One day install!!! Can’t beat that. The crew was extremely careful and thorough. The workmanship is outstanding. Very professional. The sales help was very pleasant to work with. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I was worried to have mg roof done but these guys took care of everything they were fast thorough clean and good and what they do. My roof looks amazing now and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Bartlett Roofing is a great roofing contractor. They were very thorough and explained every detail of the project. The sales rep (Justin Gilbert) was quite knowledgeable about insurance policies and did all the coordination He met with me to draw up the contract giving me a clear list of the roofing repairs, projected start date and estimated repair time. The team arrived at 6am
as promised and were very skilled and efficient. An inspector came on site during the roofing project and answered any questions I had. Another inspector arrived after the job was finished to see if I was satisfied. They did a great job. I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing for any roofing job you may have.

Hands down the best service with getting my roof repaired. From start to finish the Bartlett company was amazing to work with! Any and all questions were answered and they made sure take care of anything that was asked. Bartlett roofing did a Phenomenal job. They did the job on time on budget. They communicated the process every step of the way, ensure that my property was restored 100% or Better. I would recommend them.

Do NOT recommend! We had our roof done at the end of the summer. What was supposed to be a 2 day job was quickly done in 1 day. Which would’ve been fine but the clean up job was horrible. A couple days after it was done, my son stepped on a roofing nail barefoot. We had to take him to InstaCare and he got a tetanus shot. My husband used his magnet and went around and picked up a bunch of nails. He’s done it a couple of times after. Then last month (April) my son stepped on another nail, went clear through his shoe. My husband went around again and found more nails. I called to talk to a supervisor and the receptionist said she’d have them call me. They never did. And if they did and I wasn’t able to pick up and they didn’t leave a message. All I wanted was a phone call, or another trip out here to pick up some nails. I waited for that to happen before leaving a review. But now I will tell everyone, do not use these guys!

Good experience Jason and Chad were both able to get my new roof covered by insurance. The install was quick in 1 day and high quality work. I had two small issues with the roof after the install and someone was out fixing it within 12 hrs! Overall great experience.

Four workers from Bartlett roofing came yesterday, May 7th, at 7:30 am to install the new roof. They did a wonderful job and finished up around 7pm last night.

Final inspector named Joshua came today and ensured everything was okay with our new roof. Once again, he did a great job. Besides inspecting the work and picking up all the left over items, he blew everything off my driveway, porches and sidewalk and removed a dish satellite that dish network would not remove from the top of the roof. Couldn't ask for a better job than Bartlett Roofing did! Every one of their employees were fantastic!

Bartlett Roofing did an excellent job on my mother’s roof. The roof lost shingles in a wind storm. Bartlett helped follow her claim through my insurance company, and we were able to get the whole roof replaced. They are very professional. And the roof looks great.

Very professional and thorough both on the sales side, the installation the follow through after the job. I appreciated the help understanding the insurance side and with getting a non-affiliated adjuster involved. The roofers brought several workers and completed the tear off and new shingles etc all in one day. The salesman and a quality control guy were here a lot of the day. We weren’t inconvenienced by having a dumpster in our driveway or noises on the roof for days. The quality of the job looks great too! Bartlett did a fantastic job with this roof replacement. They identified the damage and its cause to begin with, handled relations with the insurance provider, and came up with a high-quality and aesthetically appealing replacement on reasonable terms. The whole installation was done in a day except for a few details, which they themselves identified and completed within a week. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

These guys know their business. They were prompt, communicated extremely well, and were clear about payment options. I love that they were able to help me get my insurance to cover the costs of the roof, and gave me a discount on the extra services I also wanted done (gutters). They also helped get the insurance to cover siding that needed to be replaced on the same ticket, even though that is outside their purview. Overall, it was one of the best construction experiences I've had!

Oh, and the team was able to begin and complete all of the roofing on the same day. They began early and worked consistently the entire day, only breaking for lunch. Inspection was completed by the end of the day.

Bartlett came out and did a complete tear off in about 8 hours - in and out on the same day! They cleaned up really well too. Great communication throughout the process.

The roofers from Bartlett roofing are very hard workers. Also, they made sure our cars were pulled out of the garage before they started. They also made sure our dogs were in the house. Roofing can be a messy business. After the roofers cleaned up, Juan and Josh each came back on separate occasions to go over our yard and make sure everything was cleaned up. Whenever there was an issue, Juan and Josh were here to take care of it. Before they started roofing our house, on and Josh both explained and good detail what to expect before during and after our house was roofed.

Your crew was fantastic!!!!! Very professional and efficient!!!!!! They went right to work and I was surprised at how they worked together and accomplished a lot of great work quickly. They did a super job on my roof!!!

Bartlett roofing is an extremely impressive company. It has been a long while since I have received such high quality service!!

From the very beginning, the company was very upfront about the process, cost and what was involved. In my case, it was an insurance claim for new roofing, and they helped me through every step of the process, including all necessary conversations with my insurance company.

Once the install day came, Bartlett was onsite when they said they'd be there, and the crew made quick work of getting my old roofing torn off in order to get things ready for inspection before installing the new roofing. Even though the weather was not very nice that day, they were fast, efficient and very detail oriented. Once they were done, the spent considerable time going around my yard to make sure no debris or nails or any old roofing was left.

If all of the above wasn't enough, the next day they sent out a separate individual from a different crew JUST to make sure the roof met the high standards of Bartlett as a company, and that individual also did one more thorough check of the roof and my yard to make sure there wasn't any debris left.

And most importantly, my new roofing looks AMAZING!!
