Worked with Jonny to get our roof and garage door replaced after a hail storm. Communication was great, repairs were timely and he handled all the communication with our insurance company. Highly recommend!

I am very grateful that Pablo Ordaz knocked on my door to offer the services of Absolute Construction as my Roofing Company. Pablo was professional and attentive to our needs and very timely and prompt. I especially like the way he took the time necessary to explain everything to me that was happening.

Because of the recent storms, my house needed a new roof and new gutters. The insurance company denied the roof replacement initially, but Absolute Construction went to bat for us and got the insurance company to approve the process.

In addition to the roof and the gutters, we also hired this company to paint the exterior of the house and replace the garage door to give the entire house a new clean look. The workmanship was excellent on all aspects of our job. The roof, the gutters, the garage door and the painting were excellent. Absolute Construction uses efficient, effective contractors that are timely and do a really nice job.

Sohail and the team at Absolute construction did a fantastic job helping me with my roof! It was a long battle with the insurance company but they stuck with me the whole way and explained each step in detail so I was informed the entire time. Cody Kennann was amazing. A big storm rolled through my area, while repairing next door neighbors roof, I asked if he could check mine because we had shingles on the ground everywhere.

Although busy, he took the time to climb up two stories and take some pictures which showed exposed wood in several areas. Without any obligations, he offered to patch it to make sure no more damage occurs because another storm was due in 2 days.

After shopping around, I decided to stick with Absolute Construction. I'm very glad I did.

The insurance adjuster inspected my roof and said it was fine and just needed some minor repairs. Cody and his team, completely disagreed and helped me fight through the process.

Cody communicated every step of the way and ensured everything got done professionally and in a timely manner. The roofing team was done quickly, within 1 day on a 4400 sq/ft roof. During the roof install, Cody sent us constant updates and even drone footage of the progress, was really cool. Any issues that arose afterwards (problem w/ standing water in new gutter), he took care of immediately.

The job supervisor we had absolutely took great care of us during this process. There were a few hiccups which he owned completely and took care of better than I had expected. Sohail Monshizadeh is definitely the guy I would want - patient when I had 1,000+ questions, understanding when it came to our dogs and their safety during this and a person who followed through on all promises made. The roof shingles he put on actually got our insurance premium REDUCED! I usually don't recommend contractors to my friends or neighbors but this one I had to write a review for. He earned my trust and respect.

I had the pleasure of working with Absolute Construction to replace my roof from the bad storm back in May/June 2024.
I filed a claim with my insurance with another roofing company that ended up ghosting me. Just stop responding to my calls or texts. My insurance company came, spent 5 hours looking at all the damages and declined my claim. Frustrated with insurance and Roofing company I decided to just cut my losses prepared to pay to get the roof and gutters fix myself.

Payton Rippa, Project Manager with Absolute Construction knocked on my door in December, 2024. I had zero trust with roofing company by then, let alone one that I don't know and never heard of before. I usually don't open my door when I wasn't expecting company. I was reluctance to let him take a look at the roof but he was polite so, I let him. The best decision I made regarding my roof. Peyton and his company filed an appeal on my behalf and did over and beyond to get my claim approved. It took months but finally Insurance approved the claim early this year.

My roof, gutters and chimney cap were replaced. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. The project was completed and the work area was left spotless after cleanup.

I also can't say enough how amazing it was to work with Payton Ripa. He was so responsive with my calls, texts and emails. I worked with 4 different roofers since I bought this house and Peyton was by far the best one. Every time I called him to come and check something, he was there. Cannot say enough good things about Absolute & especially Brandon Tanner. My roof was nearing the end of its useful life. I've had a number of different roofers inspect my roof and suggest they might be able to get my insurance company to replace. Brandon was the only one confident enough to manage on my behalf walking me through the entire process, assuring me he would not waste my or his time unless he was 100% confident we would win. Once the inevitable initial refusal from my insurance company surfaced, Brandon walked me through the appeal process. Each time, meeting the insurance agent at my property walking the roof with them and advocating on my behalf. One of your sales guys came and knocked on the door. A door that has a beware of dog sign and a no soliciting sign on the door about the doorbell.
He rang the ring doorbell, knockd, and knocked again. When the door was answered, the sales guy asked if my dog would bite him, then he told me not to let me dog out.. he told me his name last name Scott, went in to his sales. Blaa blaa bla... o asked him if he saw the sign. He just over looked what I asked and kept speaking about whatever he was saying about working in the area. Told him I would be a D!€$ and call the cops. He asked me not to..
Well one why would I want to do business with a company that can not respect a sign that is posted? One that has people that do not read or just said whatever to what is posted? That knows it is wrong because they ask me not to call the police..
There where three guys. Three different vehicles. When they came to leave one of them did a 6 point turn in the middle of the road and front passenger side wheel went on the curb and through the grass..

