Our experience with Bartlett was a very positive one. Everyone from Severin Parker and continuing with everyone that we had interactions with were very professional and courteous through this whole process. The install and clean up was amazing and we would definitely recommend them to anyone for any roofing needs.

They were there when they said they would be. They paid great detail to making sure the flower beds were covered to avoid damage to the plants. They paid special attention and time to cleaning up the yard from roofing materials and nails. They worked all day in 100 degrees weather. The roof looks awesome and our Mother was so impressed with the attention to her gardens and cleaning up the yard after roof was finished. We would recommend this company to everyone. Haydon brown was awesome to work with and his team especially the men that did the work and they finished in a day totally amazed at the whole experience thank you all

We have used Bartlett to roof two of our homes — one of which is a rental where we were not present during the work. Unfortunately, we have had ongoing problems ever since, and Bartlett has consistently refused to address them. We started by working with Emily, then Kevin, and finally Grayson. Grayson himself admitted he’s actually a chef, not a roofer, and, it was obvious to us, he should not be in a management role. He refused to even get on the roof to inspect the issues we described and instead walked away in frustration.

We later discovered that Bartlett installed our roof during a snowstorm and used our backyard grill to warm the shingles — an obvious red flag we wish we’d known about sooner. It should have been clear to us when they insisted on installing a roof during a blizzard in Draper. Although we asked them to reschedule for better weather, we now know that if we’d been aware of what happened on the first house, we never would have hired them for the second.

We absolutely do not recommend this company

Bartlett roofing was amazing to work with. The process was quick and easy! They really help guide us through the whole process from insurance to the actual repair. We worked with Cooper, he was amazing and quick to answer all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend Bartlett Roofing.

We were in the process of selling our house and decided to redo the 23 year old roof and remove the unused swamp cooler. They got the job done in 13 days in late June when things were busy. They did a great job, everything was cleaned up . A partial bundle of shingles was left just in case they might be needed someday. Excellent job.

Bartlett spent over a year working with me to get the insurance company to pay our roof claim. The roof was replaced exactly how they said it would be and is beautiful. They painted the exhaust and vent stacks black, which was not expected and adds a nice touch. On the day of install, my wife’s car wouldn’t start. The guys took the time to get it started for her. They went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend Bartlett to my friends and family.

The guys at Bartlett Roofing were great to work with. They were able to get us taken care of and didn’t try to shortchange us. When we ran into some issues on instal day, Bartlett Roofing was quick to make right what the contractors had messed up. All around, we had a good experience. We would use these guys again.

One of their salesman came onto my porch and called me a liar when I told him to leave my property. I was loading items into my car to donate to charity and he came onto my front porch, telling me he could help me with my roof. When I told him I didn't need his assistance, he wouldn't leave. When he questioned why I didn't need his help, I explained that I own my own roofing company in another state (we don't do work in the state I live in). When I refused to tell him the name of my company, because that's none of his business, he accused me of lying. When I told him that was unprofessional behavior, his only response was "we're in 7 states". I don't care how many states they're in, and I don't care if he approaches my house. I've knocked tons of doors myself and have several reps that do the same, but to accuse a homeowner of lying is uncalled for. It's one of the reasons many homeowners hate door knockers.

The process to get the roof was long but the crew that actually got it was done in 1 day and now it’s all new and pretty I love it

Bartlett Roofing is a very professional and trustworthy company. The entire process, from the initial roof inspection to roof replacement took maybe about a month during which the salesperson expertly guided me through the process, took the charge in matters I was inexperienced with, and resolved all problems that arose during the process. He was also quick to answer questions that I had. The install went smoothly, the install crew showed up, did their job, cleaned up after themselves. They also did an inspection upon completion to make sure everything was done properly. Overall, a great experience!

Don't ever work with this company. They took forever and lost all of our paperwork and pictures they were supposed to send to the insurance company. That cost us 6 months of wasted time. Then they put a new person on my case that had to redo everything. Stay far away from this company unless you want endless hassles and wasted time.

