i am looking for roofing companies for second opinion regarding my roof that has been damage on april 2025. my father in law referring allegiant exteriors. i texted him but no response so i called him and he stated he will come on saturday on may 31,2025 he came and inspected my roof. i texted him on jun 6, 2025 and he stated he has already send it all documentation to my home insurance on jun 5 ,2025 and i asked him if he can send it the copy of the documentation that he send it to my home insurance but he never did it. i called my claim adjuster and she stated she never received any documentation and my claim adjuster keep email him but no response from him. called him got voicemail. disappointed. i feel like he ghosted and lie to me.
Neil is very responsive and easy to work with. After working with this company I feel like the value of what I got was excellent! I only ended up spending 2k out of pocket for 30k worth of renovations. New roof, gutters, siding & painted brick! Highly recommend!!