If a solicitor enters the property despite the sign, they could be committing criminal trespass under Texas Penal Code 30.05. This means entering or remaining on property without consent, especially when the person has notice that entry is forbidden.

So in this case, Texas Penal Code Title 7 Section 30.05 tells solicitors that a residential property with a "No Soliciting" sign is giving them written communication that they are forbidden from entry. Entering the property anyway despite that sign means that solicitor is criminally trespassing on that property.

So maybe train the people you send out how to read and know what signs mean..

Not going to even speak about the truck tire going over the curb and in to the grass after if has been raining. That part of the lawn is public. But still shows of someone is so lazy that they can not go around the block to go the other direction. Why would I want them working on my property or anyone we know property. What short cuts will they take because they are to lazy to what is correct (Integrity)

Just had a bad experience with this company. We had some leaking from a storm last night and submitted a request with our HOA. An employee with absolute roofing named Daniel communicated with us that someone would be out today to look at the damage. Someone did come out, walked on our roof, then left with no communication. So we reached out to Daniel to see what was going on, and he told us they were collecting information and that “they don’t put cameras on employees” which seemed passive aggressive. We continued to let him know we wanted communication about our problem and that we would like a resolution by tomorrow given it is storm season here and do not want any further problems. He then replied, “ I don’t appreciate your comments, I will not be sending you any information”. I get things are about business here but what happened to simple customer service? Getting sassy with a customer is so unprofessional I could not believe he said that to us. Very shocked someone would speak to a customer this way. Would not recommend

Not a customer. Their salesman/roof inspector came into our neighborhood trying to solicite business. I didn’t answer the door so they thought I must be in a rush to talk to them and left their business card. I do not recall going into their business and leaving trash anywhere so I did not appreciate them leaving their trash/card near my home. Also I believe not answering the door is proof enough that I’m not interested in your sales pitch. My guess is they are not a good business if they have to go around neighborhoods begging for it. Probably looking to make problems where there are not any.

March 2025 storm was crazy. Donald W saw me cleaning the mess up and introduced himself. He inspected my property, gave me his assessment and followed up in a few weeks. Once I filled my claim he scheduled an installation and we signed a contract . He understood how to navigate the insurance company, checked in regularly and my house was repaired. Jerred and the rest of the team at Absolute Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof after recent storm damage. Being new homeowners, this was our first insurance claim and Jerred was amazing to work with. He was a tremendous help explaining the claim process, our next steps with insurance, and what to expect over the next few weeks. He also made sure to come out to the house with the Adjustor to ensure our claim received the best possible payout from Insurance.

We're very pleased with the finished product after repairs were completed. The repair/installation process itself was quick, non-disruptive, and high quality. The team completed the job in a single day and didn't leave any mess behind.

