Roy did an amazing job with our house inspection, gave us great ease to know everything was up to code. He provided us with pictures of the entirety of the home and cosmetic issues that were in place. Roy got to our inspection in a very time officiant manner. I thought the report was very accurate and I agree with everything Roy puts on it. I think he does very good work and will work with you to get every problem that you could run into fixed.

He was very professional and thorough in the inspection. He talked through the inspection telling me why he was doing what he was doing for example the picture portion was explained very well. I understood why three pictures of a sink were taken. I would recommend his service to anyone in the area.

Roy Perry is the man you want to deal with when there is a problem. He is very understanding and as final say that is who you want in your corner. Very knowledgeable and agreed with just about every finding on the report. Though I believe some of his reports were not as thorough as I expected he replied with very logical arguments that I didn't disagree with. I would of still liked to see them on the report and suggested it anyway. Though I didn't make him, this man doesn't hesitate to come back twice. All in all some of the best in Oklahoma and would do business again.

Roy inspected a home I am working on purchasing, he scheduled quickly and got it complete when promised. He worked hard got the inspection to me same day. The documents were professional, in depth, and included good pictures. The next day he called and made sure I got the inspection because he hadn't heard from me. He answered all my questions with professionalism. The price was a tad above what the realtor originally quoted, 200-300$, but he gave military discount. Quality comes at a price though, absolutely no complaints!
