I'm impressed with the work done at my home by ServePro of St. Mary's. Frank, Dylan, and their teams came out on short notice to clean my carpets and restore other areas in my home. I appreciated their attention to detail and thoroughness. Their teams and office staff were easy to work with. I recommend them and will use them for future projects.

I called my local ServPro office for help with a leak in a bedroom ceiling. Ricky and Shannon came over in the evening after finishing another job. They got right to work cleaning up and setting up their fans to dry the area. They are both total professionals. They explained everything they were doing left me set up for the next phase of my repairs. I have used ServPro's services in the past and I would not call anyone else for help.

Tim and Allen were Awesome they cleaned my tile and just Wow! I have always had Serv Pro clean carpets and sofas and they always do a great job!

We had a furnace soot incident, so asked SERVPRO to come out to clean ducts and rugs. Ducts were done first, and Tim and Alan came out a week or so later for the rugs. Both appointments were prompt, and the services were conducted efficiently and as quickly as possible. I don't remember name of duct cleaner, but Tim and Alan performed the rug cleaning. All were courteous and considerate, and no additional cleaning was required after service like so many other experiences. SERVPRO was recommended by people in my neighborhood, and they were on point. Definitely recommend.

We used this company when we had a flood in our house. The company was good, but the contractor that they hired were terrible. The carpet man was the worst, he was unprofessional and rude. It has been about a year since they installed our carpet and it is already coming up and shedding. This proved that the materials used were low quality. Even after complaining about the materials and service they still gave us terrible carpet. Now we will have to redo carpet that is only a year old.

Thank you to Tim & Alan for coming to clean my couches today! They came in a timely manner and did an amazing job. I'm finally comfortable to sit on my thrift store couches. My couches look and smell clean

I called Servpro because my ring fell down the floor vent or so I thought. Found it on the side of the bathroom sink. I called for services this morning and got help from Mr. Eddie within an hour. I could not Thank him enough for getting my ring because although it was located it still required some maneuvering to get out.

At a very trying time for me, Ricky and Shannon were here to start taking care of my water damage. They were respectful and courteous. Explained and answered all questions.

If I could give negative I would. This company is completely UNPROFESSIONAL! I will NEVER hire them again! They came in and TOOK A CHUNK OF MY COUNTER TOP OUT AND WONT FIX IT OR REFUND FOR DAMAGE!!!!!! They were there for my floors as there was nothing wrong with my counter. I went back and forth for weeks to get this fixed and proved them with their own pictures and my pictures from before and after they were there but they still try to deny it was done by their workers. They will not pay to get it fixed or give any kind of compensation so I can get it fixed myself.

Yes THEY DID take a chunk out as I sent them the pictures. They had everything set up and they were going to fix it or give me the money to get it fixed then all a sudden nope... they stopped all communication with me like this never happened. They just backed out of it all with no reasoning.

Servpro of St Mary's countt was great! This is the second time I had to use them (unfortunately on my end). My basement flooded so having Servpro do my water mitigation, demolition, and clean up I didn't have to worry about a thing. They were (and are) very professional, thorough, and a relief to have at my house during these stressful times.

Serv Pro of Calvert County has been nothing but amazing to work with. Every person on this team has been nothing but professional and extremely helpful! The tone that was set from the initial call with Haven to the first visit with Todd illustrated what I could expect going forward with Serv Pro! Todd and John came within an hour of the initial call of reporting a malfunction sump issue in my basement. Todd did a thorough assessment and walked me through what I could expect next. He provided a thorough write-up for my insurance company. He also provided whatever follow-up information was requested from my insurance company. He made contact with the next person on deck to ensure the steps in the process was carried out and continued to move forward. He was very engaging to ensure all my questions were answered on the number of visits that occurred to complete the various phases of the process. Even when I called the after hours operator to get answer to a question regarding some questions my insurance company had. He responded promptly upon receipt of the question. John was also extremely informative during this process of getting the damaged items removed from my basement in preparation for next steps. Upon the removal process, the next team lead by Robbie to remove the required items was on deck before the first team could leave the property. He then provided insight on the steps of this process as well as educating me on things to be mindful of with my sump pump! They ensured my place was in tact before leaving the property! Then Dylan the lead on the renovation portion engaged the next step soon there after to get a meeting scheduled. Not to mention the administrative office staff Kelly the Office Manager, Danielle, and Haven facilitating communication, meetings and other matters to ensure everything goes smoothly! I honestly have been blown away with the customer service provided by Serv Pro of Calvert County! They are a grade A+++ company! When you think going above and beyond, they will supersede your expectations!!

