I purchased an engine with only 44k miles and called Micheal to see if he would be interested in doing the job. He agreed and offered me a very reasonable quote. The engine arrived and Micheal did the install right away. I am very happy to say everything turned out perfectly, the car is running great, better than ever in fact. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service provided by Micheal. I highly recommend him.

Great service! Brakes went out totally after having the line repaired at another shop almost a year earlier. Sullivan's repaired the broken line that should have been replaced from the prior brake job and pointed out the work that was done incorrectly from the prior repair shop. I recommend this shop for the price and short time repairing my vehicle. Also good communication.

Michael was able to get me in within 48hrs for two separate appointments. One he had to cancel but I got 24 hrs notice. Great communication and great service. I had another issue with my car at home and called to inquire about service. He called back twice to check to see if the issue was resolved. Will go back for future work.

They will let you know what is needed and go into detail why it’s needed, but will also let you know if something is not necessary (as I had been told elsewhere). I was referred to Sullivan's auto back in June 2024. I inquired about having my daughter's oil changed and to just have everything checked over before her senior week travel to Ocean City, MD. Mr. Sullivan went above asking topping off fluids and giving a status on her current auto state and around when we should service them. Great service and prices…. Needed a Vehichle inspection to get tags for my truck. Truly an honest mechanic! Had service done somewhere else and was told I need a bunch of things done. I wanted a second option and was referred to Sullivan and he told me that I didn't need any of things the other place was telling me I needed. Very reasonably priced and he stands by his work! They honored a labor warranty for me on a rear main seal, which is a known issue on the 4.0 6cyl.

I brought them a full lift kit I had ordered online to include: front and rear shocks, upper control arms and a leaf pack for the rear. I believe they estimated 2 days for the turnaround (which included a fresh alignment when they were done).

I got the call early day 2 that my truck was all done! The owner pointed out that the front swaybar was now slightly rubbing one of the springs and took the additional time to show me a small kit he found that I could order to offset it so it wouldn’t rub.

This was my first experience with Sullivans, but I cannot recommend them enough. I was more than pleased with how the whole process went. I will definitely bring my truck there for any future maintenance.

Mike is a great mechanic, fast and reliable. If you need basic maintenance or major services like air conditioning or new tires and brakes. Mike can do it all well at a reasonable price .

Since I met the guys at Sullivans, I refuse to go anywhere else. As a woman, it’s hard to find a shop that isn’t looking to get over on me. But Sullivans is both honest, AND does a great job. 5 stars all the way across the board.
