Bartlett Roofing has been excellent! Approximately 7 years ago we had a tree fall on our house. The insurance company was jerking us around, trying to low ball the repairs, etc. Ashlynn took over for us with our insurance company and ended up getting the entire roof repaired. Fast forward to last month, we had an 80 mph wind gust come through and took some shingles and a roof vent off. I figured I’d have to take on a battle with the insurance again, but called Bartlett first. They came out and made all repairs under warranty for us. Efrain and crew did a great job! Just before Christmas 2024, during the last heavy rain storm we experienced here in Boise, my kitchen ceiling developed a hole and water was seriously leaking onto my new wood floor!! My friends gave me the number for Steve Hathaway with Bartlett Roofing. He arrived within the next 30 minutes, and before he gave me an estimate or very talked about the company he worked for, Steve rushed to Lowe’s, pursued a tarp, returned and spent the next hour nailing down the tarp, to cover the hole on my roof!! Steve cared about protecting my home and solving my dilemma! That was a refreshing act of kindness! Then before he left that day, he helped me file a claim with my insurance! A check was on its way…Then just after New Year’s Day, I had a beautiful new roof! All the men working on my roof were very hard workers. Steve as the project manager, and Will, his assistant, were there to answer any of my questions and kept in touch with me, as until the work was completed! Our home’s roof was replaced by Bartlett 5 years ago. It was a great experience and the roof still looks like new. The salesman ignored our no soliciting sign, and we are grateful he did. Our 20+ year old subdivision was hit by a storm in the spring and we were unaware our roof had severe damage. The salesman helped me reach out to my insurance agent, an adjuster examined the roof, and the roof was replaced quickly and efficiently by Bartlett. Communication by Bartlett was great throughout the process. Later, when we switched our homeowners insurance company, Bartlett’s office staff pleasantly and efficiently provided paperwork we needed to prove the age of the roof and save money on the new policy. We have a very positive opinion of Bartlett Roofing.

Bartlett Roofing was great to work with! This was our 2nd try and thanks to Devyn, and a much more human insurance agent, we were able to get a full roof replacement. We recently had our roof replaced by Bartlett Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After getting three other quotes, Garrett from Bartlett Roofing stood out from the start. Unlike the other companies, Garrett noticed wind damage and suggested it might be worth checking if insurance could cover part of the cost, even though my roof was quite old. I hadn’t even considered this option since the other companies had simply said it was nearing the end of its life.

Garrett took care of all the logistics with the insurance adjuster, making the process easy and stress-free. He was there for the inspection, showed the adjuster the problem areas, and thanks to his thoroughness, insurance ended up covering about two-thirds of the cost!

On installation day, the crew was fantastic—efficient and fast. After the crew finished, Garrett did a few extra sweeps with a large magnet to ensure no nails were left behind. Weeks later, we still haven’t found a stray nail in our yard!

During the post-install walk-through, we noticed a minor issue with the chimney flashing and a slightly crooked vent. Garrett was quick to arrange for the quality team to fix them, and they even offered to paint the vent pipes and exposed brick on the chimney to match our home’s look—an unexpected but much-appreciated touch.

Bartlett did a great job on fighting with insurance company and replacing roof for us. Yes they have solicited several times over a couple years, but so have many other companies working hard for the business. Many of us need that assistance with our busy lives. They have always been polite and excited to get working for us. I was hesitant to do an insurance claim due to the age of roof addressed with them in past. Garret fought with insurance company for months as they dragged their feet on covering. He continued without a dime from me until it was excepted and then only paying my deductible prior to start. Roof was stripped and installed in one day, no debris left behind, quality vents and material covered for many years. I am a general contractor with many years experience and found all to be installed very well and to code. Insurance would not cover additional vents to meet new code, so Garret got the minimal additional cost covered completely as well as immediately addressing a couple requests I had after inspection.
Don’t take their enthusiasm to work hard for you as being pushy, they are only trying to succeed for both you and them!

From start to finish these guys were amazing! Devin was fun to work with and he didnt pressure me to upgrade or spend extra money. The guys that worked on the roof were nice and did the job quickly and payed attention to quality of work. I would use them again for sure!

The crew that came out was awesome. Kyle who over saw the crew was great. All the guys paid close attention to every detail and if not happy redid it. I have a koi pond and they made sure nothing fell in and even went out of their way to add materials to put over it. These guys ended up in the pouring rain. Waited it out and finished the job. They were still here at 8pm. The clean was impeccable and you would have never known they were here.

However the team worked with our home insurance agent and were able to significantly reduce our financial obligatjon. We are thankful to have a new roof! Our last one lost shingles every rime the wind blew! We love the exploration and the quality. They also refinished it and replaced it in 1 day! Even during a heat advisory. The actual roofing installation went well without a hitch once we received approval by our insurance and scheduled with Bartlett's.
The process of getting approval was a long road. Bartlett's suggested using a Public Adjuster, which is what we needed to get an approval.
Mark Cluff took over just prior to to our roof install. He gave great information and guided us through the process.

The install crew arrived early, finished the replacement in one day, did a great job, and clean up was super! Luke was on site and did a final walk thru. I started working with Luke Smith and Bartlett Roofing a couple months back. He was consulting me on the condition of my roof as I had some wind damage that had left a lot of shingles in rough shape after a storm. I appreciate that he wasn’t a pushy salesman and he was open to entertaining my questions along the way.

I often do a few hours of research to make myself an informed consumer before I make housing-related decisions. I had some clarifying questions for Luke several times and he always picked up my call, never made me feel like a bother, and he always accepted my choices without any pushback.

Roof replacement just wrapped up today. Crew was on site about 7:00 AM with the tear off done around 10:00 AM. Luke showed up and shared photos of the condition of the decking. The wind storm had left my decking exposed to the rain for a couple weeks. In addition to being an old roof in general, that left my decking in rough shape and about 20 sheets needed replacing. Luke ran out, got the new decking sheets and the crew was back at the install after a short delay. Ended up fully installed and done with the roof by 1:15 PM.

Luke came back by for a walkthrough and another comb across the property to make sure no nails were left. Final QC inspector showed up about 4:30 PM for the last check. Job was done in a single day. Pitch isn’t steep (2.4ish) and footprint is around 1,250 square feet. Very happy with the result. Shingles look great, hood vents matched up nicely, and my pipes were colored to match so it all feels cohesive. Forgot to take photos but Bartlett Roofing did a great job with the replacement and Luke was an ideal project manager to liaison with.

These guys haven't finished our roof in 8 or 9 months we keep getting the run around. After the roof was replaced the room still leaked. They had someone some out to look about fixing it and that was a moth and a half ago with no response , terrible communication, terrible work avoid these guys

We had our roof replaced this February. The company is great. Easy to work with. They have the greatest employees and contractors working for them. Troy was phenomenal.He took care of everything from start to finish. Just a great guy. The crew that did the actual roof was great and got it done in one day plus 2 hours the next morning and did an excellent job. Back then it was dark early. The roof looks wonderful.We wanted new gutters put on and Troy orchestrated all of that for us as well.
