Excellent service. Called about Skinks we found in our basement and he came by day of and took care of the problem. Sprayed to keep bugs away that were drawing them and sealed some holes that they were entering from. Communication was phenomenal and he was very knowledgeable and gave any kind of advice. Mr. Gaynor and his team did a nice job removing the snakes and brush from behind our house. He responded and came by right away to take a look. He mentioned that he can do all kinds of work like landscaping, mowing, and handyman work. Mr. Gaynor hires a team to take care of all kinds of work but we had some issues getting some landscaping completed to the standard that we needed. I am not sure if his team is supplied with all the proper equipment to do landscaping well.

Call Mr. Gaynor for a termite infestation. Came down as schedule and was able to take care of the issue in a week. Price was reasonable with a year warranty. He also works construction so he sealed minor holes that the termites bore through on my corner moldings. The team from Gaynor responded to our call about hearing birds in our bathroom, which turned out to be entering through an open vent. They successfully removed the birds and secured the vent and another opening with a breathable cage and mesh. We hired GAYNOR SERVICES, LLC, to get rid of squirrels that had made a nest in our attic because our soffit was not properly secured by our previous contractor. Mr. Lamont also found many other things that had been done completely incorrectly on our home, roof and vinyl siding. Needless to say, the squirrel is gone, and the soffit is secured and installed correctly. The contractor cleaned up nicely and returned our yard as it was before work began. Lamont and the worker present were very professional.
The price was reasonable as well. We recommend this company for your contracting needs!!

Thank goodness for Gaynor Services LLC.. We called him in somewhat of a panic as we saw a snake on our front porch in the soffit and then it went back up inside where we thought it was in the attic. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly was able to catch and remove the snake from above the front porch.

I called in regards to a copperhead snake I needed to have removed. They came first thing the next day and positively identified from the picture I’d taken. They took care of my lawn by mowing and trimming and they found the snake. They took it away safely and left after giving great advice and future tips. Very helpful and nice to work with! I discovered that I had squirrels in my roof. I called animal control and they gave me two pest control businesses. The second one I tried referred me to Lamont. Lamont and his team did an excellent job finding the entry and exit point and closing it. He used traps to capture the squirrels alive and move them to another location. He worked with us over several weeks until he was sure all the squirrels were removed (5 total!). Excellent work. Highly recommend if you have a similar problem.
