I have bought 6 vehicles with the past and current management over the years. The staff have been extremely kind and courteous. They are never pushy with selling and very competent with service. I have never had anything to be unhappy with or complain about. The service department is top notch and takes care of your every need. The Service Dept is top notch (especially since i am biased since David is my son).

Very pleased with the thoroughness of the technician and the dealership. They informed by calling me at the coffee shop that my vehicle needed additional work done other than what i requested. The additional work was the replacement of the engine air filter and cabin filter, two area i neglected to remind them when I dropped the vehicle. Really appreciated their effort to keep my vehicle in tip-top shape. Couldn't ask for better service.

21 Ford tremmor told the service advisor. I've owned a lot of trucks and it has to be something in the rear end. When it was all said and done they told me it was a transmission. I took it to another Ford dealer North in Sayre when I got through there. Complete bearings and ring and pinion replaced. Thanks, altus

I would leave a 0 star review if it were possible. i got my diesel pickup towed there 6-24-24 to be fixed as of today 7-8-24 i have not received a single phone call from them, maybe they were crazy busy but apparently they still haven’t even looked at it, a simple phone call to me stating they weren’t going to any time soon would have been common courtesy and I could have had it taken elsewhere. Definitely having problems on the service side.

i got my car towed here so they could give an estimate to my insurance. i heard great things about them! maybe they were crazy busy but they didn’t even take a look, nor keep me informed that they weren’t going to any time soon. had my car towed to another shop and they immediately got an estimate to my insurance. the lady working as the receptionist for the shop isn’t the most friendly, either.

Came to town on a Friday night to visit with friends nearby, when my Ford Focus unexpectedly broke down. I had it towed to Billingsley Ford, and left my key in the dropbox, only to realize later that their service department is not open on Saturday. I called Saturday morning to inquire about getting my key back so I could perhaps have it towed somewhere else. To my surprise, General Manager Dave Madl offered to help me and ended up installing a new battery for me HIMSELF! And then delivered it to me at my hotel! Talk about going above and beyond…this is top level customer service! Thanks again for saving the day Dave!

I had an appointment at 3:00. I got checked in, but when I checked on it 1 1/2 hours later they forgot my truck was there.
NOW.... ON the other hand. I bought my brand new 2013 Escape from Aleica Brown... and was a good buy for me. I finally treaded it in last year for a half hybert half gas maverick pickup. One year last traded it in, didn't like it. Now with Aleica Browns help I finally got what I wanted . I got a 2024 Bronco Sport. I live my Bronco. I go anywhere I want to and have no worries. Denny High at Billingsley Ford of Altus made us a great deal on our new 2024 Ford F150. The process was easy and smooth from start to finish. He made us feel right at home. If you need a new vehicle go see Denny High!

Me and my husband went into the duncan oklahoma location to inquire about a new Ford maverick hybrid. We were not dead set on one, but very interested. We spoke to a salesman there and were told they could not get one in right now, since they are in high demand. He stressed that Billingsley does not charge a markup, over msrp for the high demand, like "the other places".

He puts us in touch with Denny, at this location, in Altus. We go to the bank for the total sticker price/the only price listed on the vehicle advertisement. We call to tell him we would be there after work to pick up the truck and are told there's actually a 1500 dollar fee "because its a hybrid and in high demand", as well as a 180 dollar admin fee.

Me and my husband accepted this, collected the difference from our bank, and went to buy it.

When we got there, we looked over the truck and went inside to sign paperwork. Immideately someone from accounting comes in to advertise warranty packages. I notice the price on the paperwork is higher than the discussed price over the phone. He tells me he will get the salesman after going over the warranties.

I tried to ask Denny about the 1500 dollar charge possibly being converted to a warranty, rather than an upcharge. Then had planned to ask about the additional 70 dollars on the admin fee and the extra 639 dollar charge that were added quietly with no shown line item or reason.

Every time I tried to speak, I was abruptly interrupted. I do not think I got 1 full sentence out of my mouth, so by the time I'd been interrupted 3 times, price gouged 2,389 over sticker price, and lied to multiple times, we decided not to buy it.

We would not have gone through any of this trouble if everyone had been honest and up front. By the time we left, I felt as though I could trust nothing I was told, since everything had been "misworded" and "a misunderstanding".

We have no intention of being back.

Life is constantly changing.. one never knows what your future holds. Denny High is our professional sales guy at Billingsley Ford of Altus America. We are so sad to let go of our Corvette. We had to pick one or the other so we chose the F-250. Priorities change but you cannot live comfortably in a Vette. Denny assisted us in buying a 23 F-250 to pull the future mobile vacation hotel. We future proofed the truck in case we decided on a different size rig. And thank you to Mr. Dave Madl as well for providing an outstanding experience.

Very satisfied with the service preformed. Picked up my vehicle, serviced it and returned it in minimal time. No sitting around and waiting. Nice new procedure.
