Matt came highly recommended by our realtor and after using him for our home inspection, I would highly recommend him as well! He was very thorough in his inspection and I was impressed with his documentation of everything as well as his ability to translate the concerns to us in a way that made sense. His humor and honesty brought us peace of mind, and his willingness to go the extra mile (including walking on a very sketchy garage roof) was admirable. We would definitely use him again.

Matt is extremely thorough and well-priced. He had the soonest availability to schedule an appointment to inspect the property I was interested in, and will come out an additional time for free to inspect the property again once the seller can give him access to the crawlspace.

I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone and everyone looking for a home inspector!

I contacted Matt to inspect a mobile home I was intending to purchase in Clatsop County. He was so nice, and personable, and his inspection was so thorough! He checked everything and more! He was so quick to do the job for me as I was on a timeline to get back home in central Oregon.. right before Thanksgiving, and he came out the day before Thanksgiving. His inspection was VERY detailed and he explained things to me as I followed along! His report came the next day with an abundance of photos showing the defects, etc. He has also been quick to answer of couple of follow up emails I sent to him with a question. I would highly recomment Matt and Discover Home Inspections to anyone!

Matt the owner of Discover Home Inspection LLC came out and did a home inspection on a manufactured home for my parents in Clatsop County that they were thinking of purchasing. First off he is personable and easy to talk to and work with. Second, his attention to detail with his presentation and report were outstanding. He is very thorough and our report was emailed to us with an abundance of detailed pictures (which I was impressed with) of the entire home the very next day. I recommend Discover Home Inspection LLC if you’re needing any type of home inspection work done. Thanks again Matt!
