Had a double sided Subaru key cut , perfect fit unlike Lyndonville Hardware who ruined a $30 blank then said it was to bad , but they wouldn't do anything about it

Just moved to town and stopped in to grab some supplies for our new closets. The store was super easy to find, and had a nice parking lot. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. The store was super clean bright and organized, they come equipped with most of your everyday needs from painting supplies, hardware to power tools. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the employees were so helpful in showing us where everything we needed was. Such an amazing crew and experience, we will be visiting again soon!

I needed a tub drain and could not find one. When I asked the person behind the counter for help he said it's in aisle 5 in the right. I said I had already looked there
I received no response. I looked again and was still unsuccessful. I went o lowes and found what I needed.

Everyone in this store, including the tail-less shop cat are more than friendly and always helpful, but never overboard or pushy. It is what small towns are all about:)

I was looking for a wrought iron plant hook and approached a young male clerk who was wearing ear buds and playing with a Yo-Yo behind the counter. He looked up hooks and sent me to aisle 9 to the tea cup hooks. I then asked another clerk, who sent me to the garden aisle where I located the item I was looking for. Wouldn't the clerks time be better utilized walking the store to familiarize himself with products, rather than playing with a childs toy.!!! Terrible customer service.!!!

Aubuchon is where I go to get everything related to house, home, and maintenance. Not only do they have a great selection, the staff is friendly, knowledgable and ready to help.

My pickup order was ready within 90 minutes of ordering; they loaded everything into my truck for me. It was about as easy as it gets!

The staff here is always super helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the inventory and help me find what I need.

Over the weekend I went in to the best Aubuchon hardware store ever.
I had been searching for a new rocking camp chair for multiple weeks. I Found a similar model and ordered it online. 45 minutes later I went to the store to pick it up.
Upon arrival at the store I noticed that they had in-stock a different model that I had wanted.
Hillary was able to help me make the exchange for the order I had already paid for online.
When it came time to buy the chairs that I really wanted it was a little more difficult. As I had used a coupon and a store reward certificate. That would need a managers intervention.
I sat down to wait patiently at the paint sample table as the store was very very busy. I was amazed at how genuinely nice and helpful the employees were to every single customer.
Hillary apologize for the wait. I mentioned that it was my birthday. Dash, Daniel, Jessie and Michelle all wished me Happy Birthday and were so very kind and friendly. So to make a long story short, I got the exact chairs I have been searching for all summer. I Hung around at the hardware store for about 20 minutes with a GREAT team!

Love our local Aubuchon in StJ, and that we can even just walk over when we need something small. They have a lovely and interesting plant selection during the growing season, I always find something new and suitable for our region!

Was very happy with the service that was provided. Really enjoy all the worker smiles as one enters the store.

It was a good experience, that had what we were looking for and the clerk wknew where things were and was very pleasent.
