Very quick response to my inspection request. Extremely thorough explanations as to local, state, and national codes. I would recommend them.

I was very unhappy with the service if that's what we can call it. My experience is once they get done looking over the chimney and the flute then they go up on the roof look down the chimney and inspect the inside of the chimney cuz you can't see the inside of the chimney from where you put the wood no one ever got up on the roof. So it was not legally inspected according to the BBB. I did not report you but I want somebody to come back out here that knows what they're doing not some guy with a headlamp and some fat guy holding the parts I want a guy to come out here that's like the chimney sweep company where they check your chimney now I put wood in there and all I feel was a cold draft blowing down through my chimney and it blows the fire out so something's not right so how is it certified.

Brent did a great job explaining the ins and outs of my new fireplace insert, things to look out for, how to clean it, etc and I was grateful for the education he provided. I’m also thankful for the peace of mind knowing that my fireplace/chimney are clean and safe to use!

I had my first fire since Jason came and inspected & cleaned my fire stove yesterday! Worked beautifully. No more lack of air flow. You see I tried appointments with many others, including last season. No shows or cancellations. A Fireman's Chimney sweep came and performed an inspection and provided great customer service and gave me great advice. My Chimney is not in great shape - they were upfront an honest with what needed to be done now versus what wasn't critical. Would recommend - they are looking out for the consumer and it was greatly appreciated.

Great service. He explain everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. I now feel like I can use my fireplace and not worry.

A nice young man came, he was quick, took pic of the chimney, left no mess left behind and did the job promptly. I will be calling them back again for next year's sweep.

Brent did an awesome job of inspecting and cleaning our fireplace. Very quick and clean. We had a wasp infestation in the fireplace and flue, which Brent cleaned out . This is a brand new fireplace and he gave us good advice on how to break it in and also how to prevent wasps from returning .

They were on time. Very friendly and professional. And they cleaned up after themselves. Even clean the glass on my woodstove. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brent was truly a professional. He was very knowledgeable, honest and educational, and put my mind at ease about using my stove. His quality work is a rare find these days. For the business, I do wish someone had requested more information/images of my stove and home set up when it was scheduled, in order to better prepare technicians before the appointment.

Brent Willis cleaned our pellet stove chimney flu today. Brent was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and what needed to be done to keep our stove in good running condition. He did an excellent job! Would recommend him to anyone needing a good thorough chimney sweep.

I don’t normally leave reviews but you sent a message asking me to so….Unfortunately I did not get my chimney swept because I was told by Brent he was not able to because we have two stories and he would have to put a ladder on the roof to reach the chimney cap (a two ladder job) and he could not do that. So instead my husband went up on the roof and cleared the cap and swept the chimney himself. When I made the appointment no one asked if I had a two story home or anything about my roof. Just asked for my address. I called this company because it said it was firemen that ran it. So I was a bit surprised and disappointed. He stated he would possibly come back another day with help, a harness and or a lift. To be fair it had rained the day before and that morning. But then you would think I would have gotten a call that it could be a problem. I guess my big suggestion would be ask more questions of your possible clients. As to not waste even your own time.

Great experience with this company. Brent came between the scheduled time frame, communication about the appointment was simple and easy. From talking with Brent you can tell he has a mountain of experience. He was thorough, worked with a sense of urgency, and was extremely informative of my system. Can’t recommend these guys enough. I feel 200% smarter after having Brent come sweep the chimney for our wood stove. The home’s previous owners told us how they went about burning firewood each winter. Not knowing better, I thought that was the gospel truth. Turns out my stove needs an entirely different style of burning than what I have been doing. Now I know how to be more efficient and clean. Thank you Brent for helping me understand. I value your service and knowledge, and look forward to having you come over next fall for our next inspection and cleaning.

Recently moved into the house, Jason checked it all out (both fireplaces) and wasn't even need of a cleaning so we actually saved vs the original estimate. Efficient & honest - what more can you ask for?

Super fast, nice tech., and no mess afterwords.

Kinda pricy for the amount of time and what it took to get done, but I guess that’s the price we pay in a world where there’s no longer any tradesmen. I’ll probably use them once a year going forward if I don’t decide to do it myself.

Service was professional and done with care to seeing that all safety requirements were met which takes the worry away for me and for my insurance.
