Amazing service. Showed us pics of the damage. Helped us deal with the insurance company and were flexible when we ran into a snag with State Farm having inaccurate records. Respected my flower beds. Worked over 12 hours and cleaned up so thoroughly afterward we couldn't find a single nail they missed. When a man came to collect the dumpster next morning, he pulled ahead, then stopped and walked back to ensure there wasn't any debris under the dumpster they might have missed. Great communication throughout.

Ben was able to get our roof inspected within 4 days of contacting him! While we initially anticipated a full roof replacement, Ben's expertise led him to recommend continue use of our existing roof, saving us unnecessary costs. He was very personable, professional, and not pushy with sales. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great! Very communicative, friendly, clean cut, professional. Showed up on time and cleaned up after they were done. Even sent me pics of the roof so I could see what isn’t visible from the ground. Amazing.

Ben was really great to work with! Once we made the first call to have Ben come out to give us an estimate on our roof, he was quick to get on the roof and have a material list and a quote less than an hour of our call. He kept us updated throughout the whole process until the roof was completed! Couldn’t ask for a better person to have working on my roof. I would definitely use Ben in future projects, and highly recommend him to anyone who needs work on their roof!

After all these storms, we needed a new roof and Ben was able to get it done! He was able to get us scheduled pretty quickly and was always on top when it came to communication!! I really appreciated the fast turn around and the amazing customer service! Thanks again!

Ben and Robin are incredibly professional and consultative. I have never had to get a new roof, let alone file a claim with my home insurance. They made the initial assessment simple and effortless; reviewed everything while I was gone and sent me the info I needed to file a claim. They were there to meet with my adjuster, and it felt like I actually had someone with my best interest in mind there to advocate for me and my home. I will always try to support my community’s local entrepreneurs - it was great to feel supported too. Hopefully I don’t need a new roof for many years, but when I do I will be calling again!

Due to recent storm damage, I had to start what is typically the dreaded process of figuring out the extent of damage/cost of repair for my roof. Robin at Grey Summit Roofing was so incredibly helpful and kind. I’m a first time homeowner so of course, my main concern is making sure that I am asking the right questions and be quoted fairly and reasonably which is exactly what Robin did. So grateful and can’t recommend them more highly!

Our sunroom had a leak that I could not find. I reached out to Ben in case it was the roof, and he and Robin were able to come out and access the roof very quickly! Ben gave me a tip that the leak was likely not due to the roof, but due to insufficient/old caulking around the storm windows. Very thankful they were able to take a look and point me in the right direction! Friendly and efficient!

Ben with Gray Summit Roofing has helped me multiple times with my home and have exceeded expectations every time. Ben is not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally fair and honest which is hard to come by these days. If I have any roofing issues or even suspect a roofing issue this is who I call. At one point we had a particularly bad storm come through and I had a group of (what I thought at the time were local) roofers show up at the door and say that they wanted to provide me a quote. They essentially claimed that I needed an entire new roof and that the storm did too much damage to salvage it. I was skeptical so I called Ben who informed me that it was a company that chases storms and tries to prey on the individuals without the knowledge to know better. He took the time to inspect my roof and not only told me nothing major was wrong with it but that he had gone ahead and done a quick minor repair free of charge. Now my family and I are looking for a new home and will absolutely be using gray summit roofing if we need a new roof put in on our new home!
