Many customers appreciated the timely updates and the friendly, professional staff who worked to ensure their vehicles were repaired efficiently and thoroughly. - They kept me informed and updated me via text through every step of the process.
- The personnel here were fabulous and they really did everything they could to help me.
- Great customer service was in and out in a few days.
- I would recommend using this place.
- They worked with my insurance company and got everything done in a week.
- They put the taillight in crooked and it hits the trunk when you shut it.
- I went in for a simple sunroof repair and they sent me out with an extra $1000 repair caused by them.
- The communication was brief and without any clarifying language when I asked for more details.
- Quality control was lacking, with some repairs not executed correctly.
- I am extremely dissatisfied with their behavior regarding accountability.

Excellent workmanship, seamless interaction with my insurance, and timely text updates made for an exceptional overall experience having my car repaired at Caliber Collision. I would absolutely recommend!

I hit a deer and had my vehicle fixed at Caliber. They did an amazing job with the body work. Everyone there was super friendly and they got my vehicle done before expected. I worked with Bradley Meredith most of the time and he was super professional and knowledgeable. He kept me up to speed with where they were in the process and made sure I was informed of everything being done. Will definitely use Caliber again!

The paint looks ok. All They had to do was install a new rear bumper and tail light. They put the taillight in crooked, and it also hits the trunk when you shut it. I mean someone would just have to take a glance at it and say “huh that doesn’t look right, I should maybe adjust or fix it” and take 5 minutes to reinstall it correctly. Also my trunk is full of water due to you guys not putting said tail light in correctly. Pathetic. Most of the body shops in the Blacksburg area are very lacking in quality control.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
