Came in from getting discouraged from another place in town. I met with Todd, and even though I was not very hopeful, he came through for me!! He was very pleasant to work with, and was able to work with me for my budget without pushing for money I didn't have. I would recommend Hanigans to my friends and family, and if I ever need another vehicle, I know who to call!! Great service all around!! In one of the scariest times of my life, handling the aftermath of my 16 yr Olds first accident, JD Corr was absolutely above and beyond incredible. He was so kind and helpful explaining the process of paperwork and helped me figure what steps to take next. I will never ever go to another tow company over Hanigan. I had a broken down vehicle that I still owed money on and to my surprise they were able to get me into a much nicer and newer vehicle!! I found this dealership with my son after nearly 2 years of misery related to a a truck purchased at a private/nondealership sale. They were very honest in all aspects. Of course they informed me multiple times that they are selling used vehicles that could incur future troubles. Unlike many dealers, however, Hannigan does have a full repair shop where they go through all of their vehicles prior to sale. Most issues had been repaired prior to our purchase. Potential issues were brought to our attention. They do offer an extended warrantee which in our case seemed fitting for the truck purchased and comforting in regards to the troubles of our last vehicle. We shopped on the line and visited several dealerships prior to Hannigan and their pricing seem to be on par. Very happy with our recent purchase.

purchased my beautiful 2014 cummins yesterday and i’m so in love! i’ve been on the hunt to find the perfect truck and i finally found it. Huge thank you to Todd for helping me every step of the way with this truck. I came in a couple of weeks ago and noticed this truck wasn’t for sale yet but Todd was so great about taking my information, keeping updated about where the truck was at in the shop, and even with the final purchase. I am so in love with my truck, thank you again Todd and hanigans for everything you guys did to help me get this truck!

Bought 2009 cad that was previously owned by manager of Hanagan, the last of April 2024 when the transmission went out. I went in and they treated me like a stupid idiot and said I would have to pay for a transmission. I trusted that they were an honest company and that they wouldn’t sale a car that was not going to be able to drive after 6 months. The car falls under the Lemon law. I would tell you, not to buy from this dealership unless they repair the transmission. I have medical problems and now don’t have a car to get me to Boise for my appointments.

The guys at Hanigan were great. They were friendly and I appreciated the non nonsense approach. I’d buy there again and recommend them to anyone. 5 stars!

Bought a beautiful second gen Cummins from them. Im a veteran and they worked with me from out of state. Financed the vehicle, everything was fairly smooth, Todd and the owner are great people and very understanding and reasonable.

Very overpriced vehicles. The car I got from them was stickerd at around 11,000. Had to finance through an out of state creditor. Interest rates are through the roof which is making that car around 28,000. Had the car appraised and it's only worth about 4,000. I was in a desperate situation and feel I got taken advantage of. Make sure you do your homework and definitely get a carfax.

You guys lived up to the used car salesman stereotypical bad reputation. I told them I was ready to buy. I am pre-approved. My bank approved it and everything. After that I was told that they couldn’t sell it till the recall was fixed. I said ok and make sure you call me asap and I will come down and get it. I called on Friday to see if it was done and all. Then you guys sell it. What is wrong with your dealership? Is there no integrity in your dealership or leadership? That was flat out wrong! I am seriously disappointed in you guys. And your leadership for letting that happen. I was excited about dealing with the small guy and keeping my money local but it’s stuff like this that drives good buyers away from local dealers.

These guys are A-Mazing! Had a problem with my Ford Escape and took it up to "Certified Ford Dealer" in Ontario, in hopes of it being fixed. Received calls once a week for 3 weeks saying it was fixed, each time I went to pick it up it wasn't working. Took the car to Hanigan in Emmett, within 10 minutes the service tech found the problem and took care of everything! Huge thank you to Justin, Marty and Jeremy! These guys will take care of you!!

So, on a hope and a prayer we scooted on into Hanigans where we were met by Todd; a very professional, very helpful, very pleasant gentleman. Now, obviously financing isn't easy for everyone to qualify for, so when I say Todd worked, he put in the full effort and we came out with a win! Was offered 16.5k trade in on my "19 Toyota Camry at Dennis Dillon in Nampa. Hanigans offered 18.5k trade in for the same vehicle at the Emmett Dealership, Good vibe, Down to earth people. Affordable and efficient with a very polite staff. I’ve had a lot of car repairs done over the past year here and I haven’t had any problems with any of the repairs whatsoever. They’re also the most affordable place I’ve been to, which I’m super grateful for.

They took advantage of my daughter, when she had her car worked on. Said she needed a power steering pump, that didn't fix it. Now they say it's needing a power rack. They should have caught it when they did the pump. ASK THEM WHY THEY ARE IN COURT SO OFTEN.

They did a great job servicing my 2009 Chevy Silverado Duramax hd2500. They did a great job servicing it and they did take pictures of things in question. They also gave me a full report of everything thank you.

Jacob was so very patient and understanding with my situation. we needed to trade in our truck because it was too big for us and put us in an SUV. he let me try out EVERYTHING Before I made my decision. As I was 8 months pregnant I was so particular. he never gave up finding the right car for our family. two days later he got me in the car of my dreams and I’ve been very happy with it. Best car I’ve ever had. It’s quite nice that I can just call them up if I need any Maintenance or oil changes for amazing prices. This place truly is family and treats you like family as well!

Marty and his crew have great customer relations. They aren't pushy and they will work to help everyone. A great variety of cars and if you see something you like then you better jump on it because they sell fast.

Went to test drive one of their trucks asked if while on the test drive I could take it to a shop or even a jiffy lube shop just to have a second opinion on it. Was told no we don’t do that here very rudely like I was insulting them well sorry guys when I’m looking at spending 50 to 60 thousand dollars on a used rig and the deal seems to good to be true I was always told it usually is so I just needed a second opinion on it before I did it. Sorry I don’t trust a used car salesman’s word on the matter you just lost a sale and a local customer. Very disappointed in the interaction as brief as it was I will look elsewhere. I believe if you believe in your product you would encourage people to check it out. I wouldn’t have mined even if you came along. Very untrustworthy move on your part. I did not test drive or buy. Better things to do with my time and money.

Couldn't work with a greater bunch of guys! They were very helpful and got me out the door and a nice new pickup.
