Justin Witte provided exceptional service, working closely with our insurance company to ensure that our claim was processed promptly and accurately. After the project was completed, we experienced a minor leak during a heavy rainstorm. Justin immediately took it upon himself to inspect the issue personally and addressed it at his own expense. I highly recommend Justin and All American Roofing and will continue to use them for all our window, siding, gutter, and roofing needs in the future.

I had a great experience with all American roofing. Everything was done in a timely manner. The crew the had do my roof were great. They did a great job cleaning up after the jod was done. The sales people were very helpful and did everything they said they would. I wii definitely use them again.

These guys were fantastic. There were some challenges with insurance and hidden surprises with the roof deck. They went the extra mile and overcame all the obstacles. I've lived in the same home for over 20 years. In that time I've had my roof replaced 4 times due to storm damage. Working with All American Roofing was easily the best experience I've ever had. I'll tell you that dealing with insurance has only gotten more difficult each time. All American Roofing's there for me every step of the way from beginning to end and they handled all of the insurance issues as they developed throughout the entire process, I really felt like I had an expert in my corner. The end result with the finished roof and replaced gutters turned out better than expected. Thank you Justin and crew! We couldn't be happier.

I called John in a frantic after our home was hit by hail and a tornado and John and the All American Roofing team has been nothing short of accommodating and amazing working with us. They got us on their books immediately and shortly after contacting them, our roof started to leak and collapse and John and his team were out the next day to make sure no more damage occurred and completed our roof within that same week. We were so impressed in the great customer service and how quick they helped us. Our new roof looks beautiful and they have been great advocates for us with working with our insurance company after they discovered rotted decking after redoing our windows and preparing for our siding. Our house isnt complete yet but I have no worries with how the job will be done because I know it will be nothing other than excellent work and quality. Thank you John and all of the rest of the All American Roofing company. Thank you for all that you have done for my family personally, the surrounding community, and our country. Best roofing business around hands down.

They did a great job on my roof. I was in a bit of a time crunch to get it done and they were very responsive and accommodating. They did a great job on the roof and left nothing behind to clean up. I would use them again without a doubt.

Great work. Had roof torn off and replaced in about 6 hrs. Even cleaned up like they was not here.

Spoke on the phone with Randy a couple of times. Never did hear from the person that does estimates. Was told that he'd call and that I'd receive a text with his contact information. Neither occurred. It's understandable that businesses are busy responding to storm related damages. I'm not comfortable working with one that fails to communicate. Two stars based on correspondence.

All American Roofing is absolutely 100% the way to go for all your roofing and gutter needs. Project manager Johnnie White is highly professional and will help you in every step of the way… you’ll even find him up on the roof putting in work right along side his crew which is rare for a project manager. He took every concern and thought into consideration and was very respectful of both the property and owners. The roofing crew is super efficient and hard working and let me tell you, these guys are fast!!!!
Also a HUGE plus… this company is veteran owned and operated.

These guys were great! My 76 yr old mother had let her insurance lapse and we needed to have a new roof installed so she could reinstate her property insurance. All American Roofing were professional and gave us a fantastic reasonable quote. They moved up my mom's roofing job up in their schedule and in less that a week the roof was installed and insurance was reinstated that same day. Thanks guys quick and professional service. I would refer these guys to anyone who needs great service!

All American Roofing is hands down one of the best companies around. They completely stripped and reroofed my house in no time flat and the job looks flawless, they also take time and have the attention to detail of small things like ensuring all waste is picked up and disposed of. They also stripped and replaced all of our gutters. After every job Johnnie White would call and stop by to ensure we were happy with the result. Highly recommend this company to everyone. Another great thing is they are owned and operated by Vets and take a portion of each job and donate to the Wounded Warriors Foundation.

We met one on one with one of the staff members, not over the phone, which is hard to find anymore. All questions and concerns were answered at that time. All the work was completed well ahead of schedule, the crew was on time and went right to work. The job site was left better than they found it. This company did my roof and the guys hired did a excellent job on my roof but they were supposed to do my gutters and down spouts as well he told me the day the roof was done it would be a week or two before they could get to the gutters which was fine three weeks have gone by I called him and now he says it’ll be a few weeks I’m not happy at all they are not consistent.

All american roofing is awesome on my roof as i write this all about customer satisfaction I would recommend them to anyone who wants a roof done to perfection thanks guys for doing such awesome work
