. Someone had knocked the day before asking if we would be interested in a rep stopping by the next day for a quick quote on new windows. That "quick quote" ended up being 2 reps coming to give the longest sales pitch I've ever heard - followed by an hour of us saying no and asking them to leave repeatedly. All-in-all wasting 3 hours of our evening. The reps were so kind during the initial process but quickly became flippant and somewhat aggressive after we said no. They acted offended that we would even call them out for a quote, as if getting quotes from multiple companies isn't a common thing. Will definitely NOT be using them.

I recently had Karalee and Miriam out to my house to give me an estimate on what it would cost to replace and fix anything on my roof. They gave me all the needed information with the cost, repair and replacement. They were very informational, and made sure I understood everything, and didn't skimp on any detail. They worked with me on providing me the best option for payment plans, and kept it transparent. 10/10 would recommend them to come out and inspect your home! Total BAMF (If you know, you know)!

Good experience working with the DaBella folks for a new roof. Saran and Gheric. I’m thinking it would be tough to beat the product quality, at a very reasonable price. The 50 year transferable full replacement warranty is also a big plus.

I have had a need of windows that have needed replaced for at least 10 years. I haven’t had a way of accomplishing it. Sattam and Dustin Frazier ask me if they could talk to me about a option to be able to accomplish it. I was so impressed with them and their professionalism and kindness. They were wonderful to work with. I am so happy that I can finally be able to get these done I want to cry happy tears. I am very greatful to add them to my life.

Stattam and Dustin are wonderful guys to have them in ur house. Stattam is so willing to help us with anything and to me that's so very rare with ppl these days. So I want to give a HUGE THANKS to these two wonderful guys for being willing to help me get the walk in shower I so desperately need but it's just not in the budget yet. Dabella: Pushy Salesmen, Shady Tactics
Two Dabella salesmen showed up at my door, claiming they were "just giving quotes" in the neighborhood. Right. They then proceeded to tell me my recently renovated house looked like it needed several issues addressed. The windows were old, the siding was warping and the roof had sustained damage, citing a supposed hail storm from years ago. Seriously? I told them the house had been updated in the last 5 years, but they argued with me, even taunting me to come outside and see the "damage." Pushy much? Even as I closed the door, they kept at it. I'm all for local businesses, but Dabella's aggressive tactics and questionable "diagnoses" are a huge red flag. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear. These guys are more interested in high-pressure sales than honest assessments. Honestly, it was a pretty ridiculous experience.

For starters the first salesman was great and we set an appointment. The second salesman Gavin Johnson was very rude and pushy. To start with he opened our front door without knocking and tried to enter. He also got very invasive about his questioning about why we hadn’t replaced the siding. He was very degrading about not being able to afford their pricing or payments. Belittling is never a good sales pitch. Overall we were very angry and uncomfortable with the whole process. I would highly not recommend any of their services or business.

Absolutely rude. They were the most pushy salesmen that I've come across in a long time. The initial sales girl was quite kind, and we expressed we were interested in getting our windows replaced. They offered to come by for a quote, which I felt turned into a really aggressive sales pitch. They wanted our business immediately and were disappointed when we expressed we wanted time to do more diligent research.

At the end of our appointment, one of the salesmen aggressively exclaimed, "Why are we even here?!" And then he promptly called his boss to complain about us (in front of us), saying that it was a waste of time to come out here.

My wife and I had a visit with Miriam Nelson and Mike Jakobson from DaBella came by our home today and helped us understand its services and products. We decided to move forward with a contract. But even if we hadn't, we appreciated their courtesy and patience. They are fantastic!

We had Ryan come out to inspect our windows and he did an amazing job! He showed us all the options, told us about their journey and gave us a price that worked for us!

Gavin and Mike came by, they were pretty cool! I’m going to be doing my roof and siding with them, they me feel like family and I am excited to see these improvements to the home!

This company is a scam. Where do I start. Why does it take 3 people to do one person's job? All we wanted was a bid on a roof of a home WE HAVE NOT ACTUALLY PURCHASED IT. It took one guy to make an appointment, one guy to do an inspection, and other to price a bid. They started at $60k. Then when we look not interested went to $50k. Then made a call to there "manager" and somehow got it down to $41k. Still we said it was higher than we wanted to spend and said we would think about it. And just like that they threw a "family discount" and got it to $37k. This was our FIRST bid. On a house we are in the process to buy. They then proceeded to tell us that we need to make a $10k down payment immediately or the deal was off. We told them we wanted to get other bids before we made a decision. They then completely flipped a switch and got extreamly aggressive. Said they couldn't have a maybe answer, that it was yes or no right now. My wife said it would have to be a maybe for now. There response was to roll there eyes and say "I guess that's fine" was a very passive aggressive tone. They waisted almost 3 hours of our time, which was only suppost to take an hour. We got 3 other bids from well known roofers in the valley. Ranging from $25k-30k. So if we would have accepted the first offer they would have ripped us off $35k. These people are dishonest and wouldn't recommend them for anything. If I could do less than 1 star I would.

On Feb 1, 2025, we had a visit from a DaBella consultant. Karalee was both courteous and thorough as she did an inspection of our roof, windows, and siding. Although we hadn't intended to make any purchases, she worked hard to get us a deal that we could accept immediately. She was likable and genuine in her interactions with us and very good at her job. The only downside to the interaction is that we had to reschedule another meeting because the consultation took four hours. In the end, she found us the exact siding we wanted at a better price than the initial quote, and the payments would fit into our budget.

We had Miriam and Karatee come and give us an estimate on siding. They were very cordial and gave us great information on our current siding. They did everything they could to try and make it affordable for us.They didn’t pressure us in anyway. If we were to get siding we would definitely consider going with DaBella.

Cayden was super helpful about teaching me about this company and the many options they provide and the many options they offer for payment. Great company trying to help so many people get the the things they need for their houses.

My experience with Ryan was excellent he explained my home issue with the siding and helped me work through the documentation. He was friendly and easy to work with. We recommend him highly.

UPDATE 02-17-2025 - We have now had the roof replaced and are very pleased with it! Miriam and Katalee have been so helpful and responsive through all the process. The DaBella team kept in constant communication with us on progress. They stayed on schedule and did what we wanted. We added downspouts to the order and they have been installed too and are working well. We are very pleased with the outcome!
