Hector is a great guy and knowledgeable technician. He was very polite and professional. Answered all my concerns and questions about the situation. He finished in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself. Hector is a great field technician with all the right skills and disposition. I have to say He’s definitely a great company asset and deserves to be recognized by his peers and colleagues. It’s people like him that make a difference in the workplace and turned a bad situation into a great experience. Thanks for your support and service.

The technician was friendly and helpful, but Sears Appliance Repair was going to charge me $400 in labor plus $383 in parts for something that would probably take 30-45 minutes to do. The labor charges are over the top so I ordered the parts myself and will do the job myself. Sears should be ashamed of themselves for charging 1/2 the price of the dishwasher replacing a console for a dishwasher that is only 3 years old. The only reason I gave two stars is because the technician was friendly.

Great service even though calls are received by Ai and responds does every thing, my maintenance contract did not appear according to Ai, Ai told me if I had the documentation to show it to the tec. Which I did an he called his supervisor and fix every . After all repairs were done.

El técnico que me visitó, profesional bien experimentado, amable y las preguntas que le realicé sobre el equipo, todas fueron contestada con basto conocimiento. Que pena que en la parte de las entregas de piezas y la citas NO funcione de la misma manera espere para la reparación 50 días sin estufa. Y mi nevera aún espero y esta puesta para servicio desde el 24 de enero de 2025 y hasta este momento NO está reparada.

I booked an appointment online, received an email confirmation, the technician called me when he was en route, he was knowledgeable and was able to make the repair quickly. Everything was explained to me and the payment process was extremely easy. I would use this service again.

El Sr. Cruz Me demostró que sabe lo que hace, es muy bueno y porque es hijo de Dios, ordene las correas para mi tractor en octubre 6 me cobraron $117.50 y nunca me las enviaron, compré otras correas que no eran las propias me dañaron el tractor ahora tuve que solicitar el servicio de Sears, me pusieron las correas correctas y me cobraron $405. Fueron muy listos, gracias.

Even though in Puerto Rico we don’t have Sears appliance stores we do have their services still available Thank God if not I would have not have my Samsung fridge working and would have had to buy a new one years ago.

Technician was awesome he was very knowledgeable and took care what needs to take care of in a timely manner. Additionally he was even earlier than the suggested time that he was going to arrive.

Is better to contract Sears Appliance Repair than a technical support from the city that not has the experience and knowledge to repair the appliances

Technician maintain effective communication and showed on time. Was very respectful and organized on performing repair. Seems very knowledge on what’s doing due to effective troubleshooting and repair finish.

Technician explained very well what caused the problem with the refrigerator door. Also, advised how to take care of it to minimize same problems in the future.
