Humboldt Ford when above and beyond to get my fire truck going. With parts and labor, I was quoted a few weeks out. This didn’t work because of being available for wildfires. The garage focused on my needs and delivered. Thank you have great humans working at the service department.

We were traveling through Winnemucca and about an hour or so out our check engine light came on. I googled to see if there was a Ford dealership in Winnemucca and found Humboldt Ford, we immediately headed there. David the service advisor checked with his service department supervisor to see if they could get us in and they did. Conner the tech took excellent care of us!! Conner cleared the sensor double checked everything and got us back on the road within an hour. When we asked David what do we owe he said nothing. He probably doesn't realize just how much that meant to us, we thanked him profusely and headed on our way. We would recommend Humbolt Ford any time! Dan was outstanding in handling the repair of our F-350. He is an excellent listener, communicator and knows his “stuff”. It was a pleasure and will see you all again in the future.

Had a great experience at my local Ford dealership. Morgan was incredibly friendly and helped make the process less stressful. My financial guy (I am spacing his name at the moment) was also friendly and explained things very thoroughly. They worked with me since I had different appointments throughout the day. Overall smooth and quick experience.

I experienced a break down while travelling through. Humboldt Ford worked me in and got me back on the road in a couple hours.

They have great customer service, very friendly and willing to help you. I did miss that this time they didn't do a curtesy wash like they have done in the past.

When it came time for the service they had my truck in and out very quickly. I did not buy my vehicle from this dealership but i wish i had. They far outshine the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. I will be buying my next Ford from Humbolt Ford!

I was going through Winnemucca headed to Elko for work when my F250 Ford decided to just quit on me. I called the Humboldt dealership, they diagnosed the issue, got me in right away and I was out and back on the road in an hour! I cannot thank Dave and his team enough for everything! Just had a big issue with my truck that I bought at Humbold Ford including an extended warranty, the dealer didn't want to admit it was their mistake why the truck needed repairs. And because of what they did the extended warranty wouldn't cover the expenses that cost me to fix their mistake
I would Not recommend this place and definitely Not buying another vehicle at this dealer.

Recall done, worse than expected as far as damage from the plant, so the service team brought in brand new parts and kept me rolling. The Humboldt Ford service team is great at their job. Lifted, new drive like, new transmission, now it's built to last.

Kudos to Service Dept. Headlights upgraded a year , one burned out on a 5 year warranty. The supplier was making it difficult. Ford made a conference call with supplier and resolved the matter in minutes. Very satisfied with initial service and above and beyond follow up

I went for a check engine light, which are already knew the answer to because of having the FordPass app. It was just a random gas cap code. The service representative wanted to come out with the code scanner. I asked if he could clear the code to see if the gas cap code would come back And he said no then I asked if they could take it inside to do a test on it. Maybe the diaphragm went bad air to come in and fuel to escape. They said they didn’t have enough time for a two minute test on a gas cap, which I could’ve removed from the vehicle and they could’ve carried it into their device to check it, if they even have one, but in the end, they know the difference between an air quality code versus codes are detrimental to the vehicle emissions will make your vehicle last less. I understand them not wanting to clear codes for like low oil pressure but gas cap come on you literally can troubleshootthat code by clearing it and seeing if it returns with no issues ever to the vehicle

Stopped by at 1330 hours to charge up our Mach-e on September 14. There are two chargers and four hookups. We pulled in to the one vacant hookup as there were three reciprocating trucks in the other charging locations. Apparently, the vacant spot represented that the charger was inoperable, tried three times to get it up and running, common, happens everywhere. So, maybe the other charger works, but you have to plug in to your ev car to start the process and the dealership had trucks in the way. I walked inside and the assistant manager was three feet in the building from me. I told him I had a Mach-e and I would like to hookup to the other charger, but conventional trucks were parked in front of the charger...
And here is exactly what he told me "This is our dealership and we will do what we want." I can only guess he married into ownership as nobody I EVER met in sales talked to anyone like this jerk talks to people. Went to the Walmart down the street and charged right up.

Humboldt Ford has the friendliest and most knowledgeable people. The sales and finance team were wonderful! The service team from the office to the technicians to the car washer are amazing. They are helpful and friendly. I have always had the best experience there.

