I have same bad experience as Karen. Quality of work which Jon does is great if he does it. We signed contract in June. According to it the work had to be done by end of September. They delayed the work until mid of October. Then started. I paid them in full (my mistake) though the work was not completed. Some of the logs were not fixed in place. Colors of stains were different in different places. Lower level siding was removed exposing structure to the rain. They said they will be back after Thanksgiving. Never happened. Then before Christmas. Never happened. Then after New Year. Never happened. Eventually, Jon came in February, fixed color, fixed logs in place. But left the lower level of siding out. The next date they planned to come - is end of April which is 10 months after we signed the contract. I gave up and hired another company who fixed everything in 2 weeks. I do not recommend to deal with ProLog unless you have plenty of time to wait.

Prolog Restorations did an outstanding job! They were professional and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Jonathan’s attention to detail was especially helpful. His expertise ensured that the exterior of our restaurant looked fantastic. If you need any log restoration work, I highly recommend them!

I am sad that I have to leave a mediocre review for Prolog. While the actual staining of our house was done decently, the sloppiness of the contractor - leaving messes at the completion of the work, stains on our deck, damaging our gutters and downspouts (which are STILL waiting for them to fix, 10 months later!) and not completing contracted add-on work such that our home suffered water damage during the last rains. It was obvious our contractor was in a big hurry to get our job done quickly - but it was not done completely. They keep saying they will come out to fix damage and complete things that were left undone, but we have had to haunt them to get a reply and they still have not fixed the work they left unfinished. We paid our large bill with them very promptly and perhaps that was to our detriment - as they have no reason to come back and finish the job.
