Thank you for taking on some of the UPS services at the hardware store. Matthew is my favorite employee and always provides excellent customer service with a smile.

I brought an unwieldy item to Matthew in UPS shipping, hoping to buy a box or just let him wrap and ship it for me. But my item was so large (an older, irreplaceable boat hatch that needed a new lens, etc) that no regular box would fit. Matthew told me where I could purchase a larger box and when I returned 20 minutes later with a too large box he cut it up, re-sized it and packaged it so securely I knew it would arrive in good condition. And it did, the very next day.

Always cheerful, no matter the challenge, and happily explaining the Amazon return policies to customer after customer, he is a real asset to your store and we are grateful to have him as a shipping resource. Thank you Aubuchon’s!

I ordered my mulch after the store was closed and early the next morning I got a text that my order was ready. Drove over and loaded up and was on my way. Easy-peasy!

Aubuchon Hardware came to the rescue! Our local UPS closed and miraculously, Aubuchon has volunteered to take its place. They were so helpful in helping me mail two packages. I am so appreciative of their kindness and service.

First time using curbside delivery and online ordering. I was ill and needed some supplies. The online order was filled and ready in less than 5 minutes and cheerfully delivered to my car! I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

I was very happy with Aubuchon Hardware in Middlebury when I had an urgent need for a little refrigerator (because my own had failed) and they had a 4.4-cubic foot fridge in stock. When I was calling around to find one, I reached Peter at Aubuchon and he was really helpful on the phone. He told me how to go on-line and pay for it with credit card, which turned out to be easy, and I had my fridge within hours. Phew! I always get good service at Aubuchon-Middlebury.

Wow. Combining these the old hardware store and moving aubochons into this much better space was an awesome decision. It’s like a mini big-box store with actual customer service and nice people

Delivery experience was top-shelf. Delivery guy called me to keep me in the loop on delivery time. The 2 guys on the truck were very friendly and placed the items just where I had wanted. I love this Aubuchon store. The employees are so welcoming and helpful and the store carries my favorite products.

I got to the store a little late and the guys were ready with the order and happily loaded it into my car

Special shout out to the manager who did a courtesy price adjustment to an item that was missed priced.

Superior help from Peter, who matched the various parts and pieces of hardware I needed from the nuts and bolts aisle -- it would have taken me much more time to do the same.

Disappointed, though, to not be able to apply my birthday savings. The cashier tried diligently but could not make it work.

The old store was good given the tight space, new store is great! Glad to see the same helpful team and new faces!

The young lady who assisted me showed incredible patience and perseverance in helping me find just what I was looking for.

Friendly neighborhood hardware store---great selection and prices, and their website makes it very easy to see what's in stock and where to find items in the store.

Staff was extremely helpful searching for obscure brass screws going way beyond the call of duty to assist in a low profit item. Super.

Thoughtful customer service and they had what I needed at a fair price. Prefer Aubuchon to other local hardware stores because of customer service and helpfulness especially to novices.

Excellent service, assistant directed me to what I wanted, I bought it and was happy to support a local business rather than saving a few dollars at Amazon.
