Recommend most highly. Bruce has helped replace the carpet for the entire house, but also could recommend carpet cleaning and other home repair needs. When roofing companies would not even return a phone call, he came through with a great recommendation. Appreciate the helpfulness as well as the friendliness of all who work at Griffin!

The worst experience we have had with a contractor in a LONG time. It took more than 7 months to get the project done. They damaged our brand new refrigerator and offered NOTHING in return. They nearly ruined our kitchen cabinets that had just been refinished. Each of us had to take time away from our businesses every time they had to come out, which was multiple times because they couldn't fix things right the first time. Owner came out ONE time and was horrified at how bad a job the install team did, but never returned or even offered to return to look at things again. Would suggest not using. Ever.

We are so happy we chose Griffin's Flooring America (Lexington Park, MD)! Bruce helped us find the perfect option for us (we have 2 dogs and 4 cats) and was always available to answer our questions. Richard and Mike are just fantastic! They did an amazing job installing luxury vinyl planks throughout the entire house. They also made sure our cats didn't run away and we are very grateful for that :) We were also super happy with Kenneth, the plumber they sent to empty and move the water heater. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Sorry this did not get poster sooner, Jeff is the Man. I wanted to thank Griffin flooring on #1 hiring Jeff and #2 to keep him there you must give this man a raise. Keep him happy because he keeps his customers happy. He is a good man, My wife and I just moved from Glen Burnie to Hughesville and had our floor done by a contractor and when it was time to source the material we had a hard time matching up the floor with what was in out home now but I called Griffen and gave Jeff the info he said he would do his best to help us and he did. He found the flooring and placed the order and even gave us a good price. He had it delivered long story short the installers had left dirty prints all over the floor and since we was just moving in we did not see it for 3 weeks later. My wife was in panic and called Jeff he made time to make an appointment and come see it and see if he could help us out. He can and advised to get a cleaner we did and 2 weeks later of hard scrubbing the floors are like brand new. We just wish we would have seen it sooner we would been done. Jeff is a fair , honest, and dependable guy who is a man of his word. Please make sure he stays with you for ever , When we do our basement we will be calling Jeff back. A++++ Salesman and employee. Thank you! I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to review this awesome company. Last year we tried getting floors with Choice Floors and got the run around. They took our money and never showed. Once we got our money back we were hesitant to try another company. On a whim we stopped in at Griffin and was immediately greeted warmly. Once we met Bruce and another very nice lady, everything went smoothly. The floors and cabinet painting were completed in no time and the workers very kind and respectful in our home. I’ll gladly work with them again!

Jeff Randle came recommended to my wife and I and we contacted him and made an appointment. We were not disappointed. Jeff helped us make several key decisions about replacing some of our rugs and all of our vinyl flooring. The process was painless and so rewarding. We are planning to sell our house in the next few months and we knew we had to upgrade the floors. It was a painless process and Jeff and Griffin's worked with us to do it with the least amount of changes to our lifestyle. I highly recommend Griffin's floors for carpet or flooring.

I cannot say enough great things about Flooring America, but especially the man who helped my family and I complete task after task. Jeff Randall should be your GO TO at Griffins. He is HONEST, STRAIGHT FORWARD, and helps you every step of the way! From showing you the best bang for your buck, to get talking you through exactly where your money is going and being invested into. He knows the products inside and out and always has time for any questions or concerns. He treated my family and I like we were his own. I wouldn’t nor couldn’t of asked for anyone better to help us on this exhausting transformation. In the end Jeff proves that it’s all worth it as long as the people, or person, your working with is in your best interest and willing to listen to what your looking for/need, instead of just trying to get the most money he can. He is genuine and matter of fact and I’m so glad that God put him into our lives and the future of our home!

