Bartlett just finished our roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. We worked with Joe Poindexter, and he was amazing to work with. His communication was top notch, and he was helpful with every single step, throughout the process. Did I mention the roof was completely done in 2 days? It’s extremely refreshing to work with an experienced sales rep when having to go though such a difficult task as getting a new roof through our insurance company and Joe definitely made the process easy, and stress free. I definitely would not hesitate to use Bartlett again, especially if Joe is your sales rep.

Bartlett roofing completed our 12,000 sq. ft. roof replacement in record time. Their crew was meticulous about protecting our landscaping and siding. Their sales representative, Alexander Lyons, was in steady contact from the time we placed our order until the job was completed. Very professional on all levels.

This is an update on my review. I am totally happy with all the work done in replacing my roof from the time they got here until the final clean up all done in one day. Alexander Lyons came back after the job was completed and personally replaced all the rain gutter covers that were removed and made sure I was totally happy. I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing and Alexander Lyons to do a quality job.

They were professional and took care to cover plants and shrubs to protect from roof debris when removing the old roofing. They were thorough in cleanup when work was completed. Everything looks very nice and we are very satisfied.

I worked with Alexander Lyons for my house and garage roof. The house project went pretty smooth andlooks great. The garage was a bit of a struggle, with some issues with crew and needing some items that weren't originally quoted, but Alexander and Bartlett stepped up and fixed the problem at no extra cost to me, which i really appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience with Gabe at Bartlett! He handled all the communication with my insurance company, which I had been unable to make any progress with on my own. They were extremely courteous through the entire process, and were able to quickly get me scheduled. The roof was done quickly and looks so good! Would absolutely recommend Bartlett to anyone looking.

If I could give 10 stars I would! In my opinion, Bartlett Roofing does an excellent job in hiring and training their employees to treat customers with respect, honesty and professional work ethic. He helped me go through my home owners insurance, was here when the insurance company did an inspection, stopped by when the roofing crew came, explained upgrades I could choose with no pressure and was quick to reply to my texts.i am so thankful for all his help! Ken and his crew of 6 arrived to tear off 2 layers of old roofing, fix a leak, bring my roof up to code, and replace the roofing. Bartlett Roofing Has put new roofs on two of our houses. The first, a rental house, was done when we were out of town and Samuel Fredrickson, the project manager, sent us photographs and descriptions every day of the progress, keeping us in the loop throughout the job. From total tear-off of our old roof and replacement of OSB to completion, Samuel made sure that everything was done to perfection— in less than a week.The new roof is such an attractive upgrade to our 1928 rental house! And, we were so pleased with the job that we called Samuel and asked him to put a new roof on our 1908 house. His crew did another complete tear off of our own house, replacing the OSB as needed, and they completed everything into days! Once again, Samuel was attentive and reliable, always respectful and trustworthy. His roofing crews Were incredibly hard-working, efficient, and they really knew what they were doing.

The workers did an amazing job and worked very hard to complete the job. I recommend this company to anyone.

Noah came to my front door and offered to replace my roof thru insurance. I told him I didn't qualify thru insurance due to roof age and would have to pay myself. He offered to give me a competitive rate. A day later he sure did! Have me a great price and I agreed. Scheduling was really fast, in about 2 weeks a crew came and installed it from start to finish in ten hours! No joke! Ten hours! Best roofing crew I've ever seen or even heard of. The installation was perfect. Then Curtis came by and inspected it, he did a thorough job, checked my attic, walked the roof, took like 30 pics. Overall I'm very happy with how smooth everything went. Glad Noah came by and gave me a great offer.

We have had a totally positive experience with Bartlett from start to finish. As far as we can tell, the roof replacement process was done efficiently and effectively, but beyond that, we were extremely impressed with the personalized and responsive service of the various Bartlett representatives along the way. Setting up the schedule through office staff went very smoothly. On the two days of the project, we would like to especially recognize two individuals who not only "know their stuff", but were so accommodating in their communications with us. That would be Ken on the first day and Hunter on the second. Totally professional, well-trained, and friendly in their roles. And, we also could not believe how thorough and even meticulous the whole crew was in the clean-up process. Those workers were not only highly skilled and hard-working, but polite as well. Without any hesitation, we will recommend Bartlett to anyone who needs a new roof!

