Mike is younger guy with an old school, customer first mentality. He worked with our (and his) busy schedules to provide us a proper, very affordable replacement for our 40 year old leaky roof in a timely manner. The roof was stripped bare from two courses of old shingles. Mike then added all new drip edges plus ice/water shields around the edges which we didn't originally have. Firoi Construction was fantastic through the whole process. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Michael Fiori and his team were great. Michael provided a reasonable price (better than the two other bidders) and explained everything they were going to do, provided roofing samples to choose from and arranged for the utility company to come to the house and insulate the power lines to the house to protect his workers (an OSHA requirement that the other bidders never even mentioned). He provided copies of his company's liability and workers comp insurance as requested, showed up at the designated date, completed removal of the old roof, installation of the new roof and clean-up in just two days. This is probably the last roof I will have to have installed but, if I ever do have to have another one installed, I would definitely have Fiori Construction do it.

Mike and his crew did an exceptional job on the replacement of our roof and skylights. He is an extremely personable individual, has a dedicated crew of installers and provided a very detailed quote for the work he proposed to perform and followed through in every aspect with the completion of the project.
We installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Fox Hollow Gray as well as six new skylights. We are more than happy with the results and consider Mike and his crew "new friends".

We invited 4 roofing companies to inspect and provide the estimate for replacing our roof. Only Mike (the owner) climbed up, measured and discovered a section of the roof was low pitch and thus needed rubber roof as opposed to the shingle one (this was later confirmed by one of the other companies after we told them the findings), while the others looked at satellite images or just walked around the perimeter, and checked the inside of the attics. The work was reasonably priced and seems to have been done with good quality. Mike was very friendly&responsive in both email and phone communications and knowledgeable in the trade.

The project was initially delayed for a few months (July-Sep) due to material shortage, which was understandable. However, having being told that the work would start soon as everything was ready, we had to inquire again after a month to get the work started (Nov). We suspect the company has a long work queue and our project fell through the cracks. For this reason we took 1-star off from an otherwise 5-star review (could have take half a star off if Google allowed).

I would highly recommend Fiori Construction to anyone who needs their roof done or any work. Excellent workmanship, friendly, neat, prompt and honest, which is hard to come by. Again,if you want an honest relieable person, then I would absolutely recommend Mike and his crew. Guaranteed you will not be sorry! I can't say enough about them. We had our roof installed by Mike a little while ago. The quality of work was top notch and price was extremely reasonable. We recently had an issue with our chimney that I initially though was a roof issue. When I called Mike he came right out in the middle of a storm to observe the problem. He came back later to help diagnose the problem and recommend some mason/ solutions to fix the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and really does care about his customers and will bend over backwards to make sure the job is done right.

He just finished a major roofing job on our residential asset and I have only praise for his execution and team process. I can see from my own personal observation how he manages competitive pricing with the latest equipment combined with high team standards. Mike came out for a roofing estimate, explained in detail what he was going to do, and gave me a quote. His estimate was very reasonable so I contracted him for the job. Fiori Construction installed our roof last month (April 2022). Word-of-mouth referral from a family member and also another friend, who were both very pleased with their workmanship and the overall customer experience. My roof looks fantastic, and from what I've personally seen at my family member's home and heard from our friend, this is consistently the case. I personally found Mike Fiori professional, knowledgeable and patient when we were stressed, with a great "cocktail napkin" explanation of a somewhat complex problem. Crew was there when they said they would be, with a quick response time after our roof leaked - less than a week from initial contact to completed installation. The latter was done in a day even with extensive plywood decking work (just under the wire before a big rainstorm hit!). My family member's experience has been that he has been this responsive even a year after completing their roof as well, related to her concerns about animal damage. Owner was the one to do the initial consultation and was ON SITE WORKING ALONG SIDE HIS CREW through the entire job. Crew draped the house carefully to protect the siding, took the time to move some play equipment, etc. from the yard and careful with these, and were meticulous in removing all tools and debris. Price was more than competitive, a relief given we weren't expecting to have to pay for extensive roof repairs right now. Step-by-step transparency when we knew the cost of materials would vary based on what was found when shingles were off, offered a range of options without the "up-sell" and had a good sense of what was important to us in the process. Thorough contract and invoice documentation. Was comforting to have a contractor that is fully insured, as I've seen someone close to me run into serious problems with one that was not. GAF certification protects our warranty, and Mike clearly knows this product and the alternatives. From our collective experience with Fiori Construction over the past couple of years, you can expect a quality job from a well-run company that stands behind its work.

He had come highly recommended, and my interaction with him when he had come to the house was very positive, as he appeared to know his stuff and took the time to discuss details about the job. When he sent me a quote the next day, it was the lowest quote I had received (I had 5 previous quotes). In the end, we chose to go with Fiore Construction, and we are very pleased with the outcome... Mike and his team were efficient, thorough and neat.. It was getting late in the day when they finished the roof, so Mike came out personally the next morning to make sure the cleanup was thorough, and that there were no nails, bits of old shingles, etc in the bushes or yard. Mike was great, he was quick to come out and give us a very reasonable quote on a fix for our roof. He came out on a weekend to fix the roof since rain was forecasted for Monday. I will definitely be using Fiori for any future roofing needs.

Update: We ended having Mike replace our roof. And the end result was great, he completely covered the roof in ice and water shield, and made sure all the rotting wood caused by our old leaky roof was replaced. His team also worked to make sure every nail was picked up out of the yard and driveway.

I did hired Mike again this year to replace the whole roof for my house. Several years ago Mike came to fix some missing shingles on the roof and did such a good job, I vow to use him again. This time after getting a reasonable quote, Mike came earlier than his 6 members crew on the scheduled date and moved all the toys and furniture away from the house. After the crew covered the sides of the house and deck with protective curtains, they stared working to replace not only the shingles but 3 rotten boards from previous leaks. Very hard working people non stop all day to complete the replacement. Spent additional time to remove invisible nails and debris from the ground, excellent details to quality of work and safety. Mike came back early the next day to check the ground for nails and debris and fixed the fence they opened up the day before. I am so impressed with Mike's work and asked him to come back to replace my front door and other projects. Excellent excellent people and company.