I have to say that we were in a HUGE bind, I have home in Southern Maryland and have been transferred out west to Utah for my job.
I rented out my home and the house was ruined from the renters.
In a desperate effort my wife and I flew back to repair the home, we bumped into JEFF RANDALL at Griffin's Flooring America. HE went above and beyond in every way, his knowledge and customer service was most attentive and helpful I have EVER had in my whole life, I've never had someone drop what they were doing listen to our situation, act on the spot to get work done. I cannot express how great of customer service we received from Jeffrey Randall and the teams who installed our vinyl flooring and carpeting!

We were in the midst of purchasing our new home and sought out Griffin Flooring America for carpeting and vinyl flooring that we wanted to have installed by Thursday, Dec 23rd, after closing and before we moved in. We had carpeting replaced in two bedrooms as well as added vinyl flooring to our son’s bedroom. (All are pictured but doesn’t do the quality of the new flooring any justice - the flooring looks amazing and carpet is so comfortable!) We are impressed and very pleased with the flooring!

From Day One, we were treated so well - everyone was nice and accommodating, but I must highlight our awesome sales rep, Jeffrey Randall. We were so lucky to have him guide us throughout this entire process! He was incredibly patient with us lol - as we were constantly vacillating between carpeting versus vinyl flooring! Also, on the first day there, my rambunctious five year old was with me, but unfortunately was a huge distraction. Yet, Jeff handled it with ease, related, and calming explained all of the options for me to look at as my son was rolling on the floor (smh). Jeff was totally understanding as well as was focused on the job at hand (I wish I could do that lol!)

What I appreciate the most about Jeff was his customer focus, expertise, professionalism, friendliness and transparency about everything. He didn’t pressure us or introduce us to the most expensive items. He was an excellent listener as he remembered that hubby wants to feel the carpet between his toes lol (I wanted vinyl; he wanted carpeting) and so Jeff continued to keep every expectation or desire as the driver to the choices he showed us. He was very attentive and often called or followed up with us by text (even when he was sick) ensuring we were taken care of - it speaks volume of his character and we greatly appreciate that.

His experience and expertise really shined as he was able to give a thorough explanation of all the options to choose from, which greatly helped us in making an informed decision on what we wanted. Griffin has a standard grade of padding that ensures longevity and comfortability even with the polyester flooring we chose. He gave us a fair analysis of the quality and cost up front so there were no surprises or overpromising. His professionalism - always addressing as Mrs. Hopkins - as well as friendliness was superb - when we talked, it was if we had been friends for years!

Jeff ensured that the team met our timeline of Dec 23rd which required a short turnaround for materials, but he let us know about the risks with shipping and availability. He along with the awesome cost estimator Gary helped me to look at what they had in stock which had a higher possibility of being available and shipped in order to meet out timeline right before Christmas - and they did it!!

Jeff did a great job working with Gary to find a close match to the vinyl flooring, which is not easy with existing homes. The challenge was we had limited access to the house since we had not purchased yet, so they gave us samples to take with us to not only think about the selection we were taking, but also was able to came out to the home during the one and only time we were given access to the house in order to see the existing flooring. They nailed it with the vinyl flooring choice!!! They even did the research to see what the builder typically would install. They went above and beyond to help us!! On installation day, the teams arrived early and got right to work! They did an excellent job and ensured I was happy with the outcome - and I am as well as my hubby. It feels like “home” now to us!! My experience with the California Md flooring America was awful. We went in and picked out a floor, great no problems, then we received a call stating they didn't realize the floor I picked out off their showroom was discontinued. We asked about other similar colors in the same floor, they had to order the samples. Finally the sample came in, the sales guy now seemed to have an attitude with us, I guess because I wanted to see the sample before purchase?? Then they had to order the flooring, took a while but whatever, then they forgot to order the threshold pieces so that was another week +. The workers came out and didn't realize we had 2 floors to remove, this information was not documented, even though we discussed it with the the shop when they came out to measure. I feel like there was nothing but attitude, poor management of showroom and attitude. Since we had 2 floors to pull up of course the thresholds were wrong, we were told they would order then and install them. It has been over a month and we still have not heard anything. This was a very bad experience. I would never recommend them.
