I can't say enough good things about Home Value of Renovation project management and roofing teams.

The PMs were there every step of the way answering questions and addressing any issues that came up During the roofing repair process. They also were helpful as a liaison between the insurance company too.

Roofing crew were considerate of protecting property during the repairs. They also returned to address a couple of quirky issues that came up with water flow into the gutters.

We didn't have to pay a penny until all repairs were complete to our satisfaction.

I would happily do business with this company again.

HVR did a fantastic job re-roofing our home and Mark Greb was great to work with. He helped us with the insurance process, gave us options for repairs like color choices and a ridge vent. The 50 year warranty on the roof is also a huge bonus! They crew worked quickly and laid out tarps and plastic sheets to protect the yard and siding. The new roof with matching gutters looks great, feels sturdy, and most importantly, it kept our home dry through the torrential downpour during the recent storms and high-speed winds. If you need your roof fixed or replaced, you won't regret starting a conversation with these guys to at least get a quote!

Home value Renovations is outstanding. I had a great experience with getting my new roof installed. They were quick to get the job done and left my property like they were never there. I liked them so much that I recommended my neighbor get an inspection. My neighbor was also able to get a new roof because of Home Value Renovations.

HVR took such excellent care of us and our property through a serious hail insurance claim. They went to bat with and for us through the claim and worked great with insurance. They went above and beyond in replacing and coordinating the replacement of all 4 of our roofs of the buildings on our property, as well as a few other things. Superior quality and installation as well. Swift service and install. Their workers worked on the hottest day of the year and never complained. They cleaned up and were extremely respectful. I recommend them to everyone I know and will ONLY use them in the future. They truly are the best.

We used this company to replace our roof a couple years ago after some hail damage. We worked with Reno. He is wonderful! So very patient and thorough. He explained everything about the process and did everything to make sure our insurance company would work correctly with us. I called him out last week thinking a ceiling leak was due to the roof. Reno responded very quickly and came out that same day to determine the cause. It turns out it is not the roof, but he went above and beyond to figure out the issue. With his guidance we are on the correct path to fixing this frustrating problem. Reno and Home Value Renovation are the best!

USE THEM!! We were referred to this company by one of our family members who had used them for their roof. They loved it and passed on Mark Grebs' information. We were working on an insurance claim to replace our roof and gutters due to hail damage. We ultimately could not use Home Value Renovation because of some major clerical errors on our on part (not remembering an agreement that was signed last year). Prior to learning of the agreement that ultimately prevented us from moving forward with Mark, we learned we had 1.5 weeks to complete the replacement of the roof due to the claim expiring.

From initial contact to date for roof replacement, it was 1 week with the gutter replacement falling on the last day of our claim being valid. Amazing!! On top of that, Mark came out and worked with us personally to make sure we understood all of the cost so there were not going to be any surprises. He was clearly working FOR us, not just doing a job. When we discovered the prior agreement with another company that had been filed, Mark sent us attorney information (that attorney immediately picked up the phone and handled my issue) to ensure the other company (who had randomly knocked on our door a year ago and had us sign this) was legit and we couldn't get out of the agreement. Unfortunately, we couldn't without paying 30% commission to the other company (a public adjuster and all around not a good situation).

Instead of getting upset with us, Mark did everything he could to help and offered additional advice for working with the other company to ensure our needs were met and we could get the best cost possible.

So, while we, personally, cannot attest to the repair work itself (our family can!), we can definitely attest to their amazing professionalism and desire to get the best for their clients.

HVR replaced my roof 7 years ago and I've been a happy customer since. I've called them out twice since and they've always responded quickly and courteously, refusing to charge me for their time and expertise even when the problem they were investigating turned out to have nothing to do with my roof or the work they'd done. If I ever had the need, I'd hire them again without hesitation.