I can honestly say this place has some of the nicest people working and they truly are incredible. I was traveling and my car started with some issues and I couldn't continue on my long trip and I was in a panic and they were able to get me in and fix my car so I can get back onto the road! Not only did they fix my car, but their attitudes were amazing! Some of the nicest people there! Thank you again!!!!

Amanda at Ford in Winnemucca is very professional, and the staff are also very helpful, professional, and easy to work with! If you get the chance, talk to Amanda Brinkerhoff. Our kid bought their first Camaro from them. Personally, the Camaro was at the right budget, and they all made it very special and stress free! Ford has a variety of quality vehicles, sales persons' and is highly recommended by our family.

Jorge did an outstanding job getting the vehicle I requested. I have been buying cars and trucks from Humboldt Ford/ Delong Ford for over a decade. A 2015 F150, a 2016 Ford Edge, a 2017 F250, a 2016 Ford Mustang GT, a 2017 Mustang GT-350, a 2023 F-150 and a 2023 F-150 Lightning. Always a great experience. I noticed recently the amount provided for my trades did not meet my expectations considering the amount of dealer upgrades on the 2023 Bronco and the 2023 F150. Not sure what that was all about. I do enjoy supporting local businesses so I did not mind taking the hit. Jorge is an excellent salesman. Very honest and professional. Thank you.

I was on the road from Idaho to California, my check engine light came on due to a malfunction with my 2018 F250’s DEF system. Humboldt Ford got me in their shop first thing on a Saturday morning and back on the road in 1 hour! This shop rules!! Thank you guys!!!

I would not recommend Humboldt Ford to get your car fixed. I took my Ford Edge in to have a recall issue resolved plus have the screen repaired. They charged me $155.00 and the screen does the exact same thing as when I brought the car in; flips radio from Am to Sirius to Fm, makes call’s, navigation completely messed up.

stopped here to charge my car. in addition to the free fast charger, the staff were super kind, friendly, and helpful. i went into the waiting room while i charged and the whole facility was very clean and well maintained

Am traveling thru Winnemuca and stopped for the night. My van was slipping on the mtn hills, came in here to have them check it. They got me right in and have been super friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Bad service tech’s went for oil change and i went to LA next day and the car was making noise i check and the cover on bottom was missing bolts i call and they told me it was like that and i wont even told them abot my truck were the’re tech broke the passanger head light assemble and air duck on it will never go back

They were able to get my car in super quick, the part ordered, and was easy peasy process. Overall work was done and got my car back a day earlier than I expected! Totally recommend!

I had the worst experience a couple days ago with Craig. Our salesman was great that’s why I’m at least giving a 1 star but Craig was horrible. He talked to us like we were stupid. We went to Corwin Ford in Reno and were sold the exact same car just a different color and had the best experience. NEVER WILL I GO TO HUMBOLDT FORD AGAIN!

I just bought a truck there and Lee is the one who helped me and she was amazing! I've been talking with her for a few months and she's been wonderful! She is so sweet and kind and really cares! If you see anyone at Humbolt Ford I definitely recommend Lee!

Staff and Service Advisors are excellent! personable and professional. Unfortunately, inflation has led to higher costs, markup on parts and increased labor costs. Service (oil change and filters) should not be $250. pair that with diagnosing a couple small issues (charged 1 hr/ issue @ $155 / hr) ... you get the picture...

Such a GREAT experience!!! Wonderful customer service!!! I've always had a pleasure renting vehicles from here. Service Department is the best & pricing is fair for a dealership. DOES NOT CHARGE for a service you don't need!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND will use again!!

This is the only ford dealer I have ever been to that does not care about your time. We were traveling through Winnemucca and broke down and really needed to get to a surgery in N. California! We had three weeks to get there!
We were towed to Humboldt ford in Winnemucca on August 24, 2023 they made me wait until September 12, 2023 to just look at my truck. They did get to it one day early on the 11th. When they looked at it , it only took about an hour to find the problem then told me they don’t have the part and had to get the part from o’Reilly’s auto parts! Had to wait two more days for the part. Once they had the part it only took 1 hr. To fix. I told them every day I had a surgery appointment for September 12.
They did not care at all! I miss that appointment because they kept me waiting for three weeks to just look at the problem!
I do not recommend this dealer if you need your car or truck in any kind of timely manner!
