Wonderful experience! They did the repairs on my car in a very timely manner, everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and professional, and the car was returned looking brand new! They even tidied the inside for me which was an unexpected kindness! I definitely would recommend this facility should anyone need collision repairs.

From the write-up to the delivery of my repaired vehicle the experience w/the Staunton Caliber was totally positive. I was updated regularly and the status and the work was completed before the estimate given. The work looked great and am really pleased with the outcome.

Hit a deer on a back road at 9:15 on a Tuesday night resulting in $7200 in damage to my new Hyundai Tucson. Heartbreaking. Safeco insurance (A+) sent the vehicle to Caliber, a shop I was unfamiliar with. Outstanding service. Excellent communication including contacting me twice a week. Not only was the repair finished a month ahead of schedule, Caliber returned my rental car for me. Superb work and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Caliber. From start to finish, Caliber kept me updated on the status of the repairs to my vehicle. The repairs to my vehicle were perfect. The paint matched to the point I didn't know what was new and what was old. Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Completed my body work in a timely manner. They kept me updated twice a week to let me know the progress of the work. Upon picking up my vehicle they explained everything about how to handle cleaning due to the paint job.

I can't imagine a better experience than what I had with Caliber Collision. They truly have the customer's back as they guide them through the process. Their professionalism and friendliness are invaluable. Tammy and Cindy in Staunton... store manager Julie in Leesburg- are fantastic people who truly know what customer service is about.

They did such a great job fixing my Forester that was vandalized. The rear quarter panel on the driver's side was kicked. They were also able to fix the side of the bumper on the passenger side. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but the theory is that someone in a raised vehicle with large tires hit the bumper with their tire while backing out of a parking space, which left a nasty scuff mark. The turnaround time on the repairs was excellent. I highly recommend them for any repairs that may be needed.

The only negative thing I can think of about working with Caliber Collision is that they're so good at what they do you're going to have to wait a little bit for an estimate and then a little longer for your vehicle to actually get serviced.

A perfect balance of small business communication and understanding where you always feel like you are the top priority combined with the resourcefulness and logistical capabilities of a large corporation to source the material needed to make sure your vehicle is fixed the correct way.

I can't say enough good things about this company and if you're able to wait the time it takes for them to get your vehicle in the results are well worth the wait. Also doesn't hurt that they guarantee their work.

Our insurance company gave us three choices. I sure am glad we picked Caliber. They kept me informed from the beginning, during and after the work was complete. The shop guys sure know what they were doing as I have no complaints at all. It really looks great. Thanks Caliber!

Had an incident with my vehicle and took it to Caliber. Excellent choice. Spoke to Ethan, Cindy and Tammy and they were all very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made recommendations. They gave me realistic timelines, as well as reassurance that they would update me along the way through the repair. Honest folks that do good work. Highly recommend to anyone in Staunton!

I used Caliber Collision through my insurance agency after a deer strike left my Honda with a dent in the pilar and some missing paint.

The good:
Caliber had great communication and although the calendar was pretty booked, they got my car scheduled in February. By the end of the weekend they had it in the shop and completed in roughly a week. Super flexible with my travel plans of drop off/pick up.
The actual paint job was decent and they did an entire panel. 4/5 job for the actual paint job itself.

The bad:
Quality control. First, there is visible overspray or primer on the hood and doors of my car. You can see the lines where they taped off but did not cover.
Second, my back-up camera is fed through my rear taillight which had to be removed for the paint. Camera was not hooked back up and the cord was damaged in the door.
Just disappointed with the quality control after Caliber had been so accommodating.

I had an extensive repair that was done perfectly and on time. The workmanship was amazing and the process went exactly as it was explained to me. Everyone there is super professional and went the extra mile to communicate accurate With me on every issue and deliver on all aspects exactly as they committed. Beautiful thorough body repair. Can take more time than anticipated but parts for newer cars aren't easily acquired so that's not their fault and they were EXTREMELY communicative the entire process without me needing to reach out. I got bi-weekly updates every week.

Excellent service…above and beyond. When my insurance rental period ran out, Caliber picked up the additional cost. I never asked, they just offered. They kept me informed throughout the process.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They made everything so easy, they even communicated with the local enterprise car rental for me. They communicated clearly with me. They fixed up my vehicle in 5 hours, so I got him back the same day. Just amazing- very impressed. Highly recommend if you need any body work on your vehicle!

I took my hellcat in for a repair. I told them I wanted the dent taken out with a paintless repair and that is exactly what I got. It was a great job. And it was a very good experience.

Caliber Collision in Staunton was the best experience we have ever had with a collision company. My daughter was going to college and got hit by a deer. She was 2.5 hours from home. This company helped her through the entire process even through her extreme trauma from the incident. They went to the university to tow the car to their location. My husband drove up to grab our daughter and complete the process of the car. Their timeframe and estimate was spot on! They contacted us regularly through the entire process. They were understanding that we were 2.5 hours away. When we went to get the car today after the 6 weeks, my daughter immediately went to where the damage was and didn’t see nothing. The car looks brand new and everything. Although she is still afraid to drive right now, at least the car is now home in great condition! No problems getting it back and their work has a lifetime guarantee. The staff were ALL amazing EVERY TIME they called and even when we went there. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thank you Caliber Collision for your patience with a frazzled teen initially. Car looks and runs great!

This place is the best. They left our truck looking like new. There's no signs at all that someone crashed into it. They took their time with it but it was so worth the wait. The sensors on the rear bumper are working like nothing happened. Totally recommend. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. They are awesome.

I totally recommend Calibur Collision. They did excellent repair work, contacted the insurance company and got the extra money above the estimate from them needed to repair it, found out that their work was warrantied for as long as I owned the car, they gave me a ride to the car rental place, and even washed and cleaned my car!!

I couldn't ask for a better experience! Try them, you won't be disappointed!!