Dylan - the construction manager - and the construction team did an outstanding job working on my home when a sizable portion of my home had water damage. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and flexible to my needs. ServPro was even well-respected by my insurance company, which made communication much easier between all relevant stakeholders.

BEWARE before you call them. They are extremely expensive and dishonest throughout the entire process. If you have flood damage they will destroy a lot more than they need to in order to quote you a higher price to fix everything. They will tell you it’s one price and then keep upping the price and it will end up thousands more than they say. Unethical and unprofessional unfortunately. They seemed very nice at first but then their admins lie and their management is ruthless, untrained, unprofessional and unwilling to discuss or negotiate anything because they probably don’t know how to conduct business. They charge after hours rates when it’s 2 pm. They cause massive and overly extensive damage when pretending they are resolving the situation and claim it’s standard practice. They prey on people’s ignorance and will take full advantage of you financially with extremely high rates and prices for everything - no discussion about the extensive unnecessary damage caused, no discussion or follow up after promising to look into it - absolutely no accountability or professionalism from the management. They are apparently right about everything and the customer is wrong to complain or ask to discuss their unnecessary damages and false overtime charges, I’m sure they will respond to this and claim it is all untrue and continue to lie. Shame on the leadership. BEWARE.

I wish I had taken before and after shots! I typically don't get as great of a cleaning with a portable unit however these hallways and commercial common areas look absolutely amazing! Tim and his assistant made these carpets look brand new.

The team did an excellent job doing water damage mitigation from my neighbors burst water pipe on christmas Eve. They showed up early christmas morning and had it completed in a few hours removing all the damaged carpet and installing drying devices to prevent mold in the walls.

They tore our the floor didn't treat the mold didn't cover my furnuture and the bill went from $2000-$4600 oh and they hooked up some blowers. I asked if they would take something off the bill because they did not protect my furniture from the dust. I was told no. It wasn't that much dust

Well-trained Serv-Pro team arrived prepared to work - no messing around! Appliances (washer/dryer) were removed from pans; appliances and pans were cleaned, sanitized, and dried. The basement floor (epoxy painted) was cleaned and sanitized as well, including a bathroom floor, large wooden cabinet, and fixtures. Washer and dryer were placed back in pans and put into place. The basement was clean and smelled fresh. My primary concern was funky mold growth after a sewage backup - I'm not worried at all now. The Serv-Pro technicians were efficient and professional and the cost was surprisingly affordable. Thank you so much for handling this task!

I had an extensive water leak in my kitchen/living room. Servpro made dealing with the mess much less of a hassle; the scheduling was easy and everyone I dealt with from start to finish was friendly and helpful. I never had any unanswered questions throughout the process and the entire team was professional and courteous.

Servpro of St. Mary's is was the right choice. The worker that came up not only did the job thoroughly, but he went above and beyond, which was what we needed to clean out our dryer vent. He cleaned an outside vent then ensured it was complete, which led him to find out it was the wrong vent. He then investigated, and had the experience to find and properly clean the correct vent!

I was so very impressed with ServPro's professionalism. There was a valve malfunction under a sink causing a steady steam of water to run under flooring in three rooms and down into the crawl space. Todd, John, and team took charge the moment they arrived. Packed up glass ware from China cabinet, moved furniture and boxes, took up hardwood flooring, removed wet insulation in crawl, set up equipment to dry sub flooring above and below, etc. etc.... They kept me informed every step of the process. Words can not express how much I appreciated SerPro's knowledge and work ethic, as I was in a state of shock. I certainly would recommend them. They truly do make it like it never happened. :)
