My teen son went into the store to buy his car a battery. Employee, Jeremy (per receipt) treated him so kindly. Thank you for taking care of my son!

I needed to replace a squeaking wiper on a rainy day. I stopped in and was helped right away. I found the right size and paid then went out and put it on for the drive home. Clean store and had what I needed.

I needed new wipers and stopped by the store on March 4th. The young man who worked there, stood in the rain and fixed my wipers. I totally recommend Auto Zone.

Today, 3-16-25, I had the pleasure of visiting this Auto Zone location, where I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the associate who assisted me. She took the time to answer all my questions regarding the part I was buying, demonstrating a level of patience and understanding that truly inspired me. Prior to visiting Auto Zone, I stopped by the O’Reillys down the road, but unfortunately, they were too rushed to provide the guidance I needed, as I’m just a DIY enthusiast relying on YouTube tutorials. Thankfully, Ms. Patsey’s outstanding customer service made all the difference, and she certainly deserves recognition for her stellar work.

Stopped in for an add on drink holder. They were so nice and let me try a few options for fit, before buying.

Had supplies I needed, but didn't buy them. It would cost nearly $200 more to buy from the store than to buy online. Employee was nice and understanding. I feel bad that AutoZone business model seems to prey upon people's emergency needs, taking advantage of them when their back is up against the wall.
Luckily I can wait. So I bought nothing and will order online.

We had to jump our battery so we went to autozone to have them check it to see if we needed to replace it. It was almost closing but they were happy to help. Lucky for us the battery is still good!

Gave me the wrong battery for my car I called to see if they had got in my right battery for my car. But but had to Settle for a cheaper battery, not what I want it.
And The young man that helped me. Was not very helpful at all.
I can't say if it was his people's skills or he was just lazy anyway.

We are traveling and our battery was acting up.
Our go to is usually Walmart because they are everywhere. But this one didn't have a service bay. So we went to AutoZone instead.
Our battery was 8 years old so I am not surprised we had troubles.
I went in and found a young man sticking the shelves and he came right out to test the battery and the charging system.
Battery was bad, charging system was good.
Of course they were out of the lowest priced batteries but the next level up was $209.
A bit steep, but when traveling you don't have a lot of options.
I asked about loaner tools and he said he would just come out and change it for me.
He was a very courteous young man and we had a nice conversation about the area while he changed out the battery.
Overall I was very pleased with this transaction.
I only wish I remembered the young man's name who helped me.

Nice staff willing to help.
I usually order online and easily pick up my stuff. There is also plenty of parts, accessories, tools, cleaning supplies oil, filters etc. As you would expect in a parts store. Most of the time it is very quick to pick up my parts.

The prices at this store have gone up in some areas 300% since covid rotors that were $30 are now $150 in some models ridiculous price gouging here the oil the transmission fluid it's ridiculous this is just absolutely ridiculous it angers me this store does but you could always count on them to at least have it you can't even do that now. If you want an accurate first time absolutely for sure get the right part kind of a experience I'm sorry but you're not going to find it at this store. They're way too busy to be accurate all of the time I've done business with this store about 5 years now Ive spent thousands of dollars there and it's about one and three that get wrong when I asked the head manager there the older gentleman and he said well if you give the right information you'll get the right part. That didn't really go over well with me but the young manager is nice and the female manager is very courteous they're just very busy

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.

4. What is the typical roof leak repair cost, and how is it calculated?

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
