The service at caliber collision was great experience and I was very satisfied with the work and communication with everyone. The service manager and the receptionist were very friendly and professional and the employees who completed the hail damage did a great job

They did a great job repairing the reend of my truck very friendly have a small issue i need to address but I have a lifetime warranty on it so won't be a issue small plastic piece came unstuck but will be a quick and easy fix but still give 5 stars because it looks exactly like when I bought it

This place is horrendous. I would never recommend caliber collision to anybody. Worst experience I have ever had at a shop. The people are rude, disorganized, and very unprofessional. This shop kept delaying my pickup time for my vehicle, which I understand if a good job is being done, but not in this case. They called saying “we are working on the vehicle for X reason” and nothing was worked on the whole time. They charged for a pin- stripe that they couldn’t find, which I’m sure they can find but are too lazy to do it. You had my vehicle for at minimum a month and the whole time you couldn’t tell me any earlier or do any type of precedent check to make sure you have everything to get the vehicle done on time? No, let’s keep delaying the customer because we have nothing but time and they don’t need their vehicle. Then on the same vehicle same job, they fixed my door, great job caliber, now there is air coming through my door. You got the used door, claiming that the weatherstrip was in better condition than the one I had before, so how is air coming through my door now ? “Could be the rocker panel” this is a shock to me because the original door with these never had no air coming through. The rocker panel is also at the bottom and the air is coming through the top. This place doesn’t even know what they are talking about. They don’t care anymore about my vehicle because they got paid already. I’ve had nothing but problems with my door since I’ve taken it here to get replaced, my mirror is now shaking which wasn’t happening before and now my window doesn’t roll up. My window, mirror, weatherstrip were all good before I brought it here. They basically demoed on my vehicle. This place has caused me nothing but headache and wasting my time. NEVER, bring your car to caliber. Everything on my vehicle works except where they touched. They kept me in their waiting room after taking my vehicle back for two hours, telling me “we are working on it” making it seem like they are fixing the issue, brings the vehicle back around almost three hours later since I’ve been waiting to tell me I need to go to my insurance company. So if you were going to give me a diagnosis, why couldn’t you have me just drop of the vehicle and come back and pick it up ? No I have nothing better to do with my time except to sit around in a shop where they don’t care about their customers. There is no communication with their team. I am disgusted with this caliber collision , if I could rate lower I would. They kept my vehicle for an extended period of time, after my rental period was over leaving me with no vehicle to drive, no consideration for the customer. This is a terrible environment to walk into and is exceptionally disgraceful

I've had several cars repaired at Lexington Park md Caliber collision, This is definitely, my go to shop. You will not disappointed. From Customer (Karen) service to body is Fantastic.

Caliber Collision provide a great service motor vehicle. They kept me informed through the entire process. When I receive my vehicle it looked as good as new

Joseph was very helpful and knowledgeable. They completed the job quicker than originally estimated and we were extremely happy with the repair. The communication throughout the whole process was amazing.

I hardly write Google reviews unless the service is exceptional. Caliber Collision was exceptional. All of the representatives were courteous, informative, and highly professional. Chris was especially so. On top of the excellent service, the work done on my car was first-rate. My car was pretty banged up, and they made it look like I just drive it off the lot.

Eric stopped what he was doing to come and take a look at a mud flap on my truck that was dangling. He went above and beyond to help me and gave me honest answers to my problem. I'll definitely be back for all my collision needs. 10 star service!

My husband ran into a deer and was told by our insurance to have the repairs done here. It should have been done 2 weeks later, but instead we had to wait 2 MONTHS. Something about an employee getting fired and then people not ordering parts on time or being available for services. Didn’t get our car back until after Christmas, even though the car was brought there in October. AND they didn’t help provide a rental or rental costs after 1. insurance wouldn’t cover since it had been over a month. 2. someone verbally promised that we would get back-payed for the rental.

Five star rating from appointment set up to delivery of vehicle when completed. Vehicle was ready before plan completion date and looks better than it did when I purchased it from Car Max. They even repaired poor workmanship from previous collision repair from before purchase of vehicle that was a safety hazard.

Great professional service. You can’t tell what’s been replaced. They helped me from dropping my car, getting a rental, and dropping off the rental when my car was ready. Customer service was professional. They provide real service with genuine customer care!
