Hunter Anderson Construction

I was given Hunter’s (Anderson Earthworks) name by my financial advisor who was his neighbor. I hired Anderson Earthworks to build a new home for me in Mantua, Fall 2022. I’m very happy with my home; it’s wonderful. There is minor exterior painting and concrete work that will be completed when the snow clears. Hunter included me on all/any decisions/meetings that affected my house. As construction proceeded, I was more and more impressed with the management and quality Hunter insured throughout each phase. Before meeting Hunter, I had contracted a garage with a nationally known company, which Anderson Earthworks (Hunter) poured the foundation for. I worked with that company simultaneously while Anderson Earthworks was building my home. The difference between the 2 contractors was like night and day! Anderson Earthworks has been a pleasure to do business with and will be my first and only choice for future projects.

Hunter did a great job on our excavation project that required a quick response. He showed up as agreed and then did a great job completing the project at a fair price. We will definitely call him for any future projects.

Five stars are not enough when writing a review for Hunter! He is by far a ten-star individual, an exceptional person with magnificent skills. He worked on all aspects of a major renovation of our house and yard for most of the past year and we could not be more pleased with him and the results.
We relish the time on our glorious deck while admiring the beauty and functionality of it, our spacious garage, and gorgeously landscaped yard. From hands-on excavating, framing, and construction, to performing the general contractor’s duties, he did everything at the highest level! It’s hard to say he worked for us because he treated each piece of the project as if it was his own. Everything (down to the smallest detail) had to be done to his satisfaction and nothing less than perfection was acceptable.
Hunter is a darn hard worker and master craftsman, but he is also a master communicator. He gave us an update at the start and end of every day, and we always knew where we stood. We just enjoyed talking with him too and miss seeing him daily now that our project is done. We think we made our own kids jealous by the number of times we said we wanted to adopt Hunter! Hire him and you’ll rave about your new space too.

Hunter did an excellent job on the remodel of our hone. He is very knowledgeable and a very skilled contractor. We appreciated his attention to detail and effort to be efficient in this difficult market. He was very timely in getting subs to our project. He is very personable and easy to work with. We would highly recommend him and would use him again!

I will recommend Anderson Earth Works to everyone I know! Hunter took care of our job in a quick and professional manner. He helped point out some things I wouldn’t have thought of or realized when it came to the concrete pad we were adding on the side of our house. He’s competitively priced, great at what he does and a pleasure to work with. 10/10, We’ll definitely be calling him for any future projects.

I had a great experience working with Hunter. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and does superior work. He helped us in many different aspects of building a barn. I could trust him 100% on the project.

Did a great job on our pipeline project. Excavated a trench on grade, kept materials separated for reuse. Lifted concrete pipe back into the trench. Cautious and exceptional, attention to detail. Very professional service and would use again.

Hunter was so great to work with on our bedroom addition. We felt he was trustworthy, had the work done quickly and we had a wonderful experience with every sub he used. We always felt in the loop and it was so nice to not have to constantly be calling him to see what was next in the project. We were also really pleased that he gave a realistic bid so we knew what to budget and he didn’t go over it. The bedroom turned out beautifully and we’ll definitely use him again as well as refer all our family and friends to him!
