I want to go back and change all the 5-star reviews I’ve ever left because Infinite Roofing showed me a new standard of what it means to be a 5-star company. My rockstar of a real estate agent Linda Awad referred me to them, and I’m so thrilled she did, and now I’m paying it forward.

My house was on the market and my family had already moved out when it got hit by a very bad hail storm, and we had a serious buyer who had just made an offer on the house, so time was of the essence to detach the solar panel system, replace the roof, and reinstall the solar panel system.

I don’t judge a company based on my experience with them when things were going good; I do it based on when things were going bad and how they react/handle the situation, and let me tell you, there were a lot of opportunities where they could have gone bad, taken shortcuts, unnecessary delays, made me do their grunt work for them, but instead Joe and Jordan were always three steps ahead, anticipating exactly what will happen next with my insurance company and they were right there for me, negotiating with them everything that was needed for the scope of work, getting it approved, constantly communicating to me what to expect, following up to make sure everything went well, and only asked me to get involved when it had to be the owner who had to deal with the insurance company. They were on top of it, and their main focus was to get the job done with my satisfaction.

I’m happy, my wife’s happy, and the new owner of our old home is happy with the new roof. If I could leave a 6-star review, I would!

I searched recently for a "go to" roofing company in preparation for the next major North Texas hail event. I called Infinite Roofing and spoke with Joe, one of the owners. After a brief conversation, I got a good feeling and filed the contact away in my phone.

Fast forward to a few weeks later.

My neighbor sent a short video clip of some of my shingles flapping in the breeze as a result of recent 50+ mph winds. I remembered the phone conversation with Joe a few weeks earlier and reached out.

Joe promptly sent one of his guys out and replaced not only the 3' section of loose shingles of which I was aware, but two other small sections that were improperly secured of which I was not aware.

I waited several days for the invoice which never came, so I called once again. Joe said there would be NO CHARGE and all he asked in exchange was to keep Infinite Roofing in mind for my next major repair!

My experience was not great to say the least as there were a lot of delays on fixing my roof after the tornado that hit Temple. I understand that things happen and there were a lot of misunderstandings during the process. The owner reached out to me personally about my situation to make it right. I really do appreciate it.

Allstate had denied my claim saying that I only needed a roof repair. Allstate changed their decision after Alec and I hired a public adjuster and Allstate hired a public adjuster. Both public adjusters agreed that I needed a full roof replacement.

These guys are the real deal. Israel got our roof covered by insurance and they knocked it out in half a day!!

I would never do business with this company again....they're workmanship was ok and would fix issues but ONLY if you identified them and made them fix them... then had several subcontractors they hired to do aspects of the job and never track or managed when someone was coming to do the work and NEVER checked on the quality of work the subcontractor preformed. Which highlights my point that you HAVE to inspect ALL the work after this company finishes. They're customer service was horrible, one rep would say one thing and another would say something else, just an overall lack of organization within the company. They said it would take 1 day to remove and replace my solar panels and it took almost two weeks, then they said they would compensate me for the cost of my utilities, THAT NEVER happened...plus they were supposed to fix a water hose spigot, but that never happened either...

If you want to be your own general contractor and thoroughly inspect every aspect of the work this company performs, then you picked a good option, but if you want a company that you can trust to address you issue's and not try to cheat you, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

The work on the roof was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the job that was done on the roof. The yard surrounding the house was very well cleaned up after the project was completed. If there have been any issues come up the staff in the office have been wonderful to work with. I must give a shout out to Ethan for being very knowledgeable in answering any questions I may have had or dealing with anything that needed to be seen about. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

Dante Hogan with Infinite Roofing is amazing! After a tree fell on my house and knocked my fence over, I was worried about the insurance process and cost. Dante made the process smooth and explained everything thoroughly. He was always quick to respond to my texts and phone calls. He’s very polite and easy to work with. We were told in advance what time which people would be arriving and what part of the project they would be doing. James was always available for any questions. An employee from your company came to my door today, despite the clear 'Do Not Disturb' sign. The employee proceeded to ring the doorbell. When I asked the employee to leave, he attempted to talk over me on my own front porch. I sincerely hope this level of arrogance does not reflect the company as a whole. If this happens again, I will contact the police.

BEWARE!!!!. They don’t follow the rules on the building permit. The started work on the roof nextdoor at 6:30 am and woke up the whole neighborhood. When I confronted the project manager on site he did not stop the workers. He knew that no work is to start till 7:00 am. If they don’t adhere to the permit rules they may not adhere to the proper roofing standards.

Friendly trustworthy people who made dealing with the insurance company and financials in the project really easy. The work was extremely efficient and done with expert quality. The owner Joe took tremendous care of everything down to personally sweeping our yard with magnets at the end to ensure not a single nail was left behind. Would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Working with Infinite Roofing, and Josh specifically, has been effortless. And when you’re dealing with storm damage to your house, you want/need “effortless”. Josh met with the insurance adjuster and fought on our behalf to get everything covered. He wasn’t focused on just the roof, but on all the damage that occurred on our property. Josh stayed in constant communication. He was attentive and professional. On the day the roof was replaced, the crew showed up on time. They were efficient and kept a clean work space. And with 2 dogs and 2 small kids it was comforting to know there aren’t stray nails in the back yard. After the install, Josh took time to come over and address any and all follow up questions we had. Josh feels like family now. We were unaware of damage until Landon Morris checked. Turned out not only did we have hail damage but rot on our chimney. Working with Landon has been a pleasure. I have been working with Jesse Benitez for our hail damaged roof. We are still waiting for our window and water damage inside the house from our insurance. Jesse have been working with our insurance adjuster to ensure all details were covered. Jesse is a very knowledgeable, professional, very responsive and pleasant to work with. On our roof installation day, Jesse was on site and He explained what his crew would do and sent me the text message with photos which showed that our previous roofer did not remove the old 2 layers so it caused rotted decking. His crew removed all of them and put a new one. We were very impressed the clean up that was done at the end of the installation. (With our previous roofer company, we had to pick bunch of nails around our house. )

Landon Morris was my roof inspector and point of contact for everything. Extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Walked me through every step. Made sure I understood what was going on and what was happening to my roof as well. He made sure to personally be on site day of install. The most important thing to me was he understood I have dogs. One of which is elderly and has cancer so he made sure my back yard stayed as clean as possible and didn't hesitate to stop work when they needed to go potty. He stayed an extra 2 hours after the crew left to make sure all the nails, debris etc was picked up so as not to hurt my pups or get a flat in our cars or my bike. THATS LEGIT SERVICE RIGHT THERE. GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT EMPLOYEE. THANKS LANDON

Steven Casas did an amazing job from the first inspection of the roof until the job was done. He helped correct the insurance estimate so work cam beging on time, was always communicating progress and projected completion and kept the dates he set. Overall this is a true 5 star review. I have a decent size house and the roof was finished in 1 day!