Absolute replaced my roof 1ys back, very espensive roof ,paid about 120000.00 , they collected the amounts on time. soon after they complted the job i noticed some shingles missing, out of place and had them come back and fix it. the roof looke like pot of places not proprly glued down or nailed . unfortunately i didnmt get an independent inspector before i made the final payment. few days later my AC guy noticed that the exhausts from thje attic were not reconnected after they dis connected during the work. If left alone we could have been killed from monoxide poisoning . I got it connected by someone else. this was braught to Absolute attenetion , they did not even acknowldge their fault. few months down, we had a snow in arlington, few hrs later we had water dripping through the ceiling quite a bit , absolute was notified and they came and cleaned the ice from the roof adjoining the stucco wall, came to find out they didnt do that area properly. all along i was cocrned that lot of areas the shingles not quite tight oir glued . then came the worst . 4 wks back we had a storm , a bunch iof shingles came down from different areas . absolute was notified and one the so called super visor came and blamed the storm and refused to stand by and fix it wout paying. yes there was a strong storm , but no house w in few miles radius or our neighbour hood had any damage , only ours!!!. we live in this house 20 yrs and we had strong winds and ice storms , we naver fhad any damage to our roof, but this new roof came apart!!!! absolute never took the ownership and refused to repair.
i got an independent roof inspector, he gave me a report which detailed several faults in the installation, one by one , got a second inspector who also described several defects in the installation.Absolute again dis agreed. i ended up doing the repair by anoither company.
in summary, 1 Absulute faied to supervice the work,, failed to do a complete inspection of the work mat completion, never admitted any fault on their side, failed to take resposibilty of their work.
They have no workmanship , never care about the qualty of work,
have supervisors who are careless ,irresposible And the top brass never come down and talk or insect the problems, and listen to the irrespossile statement of the irresponmsible local supervisors who failed in their job oif proper supervision and inspection.
i hear that this company has good reutation, but my esperience is a nightmare, i have enough evidence to sue absolute .

They are truly an outstanding roofing company not only because of the excellent work completed, but because of one of their project managers, Payton Rippa. Payton explained everything to me and even worked with my insurance. He provided both before and after pictures of the roof, completed the project on time and within budget. I do not usually do reviews, but, I’m making an exception w Absolute Construction. Drew Garrison spoke w/ me a couple of days after the big storm on 3/4. Even though I had told him I was working w another reputable contractor as well, he answered several of my questions & said he would check back with me to see how things were progressing. He kept his word, over a 2 week period he called 2x, never pressuring me or talking bad about the other contractor. Week 3 rolled around & I was not pleased at the pace things were getting done with my initial contractor. Reached out to Drew Garrison on Friday, met on Saturday & within 10 days I had my new roof installed & the area around my house was cleaned up, it was as if they were never there. Every step of the way he kept informed and acted as my advocate w the insurance company. I would highly recommend using Absolute Construction & if possible, ask to speak w Drew Garrison.

Our roof didn't have damage for a claim as it was just wear & tear after 20+years. Absolute gave us a very fair price for roof & gutter replace. During the process they found that some rafters had nearly pulled loose from the ridge beam. They jacked the ridge beam up and replaced needed rafters once again for a very fair price. It is a good to know we have a sound roof. The roof looks fantastic. The whole job went off like clock work from start to finish. We are very pleased by their work ethic and highly recommend Absolute roofing

Jerred from Absolute Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with! His level of knowledge, expertise, and knowing how to work with insurance companies is second to none. Now for the story for those who are interested.

I called him out to check on my roof after strong winds that caused a leak in my house and caused some drywall to get wet. He did a thorough inspection and recommended I file a claim for a roof replacement.

All I had to do was file, he kept in contact with the adjuster and followed up with them constantly! The initial claim got rejected, but he submitted for a reinspect, and went up on the roof with the adjuster to show him all of the damage to justify a roof replacement.

The second inspection was approved thanks to his knowledge and very hands on approach. He constantly reached out to my insurance to keep the needle moving as insurance likes to take their time with these things.

On building day, he had shingles dropped off early in the morning (seemed like 5am?) so the workers could get started as soon as they got there around 7am. Jerred was on-site the whole time ensuring everything was going smoothly. My 3,300 sq ft house was done in a day! They also did a great job cleaning up after everything was installed.

From start to finish, everything took less than a month to complete. Talk about efficiency! Thanks again Jerred and team for all that you did!

We recently experienced tornado weather in our area that affected our home in Lucas, and my son's home in Princeton. Concerned about roof damage we requested Absolute Construction come out and check. We received a call from Will the same day who scheduled a visit. Will was great! He checked both homes in the same day and gave us an honest assessment. He was courteous and explained his findings in detail. Luckily there was no damage in either home, which put us at ease considering damage experienced by others in the area. I can’t say enough good things about this company and Chris Birch! He helped me get insurance to replace my moms roof after a storm and was there every step of the way with all the planning for her and helping with the insurance adjusters as I live in Maryland and mom in Plano.