I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing. Not only did they completely remove and replace my entire roof in one day (scheduled for 2-3 days), they did so without any damage to my lawn and landscape beds. Their clean- up was very thorough; I have not found any nails in my yard. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Bartlett Roofing team was: never pushy for me to buy, upgrade, or proceed with the project to meet their timeline; explained everything about costs and process as many times as necessary for me to understand; worked with my insurance company for coverage; ENTIRE team courteous, efficient and professional. The finished project appears to have been done to high standards and cleanup was complete. A few random nails remained, but that was to be expected and not a problem. Care with plants was taken. Jeremy Kee is a people person with roofing knowledge and an exceptional ability to help the customer maneuver through a major home owner project. He is a true asset to Bartlett.

From assistance with opening my home owners claim, timely responses to the adjuster and myself, and their dedication in continuing to work and provided all the needed documentation (MULTIPLE TIMES) to my insurance adjuster helped me tremendously. Sam was great with his communication throughout the whole process. Hunter also reached out several times to coordinate coming by to take samples, and drop off materials. The roofing guys were quick and efficient in getting my roof done as well. I have recommended Bartlet roofing to several of my coworkers needing their roofs replaced!

Unbelievable! By my request, Jeremy at Bartlett has been watching my 22 year old roof for 3 years. After the last wind storm, we had damage and it was time to replace. He walked me through every step of submitting a claim. He was quick to answer when I text him with questions. The materials were supplied by a top notch company in Spokane (that my brother in law just retired from) so I knew the quality. The roof crew showed up in the morning and the roof was completed by early evening. The project manger communicated with me during the process and was super nice. Bartlett roofing did an amazing job! Roof was on in one day. They cleaned up all nails and trash and made sure roof was up to new code. Gutters went on a week later. Absolutely great communication and clarity. Curtis and Colin went above and beyond. They really helped out.

Sales rep was attentive, honest and forward thinking about our roof project. Gave great input and was knowledgeable when we had questions. Roofing crew was really fast in getting the old roof of and new roof on in a short amount of time. The crew even made some repairs to items found after the old roof was removed. It all looks great. Follow up service has been great and easy to communicate with. Even came out after the project and did a followup magnet "sweep" to make sure no old nails were left on the ground. Over all this has been a really good experience. We really dreaded this process once we realized we needed a roof. The Bartlett team did a great job!

Bartlett Roofing really was amazing!!! Troy worked with my insurance company for what felt like over a year and was able to have my original roof replaced through insurance. Not only did he go above and beyond but the crew came and knocked the roof out in one day. I am extremely happy!

My husband I would highly recommend Bartlett for your roofing needs. They are honest and reliable. Their pricing is competitive. When they finished the installation of our roof, our property was cleaner than when they arrived!

We were approached by Jeremy last fall (September 2024) and was offered a free inspection of our roof. Jeremy found significant damage that had been done from a windstorm a week or so earlier. With his help we were able to file a claim with our insurance. Jeremy came out on the day that the insurance adjuster came and they together inspected the roof. We were happy to find out that our insurance would cover the replacement cost.

Because of the time of the year and their workload the project was not able to be started until March 2025. We received several calls keeping us informed about scheduling. Our materials were dropped off on a Monday and our roof was completely done by Tuesday evening. All debris was removed and our lawn was gone over with a powerful magnet to pick up any nails. Craig came out and did a final inspection within days.

My only concern was the lack of communication when the crew showed up on Tuesday morning. They arrived early and by 8:00 am they were on our roof tearing the old one off. We were surprised that no one came to the door to say that they were starting. About an hour later Jordan came and let us know he was running the job and if we had any questions to ask. He also checked in two other times.

Overall we are very pleased with Bartlett roofing. Except for the lack of communication on the day they that the work was done everything else went smoothly.