We recently had our roof replaced with Bartlett Roofing and had a great experience. We worked with Trevonn as our rep, and the company was able to work with our insurance and get our roof fully covered due to the wind damage and missing shingles. Everyone that we’ve dealt with at Bartlett Roofing has been so good to work with. Robert was the one that finally got our insurance company to do the right thing and replace the roof that was damaged during a storm after they had refused to repair it for over a year. The shingles were replaced so quickly without a hassle. The roof was inspected this morning by Josh. He made sure everything was cleaned up and done correctly. It was nice to work with a company that cares about customer satisfaction.

Chasen Stanford took care of "Everything!" All I did was file the claim with my insurance. Each step, Chasen was there making sure everything was taken care of. How nice is was no to not be the expert and to receive expert services..Often I tell others what to do in order to receive the expected quality. Not this time...which is rare!

I love my new roof, they were on time and worked steadily. They cleaned up all the mess, they worked together and got the job done in a timely manner. They came out the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to all. Great team to work with.

Full tear off and new (steep pitch) roof in two days! Bartlett crew took great measures to successfully protect gardens next to house. Was one issue that was easily resolved with one text, then after two days, the only evidence they were here is our beautiful new roof!

The roofers team was fast and thorough, completing a very high large roof in just 1 day! They were impressive to watch. They cleaned up the mess pretty good too.

Josh came out and inspected everything on that very high roof and went into the attic as well to make sure everything lined up. Even running a magnet around for extra cleanup.

With all those expert sets of eyes on my roof, I feel confident that I got the best care. I recommend them.

This was a pleasant experience working with Bartlett Roofing. The only issue we had was we were told the dumpster would arrive sometime on Friday. It never arrived until Monday when they started the job. Kind of irritating we basically spent the whole weekend waiting for the dumpster to arrive.

Originally Forrest came to my house about 3 times last year at different intervals. He was always courteous and friendly, never pushy. I asked him for his card and said I would call. I Other companies stopped by, but I was impressed with the company. I called them at the first of the year and set up an appointment. The office personnel and roofers were all friendly as well.

Bartlett Roofing came to us during a dispute with our insurance company over repairs to our roof due to ice damming. They have worked hard to get the money we deserved. I am totally happy with the way they worked for us, and the work crews efficientency. Once we had the green light to go forward the new roof was completed in one day, inspected within two days. Very professional service. I can recommend Bartlett Roofing with five stars.

Smooth and informative process from beginning to end. Trevonn was our main point of contact throughout and we couldn't have been happier with him. Very communicative and answered all of our questions. The roofing crew was excellent, had everything done in one day including a good job on cleanup. Beautiful 50-year Onyx black shingles with black drip edge and ridge venting. Josh did the inspection the next day, informed me on what he looks for during inspection, and was also very friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be recommending these guys when friends or family are looking to replace a roof!

Honesty is more and more hard these days but i found it at Bartlett. And if your paying cash you will definitely get a fare deal!!

My experience with Bartlett Roofing has been terrible. My daughter, who lives in a large home in South Jordan, recommended them. My house is much smaller in a Midvale neighborhood. The roofers, none of which speak any English, didn't finish the job in one day like they did my daughters. When we called the sales rep, he said they don't know how to roof our carport. What?! He came to our house and knew what roofing was needed. They left all of their stuff at my house, a dumpster with flat tires in my driveway, and have no idea when the roof will be completed. Really expected more from this company. I feel like because we are older and live in a "poor" neighborhood, they could care less about any customer service.

I unsuccessfully fought with my insurance for 2 years over wind damage to my house and detached garage. Emily at Bartlett Roofing took up the fight and had my claim approved in just a few weeks. She oversaw everything from dealing with the claim, helping choose materials and upgrades, to coordinating the installation. Bartlett had my roofs replaced in 1 day and their quality control inspection completed a day later. Emily and the crew went above and beyond, and did an outstanding job!

David's son Scott was great at working with adjusters/umpires to get additional money for us from the insurance but it seemed like his intent was more in keeping relationships good with the adjuster companies since they received 25% of whatever the insurance finally coughed up for us. I felt like I was constantly having to hen-peck him and their office staff before any movement would happen on our roof getting fixed. He was successful at getting us additional money and getting our roof fixed well, but it came at a cost and took much longer than anticipated (about 8 months).

Thanks for ignoring our no soliciting sign not once, but twice, and dropping of your marketing materials on my front door step! Glad to know to avoid your business because you obviously can’t follow simple requests and respect of people’s property. Also, insane amount of one-star reviews
