Jake inspected my roof, caulked a weak spot and checked my attic for water damage. I couldn’t get him to charge me for anything! He wouldn’t even take gas money! Highly recommend these guys for any roofing needs!

We reached out to RC Roofing about coming to take a look at our roof in need of repairs and their response rate was amazing. In less than 24 hours we heard back from their team and had an appointment scheduled for them to come to our home in just a couple of days. As some know, this is definitely not common practice for all companies.

Jake communicated with us throughout this initial process and arrived early to our scheduled appraisal of our roof damage. Once at the house, Jake was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what he was doing and the process moving forward. He shared exactly what he was seeing in a way that made sense to us.

RC Roofing just finished 3 buildings on our property. The workers did excellent work. Garrett and Jake were on the job checking th in ng out. Garrett was overseeing the whole time. We had our roof replaced by RC roofing and they were fantastic! Alex met the insurance adjuster at the house to show him the damage and why it needed to be replaced. He not only got the roof covered but also the gutters. We have since moved and they came over for free again to give us an estimate on the roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were not home for the most recent hail storm so I called Jake to come check our roof. Everything looked great and he reassured us we have a lot of life left on this roof! And while he was here he filled a couple nail holes just because! Will definitely be contacting them whenever it comes time to get a new roof!!

I noticed that I had some shingles blown off from the recent storms we have had so I called RC Roofing. We set up an appointment for a couple days later and I received a phone call from Jake when he was on his way. He came out and performed a professional inspection confirming the damage. He also pointed out other issues that I did not notice. He was very honest and helpful with no pressure to go with them for the work. He even caulked over the exposed nails and holes at no charge to prevent further damage until the roof is replaced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing.

After several severe storms and tornadoes had ripped through our area over the past several weeks and seeing some of my neighbor’s houses with roof damage, I contacted RC Roofing and Contracting to look over my roof. I spoke with Alex, and he set up an appointment for the very next day to have one his team members come by and inspect my roof. As promised, Jake showed up the next day and he was also professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jake inspected the roof, and he also walked around my house looking for any damage. Fortunately for me my roof was in good condition. I did have a shingle that had come off of the roof and Jake was kind enough to go back on my roof and put it back on and seal it.
I definitely will call RC Roofing in the future if I need work done!

I was staying at my daughters in another state when my brother who lives next door to me called to let me know that roof shingles had come of my house. I was thinking i might need a roof replacement We were expecting a lot of rain in the next couple of days so I did a google search of Washington,Mo roofing companies hoping to find a roofer that serviced the rural area I live which is 45 min or so away that could come out quickly to assess the roof. I found RC Roofing on first call and they did cover my area. I spoke to Alex, he said he could come out in 2 days providing a specific time. He arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly reattached the shingle ,evaluated the roof and told me my roof was in good shape for another 12-13 yrs. The amazing thing is that when I asked what i owed him so I could send him a
check he said nothing he had to come for the inspection anyway and the repair didn’t take that long. In all my years I’ve never experienced this before! It certainly speaks to the person Alex is and his business.

I had a drip/leak during one of our most recent storms that I was worried about. I had called a few other roofing companies, and they were all no call/no shows. RC Roofing came out as scheduled/promised and did a thorough inspection to determine the cause of the leak. Jake spent an hour looking at my roof and climbing through my attic. He was honest and up front about what work I need done and the very next day was in touch trying to get the repairs I need scheduled and set up. This is a company that actually cares about it’s customers and I highly recommend them!

We have lived at our house almost 18 years. We live up on a hill. During bad storms or high winds, we’ve always have had problems with shingles blown off or coming loose. Not any more. RC Roofing & Contracting put a new roof on about a year & a half ago. No more shingles blown off or shingles coming loose. We’re so happy with it. It also looks great. We also had the easiest time with our insurance claim. I called our insurance & told them we had damage. That was it. Alex took care of everything else. On a scale of one to ten, they are definitely a 10+. Super nice, professional & very honest. Everything you want in a contractor.

I had several estimators come out and give me bids on a new roof. Alex came out and his knowledge and professionalism completely sold us! Our roof was replaced several weeks ago, and it seems odd to be saying a new roof is GORGEOUS, but it is! And I must say the clean up was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend!

I posted for roofer recommendations to a group on Facebook. He was one of the roofers that someone recommended. I'm so glad I contacted him.
He looked at the watermark on ceiling, thoroughly inspected the roof and even took a look at siding and windows above watermark. He said it was most likely from ice damning due to recent heavy snows and ice. He explained what uce damning is and how to avoid it in the future. He said our roof was fine and did not try to sell an expensive repair or a new roof. He did find an unrelated loose shingle that he fixed for free I was very impressed and thankful that an honest and helpful man came to look at our roof.

We had time constraints and budget limitations and Alex and Garrett managed to meet both and do an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company. RC Roofing.

Owner is great to work with. Very pleasant and responsive. Roofers were hard working. Stayed very late in order to get the roof completed. Staff came back in AM to make sure no nails or cleanup was missed the previous evening since it was dark.

I had quite a bit of damage to my roof and siding after a major hailstorm and had no idea how to navigate damage inspection or repair. I connected with Alex on a popular Facebook page, and he came out right away to inspect the roof. RC Roofing was reasonable, had great communication throughout, and was quick at getting my repairs done while still focusing on quality, despite the weather not being in anyone's favor the entire spring season. Alex was also a great help with the insurance claims process. I hope I don't have to reach back out to them for storm damage again, but I would not hesitate to and would recommend them to anyone looking for damage repair or simply doing some home upgrades.

RC Roofing did a very professional job all the way around while installing our new roof! From the start, stripping the old shingles off and protecting our landscaping, to the final finishing touches. Before we purchased our home, we had Alex come out and do an inspection. He was able to identify several issues with the roof which was concerning, but we are glad we knew about it ahead of time. We were able to negotiate with the seller to give us a credit for the roof. Once we purchased the house, we had the entire roof replaced. We also had the gutters replaced as well. We are so happy with the work that Alex did for us. We will recommend to everyone that has issues with their roof

We had several bids on our roof. Alex was not the least expensive, but was not far off. His personality was great, he was very professional, and very quick to respond to questions. There were a few small issues that he addressed promptly and professionally too. He was very easy to communicate with and did not seem to be bothered by all of our questions. Alex also followed up with us just to make sure we didn't have any other questions once the job was complete. He is on my list of contractors to call when we have an issue and one of our top recommended contractors!

Such a personal experience with Alex the roofing guy! I had no idea my roof was damaged. Alex took time away from his walk with his family on a Sunday of all days to knock on my door to introduce himself and his business, because he noticed some areas on my roof that appeared to be damaged. RC Roofing did a great job on our roof and gutters. They were to locate the damaged areas(roof, gutters, down spouts, and skylights). They worked with the insurance company and made the end consumer experience effortless. They also installed/replaced the skylights with new solar powered units with remote shades. So very nice! The process was seemless. They arrived on time, were fast and thorough. Great attention to details. I would highly recommend this company.
