AutoZone Auto Parts - Hormigueros, PR

I tried ordering an air filter from two local parts stores before I tried this Autozone. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, (myself in English and my wife in Spanish) by the manager. He found the exact filter I needed and his team found a few other things for me. The store is bright, clean, organized and welcoming. I won’t even bother with any other parts store around, there’s no comparison.

Visitamos este negocio porque la batería del auto murió en pleno Boulevard en Guanajibo Homes en Mayagüez para colmo comenzaba a llover fuerte y teníamos que volver a San Juan. Los empleados de Luma pasaban en ese momento y llompearon la guagua pero no podíamos apagarla hasta llegar a Sanjuaasí que decidimos ir a AutoZone.
Allí nos atendieron súper amables y rápido, y aunque tuvimos que esperar casi 35 minutos hasta que dejara de llover… el servicio fue fenomenal y atento. Que no me gustó? El precio de los M&M que estaba en $3.49 si un sobre de M&M

UPDATE: AutoZone reached out to me and the District Manager was able to resolve the second issue I had with the order. Hopefully they can implement changes that would allow customer, who elect to do so, to pick up the order at the store. The part worked out but the order prosses was dificult. In addition, it would be great customer service if the order will be delayed to notify the customer as soon as possible.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Ordered a part on line to ship to home and the order was not processed until the next day and shiped for the following day. Even though it's says rush delivery you are fooled into believing you'll get it next day. It would have been better to say 2-day delivery then mislead you to believe it's next day. If you need it quickly buy for store pick up. I tried to pick it up at the store but was told NO it has to go through FedEx.

Rafael S gave the best service I've received ever in my auto history. Not only did he help us with knowing what to do but went above and beyond in helping us. The best customer service and the best instructor and best autozone employee or mechanic I've ever came across and my best friend is a mechanic! Give the man a raise or a promotion!

PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Llamo antes de salir de mi casa en AÑASCO, para preguntar si la máquina de verificar el CHECK ENGINE LIGHT era gratis y me dijeron que SI pues el caballero que me contestó en vez de advertirme que la MÁQUINA ESTABA DAÑADA no me lo DIJO. Me dirijo hacia el establecimiento una ves llego allí el caballero que me ATENDIÓ en el (COUNTER) me dice que la máquina está dañada a lo que yo respondo (como va a ser si acabo de llamar) el caballero cogió la máquina de mala gana hasta se le calló GROSERAMENTE para mostrarme el cable que estaba roto. NO CREO QUE SEAN MANERAS DE TRATAR A UN CLIENTE. Porque en ningún momento fue que yo dude de su palabra es que se me hizo raro que después que baje de mi casa para NADA en ves de haberme comunicado eso por teléfono no me dejeran nada. Aveces hay personas que no sirven para servicio al cliente.

El trato es personal ,amablemente te aconsejan el mejor producto a utilizar en tus trabajos y sus garantias. Mercancia, de no tenerla en la tienda te la ordenan tanto entre sus tiendas o directamente al fabricante. Muy recomendado.

Muy buenas buena garantía lo mejor no necesitas recibo a la hora de cambiar las piezas de garantía de x vida . Lo único que tienes que verificar que tengan la pieza a la hora del cambio . El mejor los #1
