Very informative and thorough. Got an estimate and general consultation regarding an old roof on a property we've been renovating. Matt and Shawna came by and we had a great talk where they helped lay out our options moving forward and what approach would specifically benefit our plan in a timely manner.

Sean M and Matt P came to do a roof inspection and notified me of all the issues I had going on it was a very good experience. They know all the ins and outs of a roof and I was surprised to actually know the condition of my roof. Very pleased.

Eli was fantastic checking in with me and updated on our status and help us with may options. We are family now and I’m like his mother he is wonderful!

We had a consultation with Matt and Shawna. Matt was very knowledgeable, and Shawna was extremely personable. I learned a lot about roofing that day, but I wanted to do more research on my own. Unfortunately, I felt pressured to make a deal that day before doing my own research.

Professional, well presented. I was able to get a great understanding of the steps that would be taken to install my new roof. The staff explained in great detail and did a thorough inspection of our roof so we get the best repair options.

I was looking for an option to fix my roof. One day, someone knocked on my door. It was a Dabella employee canvassing door-to-door in the neighborhood. I made an appointment with Dabella. The next day, I met Segundo, a Dabella employee. He was very professional at what he does. He inspected my roof inside and out, giving me a coherent explanation about my roof. This gave me the confidence to undertake this project with Dabella, given all the options he presented to me and the way I was able to close a contract with him. Segundo was always in contact with me, ensuring everything went well with my roof. When I have another project for my house I would call him again. Thanks Segundo.

Leo and Matt came to our house today. They were very well prepared for a great in-depth presentation of their company. They were very proud of the award-winning achievements their company has won. When it came down to the nuts and bolts of the presentation, they showed the three options we have along with the warranties.

Do not open your door for their "canvassers!!!" My wife made the mistake of accepting an appointment for what she was led to believe was a consultation. They showed up when there were 2 inches of snow on my roof and ice all over the yard expecting to do an inspection. They attempted to pressure me into this inspection which we never requested. Now they call my wife constantly and we will be notifying the better business bureau. Can't speak to their services but their sales staff are stalkers!

I recently had the chance to work with DaBella in searching for roofing contractor and Segundo, the representative, was very persistent in wanting to provide great service and a great deal too. He started off the consultation by walking the roof, sending me videos and pictures of the condition of the current roof, and ultimately giving a good presentation on the quality of the shingles provided, warranties covered, as well as some of the logistics involved. I asked many questions throughout the process and for the questions he did not know the answers to, he was honest, and took the time to find out the answers on the spot by calling someone who did know, which is something I valued. Overall, I was able to sign a deal with DaBella and I look forward to working him and the other personnel involved for our roof replacement.

Zoe your representative was very kind and answered all our questions. She provided multiple options to make it safe for us if we had to make the best selection for our needs. to be safe. Unfortunately our budget does not allow us to commit at present but we will definitely consider you in the future.

Being a homeowner requires a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, and I didn't want to overextend myself. When I am ready, I am glad to have Ryan help me with my home projects!

Kody was so personable and helpful during my roofing consultation. He really helped us understand the process but didn't feel pressure to make a decision right away.

My plan was to obtain 3-4 quotes but Kody McNeil came over and spent a couple of hours with me. He explained the new technology that you offer and won me over with his expertise and friendly approach. No high pressure sales techniques just a very pleasant young man who worked hard for this retired Air Force member. I made my mind up with that visit to trust DaBella with my home. I believe that Kody represents the best for DaBella, and I would recommend Kody to any of my friends. I met Ryan and Segundo today, to provide me with a roof replacement proposal. They were well prepared and knowledgeable in their inspection of the interior and exterior of the roof, materials and warranties. In my opinion they represented Dabella very well. They understood that I as a property owner I was getting a couple of more proposals and were very respectful of that.

Please guys make sure you review your contract and the loan. The company will trick and lie to you about rate and payment plan ok… Don’t go by what they say. I cancelled my contract with them in the timely manner and they still want to cash my deposit check which was $500 that was supposed to be my monthly payment for the loan. My loan was at 9.99% and I have a credit score of over 800… my monthly payment was going to be over $2000 a month more than my mortgage payment.
So guys be very careful…

Skype and Ryan was very knowledgeable with what they presented . They was very nice and patient with me, when I asked them with lots of questions and doubt.

