What luck that Mahdi with Genuine Contracting knocked on our door after the terrible hail storm we had! He asked it he could assess any damages our roof and siding had and I said sure, why not? He and his brother, Mazin, are exceptional! Maz answered the zillion questions I had and helped guide us through the insurance claim process. They made sure they were here when the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof and I was confident that nothing was overlooked because they were so thorough. All of the men he sent to work on our roof, siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters were phenomenal. They showed up when expected and took good care of my house and yard while they worked. Maz stayed in contact with me through the entire job and always responded to my texts messages promptly. I continue to know that Genuine Contracting is just a phone call away when I need them. Great company to do business with!

Genuine contracting was tasked with replacing my mother's roof after storm damage and recommended by her insurance. When I say this was no easy task, I can't express enough the problems that arose, out of anyone's control. Maz was so amazing to work with through every step and every issue that occurred. Maz was fantastic to work with! We had a hail storm that did damage to our roof, gutters, siding and windows. His guys came in and did the roof in one day, the gutters and sidings in half a day. We had some storm damage from this last storm and I called all around to see if someone could come to repair our siding. Because there was a lot of storm damage around our area, and it was a "small job" everyone else said it would be 2-6 weeks out and wouldn't even come by to see how I could avoid more damage (as water had come in).

I called our insurance agent to find out what else we could do and they gave me this company and number. Dallas came by the NEXT morning and jumped up on a ladder and FIXED the issue for us! Turns out it wasn't much of a fix, but one would need to know how to do it.

This might not sound so profound to most folks, but for us, it was like an angel coming. We don't know anything about siding and my hubby is not so sure of himself on ladders let alone a roof!
