I recently began working with Balance Claims, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. The estimators did an outstanding job, completing write-ups quickly and thoroughly. Their attention to detail really made a difference in the process.

Additionally, the supplementors were fantastic! They effectively addressed all line items with the carriers, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. The level of customer service throughout was top-notch; everyone was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about my needs.

Could not be worse at what they do. They hardly increase the value of insurance claims. They're all about volume and fast turnaround, not contractor and client satisfaction. Using balance claims over a knowledgeable supplementer cost me tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. I just spoke with one of my peers and his supplement company got him an average of $1300/square from the Colorado storm in 2024. Balance Claims got us around $900/square on average and they completely bombed the billing process so it has been a fuster cluck of epic proportions. If you love losing money on behalf of your clients, or you simply love letting the insurance companies win while you take an L, then BC is your place. If you really love making money and doing what's best for your homeowners, stay far away from these people. They will make your life and your bank account suffer, I promise.

Our experience with Balance has been fantastic so far. We are a roofer in Nebraska doing about 500 jobs a year. I was unsure at first if Balance would be able to handle the amount of jobs we threw at them, but they really exceeded our explications. They currently average about 5.9k per claim, which is a very respectable track record for this space. They are quick to respond, easy to work with, and have certainly made supplementing this year much more manageable for our team.

Mattie, our Account Executive at Balance claims, is fun, professional, and easy to work with. He and his team have been very effective getting difficult jobs approved this year in a really tough supplementing market. They have really done a nice job over the last 5 months or so that we have worked together.

Took thousands of dollars from me to write up supplements that would never get approved asking for the same stuff I could’ve did on my own let alone never got return on my investment, paying them to do something that they couldn’t even do stay far away from this company, all other companies that do supplements only get paid Unless you get paid good luck and stay away