I had two representatives come to my house to give me a quote. After we sat down and he (Ben)showed us the price, we immediately knew that the price was way out of our budget. We told him that repeatedly, but he just kept repeating that he just wants to find us the best quote. After 35 minutes, my husband finally looked at Ben and said, "I'm sorry, but this is not something we can do. It is time for you to leave." Ben ignored my husband and just repeated that he wanted to find us the best price. My husband had a zoom meeting, so now they were talking just to me. They stayed for another hour INSISTING that they just wanted me to get the best price. FINALLY, after adamantly telling them "no", they left. BUT, two minutes later, there was a knock at my door and THEY CAME BACK and said that they could do another price. I said "no" AGAIN. They finally left after my son told them to leave.
I called and filed a complaint with the company and the agent said she would tell the manager and apologized. The following day, i received three calls from them, but ignored them. The day after that, they called and I answered thinking they just wanted to apologize. But NO! It was another agent who was following up with the rep that came to my house and trying to ask me again about my project. I was stunned and told them not to call me again. They called about 6 hours later and another agent tried to follow up and ask about my project AGAIN. I told him to put me on the "do not call" list and he said he would. Several hours later, ANOTHER call from an agent following up AGAIN on what I was hoping to do with my project. I was angry and told the agent that this is harassment and to stop calling me please and put me on the "do not call" list. He said "ok" and hung up on me.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are pushy and put immense pressure on you; they will not take "no" for an answer; and they will continue to harrass you. Don't let them in your door!

Ryan and Segundo were absolutely fantastic! They were not only hardworking and efficient but also incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. Their dedication to quality work and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s rare to find such a great team that genuinely cares about their customers, and they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I hope I never need a new roof again, but if I do, I’m coming back because of them. Highly recommend!

Eli D was amazing. He is super informative. The demos were helpful. He took his time with explaining technique, installation and provided a variety of financing options. We did not feel pressured which is the best part. We very much trusted his expertise.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Julian Huynh from DaBella regarding improvements needed for my home. From our first interaction, Julian demonstrated remarkable empathy towards my current situation. He took the time to listen and understand my needs, which made a significant difference in finding a viable financing option.

Julian was instrumental in helping me figure out a payment plan that I could comfortably manage, alleviating a lot of my financial concerns. His honesty was refreshing, and his extensive knowledge about siding and how to protect my home from the elements truly stood out.

He presented thorough documentation, accompanied by detailed photographs and information, which made it easier to comprehend the current state of my home. While it was difficult to confront the reality of the situation, Julian did everything possible to work with me and find solutions.

I scheduled 5 different appointments. They kept asking me the same questions and all the times I talked to them, it seemed like it was their first day and always needed to talk to the supervisor for something. After scheduling the 6th time, they call to confirm and I do confirm. Then they try changing the date after I told them that no I dont want to change again when I need it done. Well, the girl ended up hanging up on me when I told her I did not want to change the appointment. I dont know if they will show up. But if not, I guess I can go start over with another company to do my siding.

Rebecca and Skye were great to work with. They answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me.

This location and the company is bad is to expensive also they are not professional i had a contract with them to change the windows on my house they take my deposit after 3 months they send my money back and they didn't change my windows, I don't recommend this people....

Sean and Eli originally came to my in laws house to inspect a leak that was going into their closet. Upon looking at it and checking our roof, they were able to locate the leak. We then sat down with them to talk about what was going on. Along with the leak, they made us aware that the roof that was done over 20 years ago was actually done with a material that is only meant to last 10 years and the previous company told my in laws that it should last 25 years. We were grateful with their knowledge and Sean was able to explain everything in detail. Sean and Eli are such a great team and made us feel comfortable before making any decisions. Sean talked about DaBella and what makes them different from other companies and was able to show us the types of material that are used. He took the time to explain everything and go over average costs for roofs nowadays. We didn’t feel pressured on making any decisions if we weren’t ready to do so. Sean went above and beyond to answer a questions or doubts we had. In the end, my in laws decided to move forward and are very excited to get a new roof that is going to last! We are very grateful for Sean and Eli and the time that they took with us.

We were approached by Bradley, who knocked on our door to offer a free roof and siding inspection. He wasn’t pushy, and since we were already considering a new roof, we decided to schedule an appointment.

Two days later, Greg came by for the inspection, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. He took the time to explain the current condition of our roof in a clear, straightforward way. There was no pressure or exaggeration—he was honest about what could wait and what needed immediate attention. Craig Paradiso came to our house and did an assessment of the rickety windows in the addition of our house. He explained the process and the windows expertly. While we're not ready to hit "go" on this process yet, he talked with me about the different financing options, and I can confidently say that I plan to go with this company when we do make updates to our addition.

So where to start.. First they dropped the windows in my yard without an appt to put them in. Where they sat for well over a month. One window, was smaller than original one. I questioned it with installers.. but still went in.. Window is broke.. been a month already and no one from the company is returning calls. But the window itself is ugly as all.... The other windows that were placed have issues as well.. Will never deal with this company again.. So update new contractor came in and told me the windows were put in to tight so in 5-6 years the windows will loosen up enough to open easily.. The upstairs kitchen window was put in flushbwith the inside wall so there is a 4" sil on the outside.. Still no word from this ignorant company to fix the problems..

Initially I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Jerry Davila-Lynch the sales Rep. The job was done in one day, the roof looked good and they left my place very clean.
