I contacted Matt to inspect a mobile home I was intending to purchase in Clatsop County. He was so nice, and personable, and his inspection was so thorough! He checked everything and more! He was so quick to do the job for me as I was on a timeline to get back home in central Oregon.. right before Thanksgiving, and he came out the day before Thanksgiving. His inspection was VERY detailed and he explained things to me as I followed along! His report came the next day with an abundance of photos showing the defects, etc. He has also been quick to answer of couple of follow up emails I sent to him with a question.
