Brad, a technician from Vietzke Drain and Rooter, recently performed a video inspection of my home’s sewer line. Brad was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the process and findings as he shot the video and patiently answered my many questions. I will be hiring Vietzke to do future work and highly recommend them!

Paul was fantastic. He was thorough and super informative. I had him come to scope my main sewer line and my kitchen drain line. I really appreciate a technician giving me lots of information. He was really easy to talk with. I would recommend Paul and Vietzke to anyone. I will use them for my maintenance.

The gentleman who came to the house to give the estimate today was such a kind person. He was so informative, genuine and straight shooter. I was so pleased with our interaction!

Had a laundry drain in the basement floor that was overflowing when anyone in the house did laundry. The pipe also was used by the kitchen sink upstairs. Got referred to Vietzke by a friend. Called them up and Brad was dispatched within an hour on such short notice. He ran a snake thru the venting up on the roof and found quite a bit of something clogging it (I haven't done anything like cleaning the venting since I moved in almost 8 years ago). He was also able to share a few tips on what to do just in case. I had a wet / dry vacuum, so he showed me what to do with the drains if they go slow or water goes out the laundry drain again (which I hope doesn't happen again). I was glad that it wasn't something serious like my sewer line needing replaced. I'd definitely recommend Vietzke to my friends and family!

Appointment window started at 10:30 and the technician was there by 10:35. Roots removed and the sewer is working again

The technician arrived on time on a Saturday. He was very friendly and professional. This was the third company I had come over to give me a quote to replace my sewer line. Out of all three he did the most thorough and comprehensive bid.

The location process was great. Paul was able to tell me where everything was and what they could do. I am waiting for the estimate now from them but Paul was great.
