Joe was so kind and helpful. I needed help re-attaching the emblem to the back of my vehicle. He took the time to show me how to easily clean off the area and then he put adhesive tape on the emblem for me and didn’t even charge a penny. What a nice guy and lovely small business. Very thankful to have this business in our town:)

Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance company and set up my appointment! Very pleased with the professionalism of everyone! After receiving the estimate I had questions and was greeted at the location with a review and shown the parts that would be required and what would be done! Very satisfied with the quality of work! I could not find anything other than a factory like appearance! Paint is absolutely perfect! Thanks to everyone especially Mario and Danny and their paint tech for getting it done as promised! Highly recommend!

I needed my headlight replaced and they jumped right up and did it in 5 minutes! I didn't even have an appointment, they are great.

The staff at the shop were always very friendly and helpful. Joe went out of his way to help me with a complicated situation and I greatly appreciated it. My vehicle was done early and was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I am very grateful for everything and the speedy service.

I stopped by to see what it would take to have a piece on my car put back together. Staff walked out to my car to take a look and put it back together right there on site! The kind man that helped me was kind, professional, and educated me on why it probably popped off so I could avoid it happening again. Thank you for such amazing service!

Caliber Collision in Lebanon was so helpful, the team went above and beyond for my family. I HIGHLY recommend them.

They repaired my car quickly keeping me informed throughout the process. When they learned I had surgery 2 days before they finished my repair work they went above and beyond offering to deliver my car to my house.

I've had other vehicles repaired here and have never had any problems with their work but if I do they have a lifetime warranty and will gladly fix any repairs that fall in the future.

Zero stars. They will damage other parts of the car that weren't damaged.
I talked to them beforehand. They said the right words make you believe that they know what they are doing so I gave them the opportunity.
My car was backed into by someone in a parking lot and needed a new door and repairs to the rear quarter panel. Took them 4 doors to finally get a good one. I chalked that up to parts and logistics issues. Finally they told me the car was ready so I went to pick it up.
This is where their true colors show. I arrived to a dirty car. I could clearly see dirt and bugs that were there before I dropped it off. I inspected the car and found that they didn't install the bumper on right and that one side was way off. I also found a deep scratch on the other side of the car and a chip that went clear through to metal. I told them I'm not picked it up until fixed.
They fixed it and a few days later said it was ready. I went and picked it up at end of day since I couldn't make it in earlier and of course it was dark. I took it home and inspected it in my garage. Found more scratches. My hood had a zig zag pattern and the door has nail marks from careless person. I also found a could small scratches on the roof.
I took it in for the manage to see. He ended up telling me the scratches are not deep and it basically on me to have it fixed.
Now I have to go out of pocket to fix damage to my car caused by them.

Don't use them if you actually care about your car at all.

Update: more damage was found. After trying to wipe my windows today I found that the glass they removed and reinstalled in the door was deeply scratched. More will be removed soon to find if there is more damage to the bumper etc

I have had many things done on my car with them. They were outstanding! Friendly, informative, fast, and did a great job. My headlight problem with foggy glass was corrected with a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience there! Dave’s communication was terrific and thorough. The work done looks great I can definitely tell there wasn’t any corners cut by Dave and his team. We even got our vehicle back early. They also made using our insurance a breeze

We took our vehicle to them for our repairs. They kept us informed about the repairs in progress and we got our vehicle back a day earlier than originally quoted.

Excellent look, almost like new. Great color match. Excellent communication. Difficult to get estimates completely right from a one-time inspection. I prefer to see a range of possible pricing, with details, then hopefully come in under the max at completion

"Excellent job, fast, friendly courteous employees". One happy customer! I had a terrible time with my insurance companies claims department and Joe and the rest of the front office personnel stood patiently beside me during the entire fiasco. I highly recommend them.
